Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between work motivation and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Suruh, Semarang Regency. The type used in this research is correlational research. The sampling technique used in this research is technique total sampling  by taking as many as 30 teachers according to the population. The data in this study were taken using a scale technique with 4 alternative answers. The data obtained will then be analyzed using correlation techniques kendall’s tau-b with the help of programs IBM Statistics SPSS 25. The results showed that a correlation coefficient of 0.587** was obtained and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.01). These results indicate that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Suruh, Semarang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between Self-Efficacy and Academic Procrastination in Class XII Students of SMK Nusa Persada, Semarang Regency. This type of research is a correlational study that aims to determine whether there is a relationship or not there is a relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study was 41 students of Class XII at Nusa Persada Vocational School, Semarang Regency. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data of this research were analyzed by using Kendall's Tau-b correlation analysis. based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient value was -0.463 with a significance value of 0.001. These results indicate that there is a negative and significant relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in class XII students at Nusa Persada Vocational School, Semarang Regency.

Abstract

Society's view of the story "Princess Cinderella" only includes cruel stepmother stories and love stories and is not suitable for children to read. However, there are elements that need to be examined and exposed more, namely the values of environmental care and social care in this story. The method used in this research is discourse study, with listening techniques and content analysis in data collection, and the analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and verification. This study presents the results that the story "Princess Cinderella" contains environmental care character values and social care character values; and this story is suitable for children to read to develop the character values of caring for the environment and social care. In conclusion, the story "Prinsess Cinderella" deserves to be read by children with the assistance of their parents, so that the values of caring for the environment and social care can be conveyed properly.

Abstract

This study aims to develop supplementary e-modules for Indonesian language learning based on local wisdom. Research and development (R&D) is used as a method in this study by applying the Borg and Gall model. The feasibility of the e-module is assessed by 3 validators, namely the media validator, the material validator, and the user validator. The subjects in this study were the IV grade students at SDN Tegalharjo 02, which consisted of 6 students. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study stated that the developed e-module was feasible to use, as evidenced by the validation score of media experts obtaining a proportion of 87.5%, which means it was feasible, material expert validation obtained a proportion of 84%, which meant it was feasible, and user validation obtained a proportion of 98.8 % which means good. So, e-modules are good to use as learning supplements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of rotary wheel media to the learning outcomes of class III students at SDN Karangrejo 01 Semarang on the material rights and obligations on the highway. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study was by giving pre-test and post-test questions to class III students. The sample of this research was class III students at SDN Karangrejo 01, totaling 26 students consisting of 10 female students and 16 male students. The results of student learning completeness at the time before the application of the rotary wheel media were 15 students with an average class value of 65.38 then after the application of the rotary wheel media on the material rights and obligations on the highway there was an increase of 7 students with an average class value of 81, 54.

Abstract

This study contains an analysis of problem-solving abilities on the material of the area of a circular section using a Problem Based Learning model in class VI of SDN Sawah Besar 01, Semarang City. Problem solving abilities are abilities that need to be developed in the 2013 curriculum. Learning models that can be applied to hone problem solving skills include the Problem Based Learning model. The purpose of this research is to analyze problem-solving abilities on the area of circular arc using the Problem Based Learning model. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with a total of 35 students in class VI A, 20 male students and 15 female students as research samples. The results of this study indicate that 26 out of 35 students in class VI A of 35 students meet the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) with a percentage of 74,28% this shows students can achieve mastery learning with problem solving indicators.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out that the problem-based learning method on audio-visual media can improve the learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri Pandean Lamper 04. Information on the material being taught is obtained from tests at the end of each cycle. Meanwhile, with the help of the observation form at PPL I, information was obtained about student performance and the process of implementing teacher learning. The results showed that learning through a problem-based learning model or Problem Based Learning with audio-visual media can improve student learning outcomes. The average percentage value of students in the pre-cycle period was 40% and in the first cycle period it increased to 65% for the completeness score and 85% for cycle II. From the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data adalah penjodohan pola, pembuatan eksplanasi, dan analisis deret waktu. SDIT Al Islam Kudus menerapkan kurikulum merdeka bersamaan dengan kurikulum pendidikan terpadu yang telah diterapkan sebelumnya. Kurikulum merdeka dan kurikulum terpadu memiliki kesamaan pada pembelajaran yang terintegrasi, berbasis proyek, student centered, kontekstual, esensial, dan akuntabel. Kurikulum merdeka hadir untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan dalam menyiapkan generasi bangsa yang berwawasan luas, mandiri, peduli dengan lingkungan sekitar, dan bermanfaat bagi sesama dan memberikan pembelajaran yang terintegrasi serta menyiapkan generasi yang berkarakter Islam.

Abstract

The efficacy of interactions is considerably increased by politeness's contribution. Politeness, which involves paying attention to the appearance of another person, helps social interactions go more smoothly. Since the purpose of this research was to provide a comprehensive understanding as well as a detailed description of the methods of positive politeness utilized in conversation models found in the textbook, the type of research that was conducted was descriptive-qualitative research. According to the findings of the study, the strategy that is used the most frequently is "Noticing the Hearer Strategy." This is followed by "Exaggerating Strategy" (29.7%), "Including Both Speaker and Hearer Strategy" (24.3%), "Presupposing Strategy" (5.4%), "Intensifying interest to the hearer in the Speaker's Contribution" (2.7%), "Offering Strategy" (2.7%), and "Giving Reason Strategy" (2.7%).

Abstract

 Media pembelajaran merupakan suatu sarana/alat bantu pendidik untuk menyampaikan pesan ataupun informasi agar dapat diterima dengan baik dan menarik oleh peserta didik. Bolnet singkatan dari bola Planet adalah alat bantu  yang digunakan oleh pendidik untuk memberikan materi planet tata surya kepada peserta didik.  Media pembelajaran bolnet dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk lebih aktif dan berlatih menyampaikan informasi kepada kelompok lain dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian eksperimen, yaitu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan percobaan. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang dipilih oleh peneliti adalah sampel total/sensus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan instrument tes. Variabel Independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran (X). Variabel Dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil Kognitif (Y). Hasil dari penelitian ini pada kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan perlakuan dengan media pembelajaran Bolnet memperoleh hasil nilai gain sebesar 0,71 yang dikategorikan tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian perlakuan pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran bolnet dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap siswa dalam memecahkan masalah IPA pada materi sistem tata surya. Berdasarkan uji t-tes diperoleh  sebesar  sementara  dengan deviasi bebas (db) N – 1 = 15 – 1= 14 dan taraf signifikansi ,05% diperoleh  sebesar 2,145. Maka () >  (2,145). Sehingga (Ha) dapat diterima, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran bolnet berpengaruh terhadap hasil  belajar IPA  pada siswa kelas VI SDN Jembulwunut Kecamatan unung Wungkal Kabupaten Pati.
