Abstract

This School Action Research is aimed at improving critical thinking skills in students of SMP Negeri 1 Tengaran through the application of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model. The research subjects were students in classes VII, VIII, and IX with a total of 815 students, namely 256 students in class VII, 286 students in class VIII, and 273 students in class IX. The data collection technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique through observation which includes indicators of critical thinking, namely: (1) Formulating the problem; (2) Providing arguments; (3) Doing induction: (4) Doing deduction; (5) Performing evaluation, and (6) Drawing conclusions and taking action. The results showed that there was an increase in the achieved of score of 4 from the initial conditions of 3.91% to 28.14% in cycle I and 48.32% in cycle II. Therefore, it can be said that the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model that has been implemented has succeeded in increasing students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

One of the purposes of “Best Practice” is to describe a method of cross-class presentation in groups as an alternative in learning to write scientific papers for the senior students of MAN Demak in the academic year of 2017-2018. Besides that, “Best Practice” is also used to find out the results or impact of the implementation of the cross-class presentation method in groups as an alternative in learning to write scientific papers for the senior students of MAN Demak in the academic year of 2017-2018. The results or impact of the implementation of the cross-class presentation method are, a) increasing student interest and motivation, b) Increasing student teamwork, c) Increasing student critical thinking and problem-solving skills, d) Improving student communication, e) Increasing student self-confidence, f) Student work in the form of scientific writings.

Abstract

In House Training is aimed to increase the readiness in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka for high school teachers in Grobogan regency in academic year of 2022/2023. Kurikulum Merdeka in academic year of 2022/2023 for high school teachers in Grobogan regency runs well. The result of coordination among the writer, the principals, the curriculum team in three samples of construction schools: SMA Negeri 1 Purwodadi, SMA Negeri 1 Gabus, and SMA Kristen Purwodadi also the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Pulokulon as a task executor and collaborator in this school action research agreed that In House Training should be done as an effort to increase the readiness in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka in academic year of 2022/2023 for high school teachers in Groban regency. The result of School Action Research done by the writer is high school teachers in Grobogan regency are more ready and confident in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka in the beginning of academic year of 2022/2023 through In House Training given. In conclusion, through In House Training, there is a significant change in the increasing of Grobogan regency high school teachers’ readiness in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka. It is shown from the result of questionnaire given at the beginning of academic year 202/2023. The category changed from “not ready” or less than 25 percent to “ready” or 51-57 percent. As a result, it could be said that at the beginning of academic year 2022/2023, the high school teachers in Grobogan regency were ready and confident in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze efforts to increase literacy in SD 3 Rejosari in the new normal era.This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were teacher of grade 2 SD 3 Rejosari and students of grade 2 SD 3 Rejosari. Data from this study were obtained using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Validity test of the data using the credibility, transferability,dependability, konfirmability. Data analysis used an intecrative model with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The results of the research conducted at SD 3 Rejosari included: 1) classifying students literacy abilities; 2) providing assistance according to the ability of students; 3) maximizing children’s books for reading materials; 4) create literacy friendly class; 5) make a daily reading journal

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the increase in science critical thinking skills of fifth grade students at SD Kayuapu before and after using the Reciprocal Teaching learning model based on educative game media. The research design uses a quantitative experiment, namely the Pre-Experimental Design with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The data obtained through the written test method is a description test. The location of this research will be carried out in class V SD Kayuapu. The sample in this study was 20 grade V students using the saturated sample technique. The results of this study show that the percentage of the N-Gain value is 56%, which indicates a fairly effective increase. So, there is an increase in students' pretest and posttest scores before and after learning using the Reciprocal Teaching model based on educative game media on the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students at SD Kayuapu.

Abstract

Pendidikan masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian dari pembangunan sistem pendidikan yang dilibatkan untuk menjawab permasalahan masyarakat. Kolaborasi sosial dilakukan dengan mengedepankan proses belajar berbasis kedekatan anak dengan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk interaksi sosial masyarakat terhadap budaya sebagai upaya pelestarian sumber mata air, internalisasi nilai sosial, etika dan ekonomi terhadap pelestarian sumber mata air. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada masyarakat tradisional, budaya dan lingkungan merupakan aktivitas yang menjadi jembatan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang memecahkan permasalahan ekologi lingkungan pada anak. Pemaknaan ekologi budaya berdasar norma sosial membentuk anak memiliki kepatuhan kuat terhadap alam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran CTL melalui supervisi klinis di UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 2 Tuntang Kecamatan Tuntang Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (School Action Research), karena penelitian dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah proses pembelajaran di sekolah dan dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dengan 2 kali pertemuan pada setiap siklusnya. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi kelas oleh kepala sekolah terbukti berhasil meningkatkan kinerja guru mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 2 Tuntang dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL) dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada 3 apsek penilaian. Pelaksanaan supervisi klinis terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 2 Tuntang Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL).

Abstract

The low speaking skills possessed by students such as, insecurity and nervousness when dealing with many people, this makes students stammer so that they often say the word "a../e..". Some students will divert nervousness by moving their hands / feet, some are staring at the corners of the room. Then the lack of mastery of the material is also a factor in students not being confident and nervou. This type of research uses qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection used are interview guidelines, questionnaires and documentation. Then the data that has been obtained is analyzed through the stages of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, which is then presented in the form of descriptions in sentence form regarding the discovery of the meaning of each phenomenon.Based on the results of the data analysis, there are several factors that influence students' speaking skills, namely a reasonable attitude, calm and not rigid, the gaze must be directed to the interlocutor, willingness to respect other people's opinions, appropriate gestures and mimics, fluency, relevance / reasoning and mastery of the topic. Then there are still many students who have not been able to master these skills.

Abstract

Artikel bertujuan untuk memehami efektifitas penggunaan alam sekitar berupa keanekaragaman hayati sebagai materi utama untuk menciptakan produk-produk seni budaya. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan pendekatan penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan subjek utama SMP Negeri 2 Tuntang. Materi utama yang disasar adalah materi hasilnya sumber inspirasi dalam mata pelajaran seni budaya materi gambar motif ragam hias dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa, yaitu sekitar 91,89 % dari 37 siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di atas KKM. Peningkatan prestasi belajar  ini ditandai dengan bertambahnya siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM sebesar 59,46 % dari kondisi awal sebelum tindakan kelas ini. Siswa merasa senang dan mudah dalam mengerjakan tugas menggambar motif ragam hias dengan memanfaat keanekaragaman hayati sebagai sumber inspirasi. Selanjutnya guru bisa mencari alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi siswanya dalam kegiatan pembelajaran seni budaya khususnya materi gambar motif ragam hias agar siswa tidak mengalami kesulitan lagi, sehingga siswa merasa senang dan akhirnya prestasinya bisa  meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between social adjustment and conformity in class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Suruh for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research method used is a descriptive approach with a correlational research type. The population in this study were 281 students with a total sample of 162 students who were taken using a proportional random sampling technique. The results of the descriptive analysis of the research show that the variables of social adjustment and student conformity are in the moderate category with a percentage of 48%. Correlation analysis in this study used Kendall's tau-b technique with the results showing that there was a significant relationship between social adjustment and conformity in class IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Suruh.
