This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and incentives on work motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency which opened 175 people. The sample in this study used the slovin formula as many as 122 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS program. results Based on the analysis and discussion described, it can be concluded that the variable of job promotion has a significant effect on work motivation. This means that the promotion position has a positive effect on employees, the better the promotion, the higher the work motivation. Incentive variables have a significant effect on work motivation. This means that the higher the incentives received, the higher the work motivation. Together, the variables of Job Promotion and Incentives have a significant effect on Work Motivation. This means that with the Promotion of Positions and better incentives, it can motivate employees to work optimally and can achieve the goals of an organization.

This study aims to find out what strategies the South Aceh DPRK Secretariat has implemented in providing services in accordance with their respective functions and duties and to analyze the extent to which the implementation of the strategy has been carried out. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Data analysis techniques used in the study include: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Secretariat of the DPRK Aceh Selatan had implemented various strategies in solving the problems faced, both from the structure development strategy, the development strategy or simplification of the procedure system, the infrastructure development strategy and the culture development strategy. However, in several programs in the strategy items, the implementation has not been fully maximized, including the employee comparative study program which has not been maximally implemented and in the aspect of giving awards to employees who excel, there has not been a written reward set, there are still problems with processing time in proposing damaged facilities and infrastructure so that interfere with employee work. The conclusion that can be drawn from the research is that the secretariat has implemented a service strategy, but its implementation has not been fully maximized.

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study is to find out: (1) The effect of Shope Discounts on buying interest in Sragen City, (2) The Effect of Product Quality on buying interest at Shopee, (3) The Effect of Price on buying interest, (4) The Effect of Discounts, Product quality and prices on buying interest at Shopee. This study is a quantative study with data obtained by as many as 100 respondents from the questionnaire. The conclusions of this study are: the results of the t test (partial) show that discounts and product quality have a significant effect on buying interest while price does not have a significant effect on buying interest. The results of the f test (simultaneously) obtained the result that discounts, product quality and price have a significant effect on buying interest.

The company needs a productive workforce but there are still employees who cannot achieve the target according to the plan/on time in a job. If the wages and incentives are not in accordance with the employee's work, it will cause problems with employee productivity. This study is intended to determine the effect of wages and incentives on work productivity of employees of PT. DMST 1 Sragen. Researchers use quantitative research. For the population in this study, namely all employees of the CD unit at PT. DMST I Sragen with 1000 employees. Meanwhile, when the population is more than 100, it can be taken as much as 10% or 20% - 25% more. Thus, 10% x 1000 = 100 samples are taken. The significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 shows that wages have a significant effect on the work productivity variable. A significance value of 0.512 > 0.05 indicates that incentives do not significantly affect the work productivity variable. The significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. It can be concluded that all independent variables (wages and incentives) in this study have a significant effect on work productivity. There is a significant influence between wage variables on employee work productivity at PT. Delta Merlin Clothing Textile 1 Sragen. There is no significant effect between the incentive variables on the work productivity of employees at PT. Delta Merlin Clothing Textile 1 Sragen. It is known that wages and incentives variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Delta Merlin Clothing Textile 1 Sragen.

The purpose of this study was to determine that: (1) the effect of work stress on employee performance, (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (3) the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (4) the effect of the three variables together on employee performance. This research is aquantitative research. Quantitative research is are search method used to examinea particular populationor sample by using a survey method sourced from employee data at the Sudiroprajan sub-district office. The conclusions of this study are: t test shows that work stress, work motivation, work discipline togetherhave a significant effect on employee performance. Determinant test shows 64.8% results, it can beconcluded that the ability of work stress variables, work motivation and discipline work by 64.8% inimproving employee performance. Job stress is the most dominant variable of the two variables that significantly affect employee performance variables.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Library and Archives Service of South Sulawesi Province. The research questions posed in this study are: (1) whether leadership affects employee performance, (2) whether work motivation affects employee performance, (3) whether leadership and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at the Sulawesi Provincial Library and Archives Service. South. This research was conducted at the Library and Archives Service company of South Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used was the determination of the sample size based on purposive sampling using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 65 respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis. The study found that the hypothesis in this study has been significantly proven. (1) leadership (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) work motivation (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously affect the performance of employee at Library and Archives Service of South Sulawesi Province.

This research was conducted aiming to find out what factors influence the decision of Village Government in allocating Village Funds and to find out strategies for using Village Funds to support the development of the Village economy through BUMDesa Pasti Jaya Abadi Pasti Jaya activities. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research approach with sources selected by purposeful sampling, namely the Village Government, Director, Secretary and Treasurer of BUMDesa, management of BUMDesa business units where researchers participate in research by collecting data by means of observation, in-depth interviews. by meeting in person or through Whatsapp media and cell phones as well as documentation of BUMDesa activities. The results of this study indicate that the main factor influencing the decision to use Village Funds in Pasti Jaya Village in 2020-2022 is the Central Government Regulation on the use of Village Funds during the Covid-19 pandemic. While the strategy for using Village Funds in improving the village economy through BUMDes activities is to meet local market demand through the BRILINK program, based on the potential of local resources through the SAPRODI business unit, capital to help micro-enterprises through productive business credit units and post-harvest processing through flour production business units. corn rice. BUMDes through the activities of business units that have been running have been able to provide PADes since 2018 and participate in improving the welfare of rural communities.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and product reviews on purchasing decisions at Shopee (a case study on the Manly Cloth brand in the city of Sukoharjo). The use of the method to determine the sample is in the form of a non-probability sampling technique with a purpose sampling method so that a number of 100 respondents are obtained. Respondent data was obtained by distributing questionnaires that had been compiled to respondents through online media. From a population of 100 people, using probability sampling technique. The number of samples obtained is 100 people. The analysis used is multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 26. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the influence of product quality, price and product reviews has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee on the Manly Cloth brand in Sukoharjo.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the evaluation of the performance of the OKU Regency KPU in socializing and the obstacles faced in the implementation of the simultaneous election socialization in 2020. The method used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by interview. Since the stipulation of the 2020 Simultaneous Elections on September 23, 2020 and the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, so that the election was postponed to December 9, 2020. Covid-19 as a global pandemic has changed the situation and conditions in the implementation of simultaneous elections. Socialization is an important stage to convey information related to the election. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the conclusion of this study is that the evaluation of the performance of the OKU Regency KPU in the socialization of the 2020 simultaneous elections was not optimal so that the level of community participation decreased and the existence of Covid-19 health protocol regulations that limited the number of participants and time in socialization became obstacles in the implementation of socialization.

The research was conducted at the Satpol PP Probolinggo city with the aim of knowing how the impact of career development and compensation on performance. This study is a causal associative type, with a purposive sampling approach. Samples were taken as many as 57 employees from a population of 172 Satpol PP employees of Probolinggo city. The results of this study indicate that the Fcount 59.827 >Ftable 3.17 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that career development and compensation together affect performance. Likewise, partially, career development and compensation have a value of thit>ttab with a value of sig < 0.05, meaning that separately career development and compensation have an influence on performance. The contribution of career development and compensation to performance is 68.9%, and 31.1% the influence of other variables outside the study. While the biggest influence on performance is career development with a beta coefficient of 0.700.
