Abstract

The massive development of technology underlies the demands for digitization. One crucial effort of digitization in the field of education is the use of digital archives in the management of educational institutions. This research aims to describe the implementation of Google Drive-based digital archives focusing on curriculum management in MTs Al-Mahsyar Nurul Iman Tenggarong Seberang. A qualitative method with a descriptive type is employed in conducting this research. Data related to the digital management of curriculum archives are obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the digital management of curriculum archives based on Google Drive at MTs Al-Mahsyar Nurul Iman Tenggarong Seberang has been implemented, although the curriculum archives are not yet fully efficiently managed. The implementation of Google Drive as a curriculum field archive medium is evident in efforts involving the creation, storage, control, distribution, utilization, and supervision of archives, with subject archive classifications including madrasah work meetings, learning materials, implementation reports, evaluation and student learning outcome reports, student graduation administration, as well as EMIS (Education Management Information System) data.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of civil servants who take bank credit to fulfill their lifestyle which has an impact on decreasing levels of welfare. This research aims to explain the influence of credit and lifestyle policies on the welfare of civil servants, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach with a correlational research type was applied in this research. The research population consisted of civil servants from Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in West Pasaman Regency who took out credit at the bank. The total sample was 70 people, obtained from the results of using total sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire and processed using correlational data analysis techniques. The research results show that partially the credit policy variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on welfare, and the lifestyle variable (X2) has a negative and significant effect on welfare. Simultaneously credit policy and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on welfare.

Abstract

This research is to determine the leadership experience and knowledge of school principals, the influence of principal leadership, and also the principal's policies. Semi-structured interviews are designed based on theoretical studies to find the data needed. Interview data was transcribed and reviewed using a thematic content analysis system. This research uses a qualitative research type of phenomenological method. The indicators in this research are, providing rewards, evaluating decisions, and teacher performance. This study emphasizes the importance of principal leadership, the influence of school leadership, and principal policies in achieving the school vision. The results of this research are that the principal as the main leader of the school plays a role in directing, compiling, planning, organizing and supervising in accordance with the school's goals. By knowing and carrying out this leadership role correctly, the school principal will be able to lead the institution he leads well. Effective leadership must possess qualities that positively influence the progress of the school, and policies implemented by the principal should contribute to achieving academic excellence and advancing the school's mission.

Abstract

Forming a good and ideal leader is not done instantly, it needs to be done early. This study aims to examine the importance of leadership education for children, the urgency of implementing such education in children starting early, its proper implementation, and the impact of early leadership education according to the perceptions of postgraduate students of Islamic education management. They are using descriptive qualitative research methods, with the type of case study research located at Postgraduate UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation, and data analysis techniques with steps: 1) Data reduction, 2) Presentation of data, and 3) Conclusion of research data The results of this study show that the application of leadership education from an early age is important for children to become ideal leaders. Leadership education has a positive impact on the character and personality of children. Forming an attitude of responsibility, courage, self-confidence, caring for the surroundings, and training children to be able to find solutions to the problems they face. The steps taken also need to be adjusted to the age, ability, and thinking pattern of the child. The role of the people around him, namely, parents, family, teachers, peers, and the surrounding environment is an important part that supports the success of the leadership education process. The conclusion of this research is to increase our understanding of leadership education from an early age. And also increase knowledge about the steps to form a cadre of cadres of national leaders.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze how persuasive communication is applied in organizational management at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung and how it influences organizational effectiveness. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with administrators and members of MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung, participant observation, and documentation. This research shows that persuasive communication is applied in various aspects of organizational management at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung, such as planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. Effective persuasive communication has been proven to increase member motivation and participation, as well as strengthen a sense of togetherness and commitment to the organization. The application of effective persuasive communication in organizational management at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung has been proven to increase the effectiveness of the organization in achieving its goals. These research findings hold significant implications for organizational management practices in Islamic schools, offering valuable insights into how persuasive communication can enhance management practices in such educational institutions. By implementing these research findings, Islamic schools can enhance educational quality and achieve their goals more effectively.

Abstract

The government of Indonesia encourages the maximum use of information and computer technology in education in order to achieve a more effective and efficient performance framework. This is also to achieve a better quality of education.. The purpose of this research is to describe how the scope of education management aligns with the current advances in digital technology in several educational institutions in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research with literature method. The literature method is carried out by analyzing data derived from several reading sources such as books, journals and relevant previous research results. The results of this research show that the implementation of aspects within the scope of education management in several educational institutions in Indonesia can be aligned with the development and utilization of digital technology at this time. The right alignment between education management and the advancement of digital technology that has been widely used in educational institutions in Indonesia ranging from PAUD levels to secondary schools and universities is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Islamic education in the world today is experiencing a period of intellectual stagnation, among the signs that renewal is absent, and if anything, it is losing fast with advances in the technological, social, and political fields. Lack of future planning in education management thus making management less structured. Implementing Islamic education planning management in accordance with the Qur'an is expected to have a positive impact. The goal is to form a generation that has a good understanding and practice of religion. This approach is considered a necessity to make education structured, so that it can help a person to be more devoted to Allah SWT and apply moral principles in everyday life. Thus, the implementation of Islamic education planning management is expected to contribute significantly in shaping individuals who have noble character and live life in accordance with the teachings of Islam. The purpose of the researcher linking the management of Islamic Education planning in the review of Fakhru Razi's interpretation is to understand and apply Islamic principles in Education planning through the interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an, so that education can be organized in accordance with Islamic values and teachings. Fakhruddin Ar-Razi emphasizes the importance of combining Islamic religious principles with a management approach in managing the education system, as well as its implementation in planning Islamic education holistically. Thus, the aim of this study is to that researchers choose the type of literature study research through a qualitative approach using an analytical descriptive approach that is normative in nature that is adjusted to the source of literature sources. The results of his research are 1) Management constitutes social a systematic science for understanding why and how people work together.2) There are lafadz that are commensurate with planning, one of which is the practice in surah Al-Kahfi verse 48 which means hope.3) Some verses related to Islamic Education planning management. Islamic education planning management is an effort made systematically and organized to achieve high quality education in accordance with the study of the Qur'an and Hadith, as interpreted by Fakhru Razi in the Qur'an surah Al-Imran verses 35 and 39, Al-Hasyr verse 18, Al-Hujurat verse 13.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Student Council Leadership Basic Training (LDK) program at MA Al Huda, Kota Kediri, East Java. The subjects of the study were 14 training participants who were members of the student council (OSIS). The research employed a descriptive qualitative method using the KirkPatrick Evaluation Model, which encompasses four stages: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analyzed to assess the success of the training in developing the participants' leadership qualities. The findings revealed that in the Reaction stage, participants expressed satisfaction with the training materials, facilities, and the competence of the instructors. In the Learning stage, participants demonstrated increased understanding of the material, as evidenced by pre-test and post-test results showing an 85.71% improvement. In the Behavior stage, positive changes were observed in participants' attitudes, public speaking skills, and ability to apply the knowledge to organizational tasks. In the Results stage, the training had a positive impact on the participants' performance, with an 80% improvement in information and organizational skills. In conclusion, the LDK program at MA Al Huda Kota Kediri effectively enhanced the leadership competencies of the participants and supported the sustainability of the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the quality management process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fatimiyah Yogyakarta, which is dedicated to establishing a leading educational institution. The subjects of this research are the headmaster and teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fatimiyah Yogyakarta. In this study, observation and interviews were used as data collection techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that in order to build the branding of a quality school at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fatimiyah Yogyakarta, the process of Islamic based quality management is realized through several stages namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. Quality management plays a very important role in building quality branding for a school, as has been proven at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fatimiyah Yogyakarta. The branding of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fatimiyah Yogyakarta as an outstanding school is that it is a madrasah integrated with a pesantren (Islamic boarding school) for the tahfizul Qur’an program. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fatimiyah Yogyakarta has successfully integrated the principles of quality management into various aspects of the madrasah’s activities, ranging from resource management, curriculum development, to the implementation of teaching and learning. By implementing quality management, the madrasah is able to provide educational services that not only meet but also exceed the expectations of the community. This has created a positive reputation in the community, which recognizes MI Fatimiyah Yogyakarta as a quality school, making it the primary choice for those seeking the best education. The implications of this study are that it provides valuable knowledge not only for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fatimiyah Yogyakarta but also for the advancement of educational in a broader context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of shared leadership in decision-making at SDN 94/III Kerinci, which is implemented to improve the quality of decision-making involving all school members. The subjects of the study consisted of the principal, teachers, and administrative staff at SDN 94/III Kerinci, located in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. The data collection techniques used were structured interviews and source triangulation to obtain valid and comprehensive data on the implementation of shared leadership. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis methods. The results of the study indicate that SDN 94/III Kerinci consistently applies shared leadership in decision-making that is always adjusted to the school's vision and mission. Teachers and staff feel more appreciated and treated fairly when involved in the decision-making process, in contrast to the more authoritarian traditional leadership model. The interaction between the principal, teachers, and staff is also characterized by high respect, with equal opportunities to voice opinions. Despite challenges, such as differences of opinion among teachers and staff, the principal is able to manage this conflict wisely so that the decisions taken can reach a mutual agreement. Evaluation conducted after decision making also plays an important role in improving the quality and effectiveness of decisions. In conclusion, the implementation of shared leadership at SDN 94/III Kerinci has succeeded in improving the quality of decision making, building a sense of togetherness, and strengthening commitment and respect among all members of the school. This approach allows the school to achieve goals that are in line with the vision and mission that have been set together
