Abstract

Penguatan efikasi diri berwirausaha pada siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) merupakan aspek penting dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang berdaya saing di dunia kerja maupun mandiri dalam berwirausaha. Namun, ketersediaan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur efikasi diri berwirausaha siswa masih terbatas. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memvalidasi instrumen efikasi diri berwirausaha pada siswa SMK, khususnya di SMK PGRI 1 Kudus. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI, dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 127 siswa yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari 36 item pernyataan yang dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas Pearson Product Moment dan reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha dengan bantuan program SPSS 20. Hasil uji menunjukkan terdapat 7 item yang tidak valid karena nilai r hitung r tabel (0,174, α = 0,05), sehingga hanya 29 item yang memenuhi kriteria validitas. Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,874 pada 36 item, dan meningkat menjadi 0,902 setelah penghapusan 7 item tidak valid, yang mengindikasikan tingkat reliabilitas sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian, instrumen efikasi diri berwirausaha yang terdiri dari 29 item dinyatakan valid dan reliabel untuk digunakan dalam penelitian maupun praktik di bidang pendidikan vokasi. Abstract

Scientific literacy is one of the high-level abilities that is important for students, however, based on the results of PISA, Indonesia is in the top 10 of the bottom 10 out of 72 countries. The research aims to describe the application of problem solving models to improve scientific literacy with the help of magic spin board media. Research subjects IV SD 2 Rejosari with 20 students. The research method is Classroom Action Research and conducted in two cycles and two cycles were conducted in two meetings. This research finds improvement of the literacies, in the first cycle, the average percentage is 67.5%, good. It improves on second cycle into 79.12%, good category. good.. It can be concluded that the use of problem solving models assisted by magic spin board media can improve the scientific literacy of fourth grade students of SD 2 Rejosari

Abstract

Good student social interactions will create harmonious relationships. Form of social interaction that can be seen with cooperation, mutual respect and mutual support. Collaboration is increasingly created when a difficulty is found in the learning process at shool. Students will help each other discuss and help each other. Good social conversation between students can also create muntul support and create comfort related to learning and will encourage students to excel in the school environment. Ideally, students can interact the learning process (both iin the classroom and ounside the classroom) with a sense of joy, and enjoy all academic activities that they live. That way, all the energy they can get involved in the learning process that they follow, so the learning outcomes they get are satisfactory results. This study aims to improve the social abilities of students of SMA N 07 Bengkulu city.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on classroom phenomena reported by several teachers and supported by data from the supervising teacher, indicating that students struggle with effective communication. Social isolation, which causes students to feel lonely, and negative judgments about individuals or groups based on false assumptions can hinder positive interactions.In response to this issue, the researcher implemented Group Guidance services to improve social relationships among peers in Class X.F at SMA Negeri 2 Mengwi in 2025. This service was provided to 30 students in Class X.F using PTBK data analysis techniques and a quantitative research method. The study concluded that the implementation of Group Guidance effectively enhances social relationships among peers in Class X.F at SMA Negeri 2 Mengwi in 2025. The group dynamics in the guidance sessions help students develop motivation, which influences peer interactions and fosters positive relationships among them.

Abstract

Low learning interest among students is a significant factor hindering optimal academic achievement. This study aims to enhance students' learning interest through the implementation of group counseling using group discussion techniques with seventh-grade students (VII.E) at SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, Academic Year 2024/2025. This research employs a Counseling and Guidance Action Research (PTBK) approach, conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were 8 students exhibiting low learning interest out of 36 total students. The results indicate that in Cycle I, learning interest improved, with scores ranging from 112 to 120 (moderate category), corresponding to 56%-60%. In Cycle II, further improvement was observed, with scores ranging from 152 to 160 (high category), or 76%-80%. Overall, the increase in learning interest was 34.03%. These findings suggest that group counseling with group discussion techniques is effective in enhancing students' learning interest. It is recommended that school counselors integrate this approach into their practices to support the optimal development of students' potential.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the self-confidence of persons with disabilities through an educational snakes and ladders game integrated with self-esteem reinforcement. Using an action research method in two cycles, the study was conducted within the Bhakti Senang Hati Foundation community. The results showed a significant increase in self-confidence, from 68.8% in the pre-cycle to 74.5% in the second cycle. This improvement was achieved through a game designed to stimulate social interaction, public speaking courage, and self-expression. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of traditional games with a psychological approach based on self-esteem enhancement within the context of empowering people with disabilities. In conclusion, the snakes and ladders game combined with self-esteem reinforcement proved to be an effective and enjoyable strategy to enhance self-confidence among persons with disabilities, and it can be considered an alternative method for psychosocial community interventions.

Abstract

Kegiatan perkuliahan adalah proses pendidikan yang fundamental bagi mahasiswa. Keberhasilan perkuliahan didukung adanya motivasi belajar sebagai energi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Salah satu motivasi belajar yang berperan adalah motivasi ekstrinsik yang berasal dari kondisi lingkungan. Sarana perkuliahan yang ergonomis merupakan salah satu elemen penting lingkungan belajar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional untuk menguji ada tidaknya hubungan antara sarana perkuliahan ergonomis dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Universitas Tidar 292 menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen pengukuran menggunakan angket sarana perkuliahan ergonomis dan skala motivasi belajar. Hasil  uji korelasi Pearson Product-Moment menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,000< 0,05 yang artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara sarana perkuliahan ergonomis dengan motivasi belajar. Nilai koefisien sebesar 0,420 yang artinya hubungan kuat yang positif. Semakin baik sarana perkuliahan ergonomis, maka semakin tinggi tingkat motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) is an approach that gives priority to language as a means of communication for real-life purposes, emphasizing interaction and the practical use of language. This study looks into how implements CLT in teaching English in elementary classes at the Language Center and how teacher’s perception views its effectiveness. This study uses a qualitative research design where data is collected through classroom observation and questionnaires completed by teacher and students in elementary level students. Observation allows the researcher to view the teaching practice in action, while interviews have covered the teacher’s opinions and experiences with CLT. Data analysis involve observations and responses to establish major themes relating to the effectiveness of CLT in enhancing student learning and engagement. The participants of this study are an English teacher and 8 students. The findings are the teacher implements CLT at Language Center in five principles; interaction through active participation, meaningful communication via real-life tasks, prioritizing fluency over accuracy, a student-centered approach, and authentic materials for relevance. The teacher also views CLT as a positive teaching method. It is shown by the effectiveness in motivating students and improving students’ communicative competence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of simulation techniques in group guidance services to enhance students' self-confidence. The research was conducted in class X.F of SMA Negeri 2 Mengwi using classroom action research through two cycles. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and a closed-ended confidence scale. Initial observations revealed several students lacked confidence, such as hesitating to speak in front of the class and avoiding group interactions. After the implementation of simulation-based group guidance, there was a notable increase in students’ self-confidence scores-rising from an average of 57.6% to 74.8% across the two cycles. The findings suggest that structured simulations allow students to experience real-life scenarios in a safe environment, enabling them to build confidence and overcome social anxiety. The study concludes that simulation techniques in group guidance are effective in improving self-confidence among high school students.

Abstract

Understanding the concept of social norms is a crucial foundation in character building for students from elementary school onward. The subject “Norma dalam Kehidupan” is often not fully understood by elementary school students because the presentation is abstract and lacks visual aids. This study aims to signify the effect of implementing the Discovery Learning model assisted by digital comic media on elementary school student's understanding of the concept of social norms. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the one-group pretest-posttest type. The research subjects were 27 fifth-grade students at one of the public elementary schools in Grobogan Regency. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test given before and after the treatment. The analysis result showed a gain in the average score from 64.07 in the pretest to 84.81 in the posttest, with a percentage increase of 32.3%. The application of the Discovery Learning model provides space for students to build knowledge through the process of exploration and proof of concept, while digital comic media makes it easier to visualize social norm situations in everyday contexts. The combination of the two has proven effective not only in improving students' conceptual understanding but also in encouraging active involvement and emotional responses to the material. This study shows that discovery-based learning supported by contextual visual media can be a strategic alternative to strengthening social values at the elementary school level.
