Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work experience, wages and age on improving the performance of creative industry employees at Ndalem Kaos Production Sukoharjo, Central Java, Indonesia. In achieving the objectives of this study, researchers used quantitative research methods. Improved employee performance can be optimized in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of the production process from time to time. Optimizing employee performance is an important element in the company that must be considered. The company always strives to optimize employee performance and realize the company's vision and mission. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire which was distributed directly to 40 respondents at Ndalem Kaos Production in Sukoharjo, Central Java. The results of this study show that the variables of work discipline, work experience and wages have a significant and positive effect on the productivity of creative industry employees, Ndalem Kaos Production in Sukoharjo, Central Java. Meanwhile, the age variable has no significant effect on the productivity of the Ndalem Kaos Production creative industry employees in Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana proses Implementasi Kebijakan pengelolaan sampah melalui program bank sampah di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bone Bolango dilihat dari beberapa aspek (a) aspek tanggung jawab, (b) aspek berkelanjutan, (c) aspek manfaat, (d) aspek nilai ekonomi dan (2) Faktor- faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan kebijakan pengelolaan sampah melalui program bank sampah di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bone Bolango meliputi, tingkat kepatuhan, kelancaran rutinitas fungsi, kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang digunakan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) proses implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sampah melalui program bank sampah di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bone Bolango meliputi, aspek tanggung jawab, aspek berkelanjutan, aspek manfaat, aspek nilai ekonomi secara keseluruhan pada umumnya telah dilakukan dengan baik, tetapi belum efektif dilaksanakan, masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan bangunan bank sampah, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, belum adanya penggajian, serta minimnya pengawasan pihak pemerintah terhadap bank sampah. (2) faktor-faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sampah melalui program bank sampah yang meliputi tingkat kepatuhan, kelancaran rutinitas fungsi, dan kinerja. Secara keseluruhan faktor-faktor tersebut belum dilakukan dengan maksimal seperti kurangnya sosialisasi, kurangnya pelatihan dan perlunya peningkatan mengenai sarana dan prasarana, sehingga dapat terpenuhi sesuai dengan harapan dari tujuan sistem bank sampah itu sendiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the innovation of the Public Service Mall in South Tangerang City as a forum for Regional Apparatus Organizations in improving the quality of public services in South Tangerang City. This research uses the theory of public service innovation. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The quality of public services in Indonesia in general is still relatively low, as can be seen from several indicators such as the level of public satisfaction, professionalism of human resources, the effectiveness and efficiency of the system used has not been managed properly. The findings of this study state that in the aspect of Leadership, the Head of the Investment and One-Stop Service Service carries out a democratic and transformative leadership style. In terms of management, mpp South Tangerang City has developed technology-based services to make it easier for residents. In terms of risk management, the South Tangerang City MPP early on mitigated the problem by improving the internet network. From the aspect of human capital, the human resources in the MPP of South Tangerang City have met academic qualifications, experienced, and competent. In terms of technology, the services contained in the Mpp of South Tangerang City are developed and can be accessed easily through various applications. This research concludes that the existence of a Public Service Mall in the city of South Tangerang has been running in accordance with orders from the direction of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KEMENPANRB) to present the latest innovations in modern, effective and efficient public services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial transparency, leadership style, work environment, and incentives on employee job satisfaction Alfamidi Malengkeri. Quantitative research method with primary and secondary data sources, primary data obtained using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, data analysis used is classical assumption test, hypothesis test with multiple linear regression using SPSS 20.00 program. The results showed that financial transparency had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The second test, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The third test, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The fourth test, incentives have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. So that simultaneously financial transparency, leadership style, work environment and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Alfamidi Malengkeri.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) To measure and test the effect of both partially and simultaneously social media Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram on increasing sales. 2) To find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on increasing sales of laundry services at Queen Laundry Solo. This research was conducted by taking the research location at Queen Laundry Solo, while the object of this research was customers who had used Queen laundry services. Considering that the arrival of consumers cannot be known, so that the distribution of the population is unknown, according to Cooper and Schindler the number of samples taken is 96 consumers. The results of the study found that both partially and simultaneously social media Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram had a positive and significant effect on increasing sales at Queen Laundry Solo. It is also known that social media through Whatsapp has the most dominant influence on increasing sales. The increase in sales at Queen Laundry can be explained by social media Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram by 79.70% and the remaining 20.30% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied in this study.

Abstract

TThe purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the policy of the decision at the regional office of the BPN, North Sumatra Province through George Edward III's theory of policy implementation, and to examine the inhibiting factors in implementing the policy. The method used is descriptive qualitative, using data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses the Miles, Huberman Saldana interactive model with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the Procurement of Bela program at the BPN Regional Office of North Sumatra Province had been carried out well, and it could be said that the procurement officials had succeeded. This can be seen from the communication factor that exists between procurement officials and other stakeholders. The existence of competent human resources and adequate infrastructure resources. There is an attitude of implementers who are highly committed in carrying out their duties, and the activities of procuring goods and services are in accordance with the procedures or procedures drawn up by LKPP. However, there are still obstacles related to the lack of provider participation in the procurement of Bela platform, resulting in a lack of product choices. In addition, there are still obstacles in ordering consumption for the sake of meeting or large events, especially those that are carried out impromptu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out, analyze and describe the Development of Paciran Culinary Park Tourism Objects by Business Entities Owned by Amanah Bersama Village in Paciran Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency by using four focuses in accordance with the theory of developing tourist destinations according to Sedarmayanti (2018), namely tourist attractions, attractions, facilities, and accessibility. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data sources used are informants and documents related to the research. The results of the study showed that the development of paciran culinary park tourist attractions was good, because it was in accordance with the focus of developing tourist destinations, namely: the existence of natural and artificial tourist attractions, the existence of attractions organized, the existence of tourist facilities and public facilities available, and the ease of accessibility to tourist attractions. The conclusion of this study is that it is in accordance with the development of paciran culinary park tourist attractions with the theory that is a reference in the development of tourist destinations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment in class IIB Ponorogo state prison. The methodology used is focused on quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Class II B Ponorogo State Detention Center as primary consideration. Leadership is something that must be owned by someone and gives influence by someone to their organization. There is one leadership style, namely transformational which influences the organization at the Class II B State Detention Center in Ponorogo. As a measure of Transformational leadership variables using the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ), this measure is used to obtain detailed results. As a reference in assessing the application of transformational leadership style, the data sample is all employees of the State Detention Center with a total of 62 respondents. After carrying out the research, it was concluded that there is a strong relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of online learning when it is implemented in SMA Negeri 9 Palembang and the impact of this implementation. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method using data collection techniques, namely interview techniques. Researchers used interview techniques by collecting information obtained from informants at the school. From the data obtained by the researchers concluded that learning in the network, especially in mathematics is considered less effective. This is due to the lack of focus on students when the teacher gives explanations through the network because in fact mathematics lessons must be explained directly to students.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of cutting allowances on employees and wants to analyze the effect of cutting allowances on performance with motivation as an intervening variable at Perum LPPNPI Palembang Branch. By using saturated sampling technique obtained a sample of 36 respondents. The research method in this study used descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic that have spread throughout the world have had a profound impact on the economic sector. The negative impact even affects most companies, both large, medium, and small. State-owned enterprises (State Owned Enterprises) have an impact that is not much different if this situation is not resolved immediately, employees will experience financial losses. In the field, it is often found that every day workers do the opposite and can pose a danger to the company itself. Perum LPPNPI Palembang Branch is one of the state-owned companies as the only company engaged in flight navigation services in Indonesia, it is necessary to pay attention to factors that can affect performance, one of which is allowances. This shows that the variable withholding allowances has a significant effect on the performance of the Palembang branch of Perum LPPNPI Indonesia. With the cut in allowances, it will definitely have an impact on the family life of employees, this decrease in income will certainly greatly disrupt family finances because on the other hand, the value of the elements of family expenditure also increases.
