Abstract

This study aims to determine students' critical thinking skills and their influence on the ability to analyze counselee problems in the implementation of individual counseling services. This research was conducted on students of the IKIP PGRI Bali counseling department. The sampling technique used is stratified simple random sampling. Data is collected by test techniques (critical thinking), rating scales (analyzing counselee problems). Data analysis used descriptive analysis and Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation analysis. Description of the level of critical thinking skills of students who are classified as moderate and the ability to analyze problems is also classified as moderate, there are 22%. The same number also occurred (22%) in students whose critical thinking ability was classified as moderate but the ability to analyze problems was high. The calculated results obtained by the value r is 0.752. Based on the significance level of 5%, the r table value is 0.279. Thus r count is greater than r table and it can be stated that the relationship between the independent variable (X) and the variable (Y) is significant. Based on the interpretation of the correlation coefficient r value (Riduwan, 2004), if the range of r values ??is between 0.60 - 0.799 the level of the relationship is strong.          The calculated calculated coefficient (KD) to determine the contribution of the free variable (X) to the dependent variable (Y) is 56%, this means that there are other variables (44%) that affect the dependent variable (Y). Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship and the influence is categorized as strong between critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze problems in counseling for students in IKIP PGRI Bali's guidance and counseling in 2019.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bahan ajar dengan pendidikan matematika realistik berlandaskan konsep tri kaya parisudha yang berkualitas valid, praktis, dan efektif. Adapun bahan ajar uang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah buku untuk mahasiswa dan buku untuk dosen. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini disesuaikan dengan tahapan-tahapan penelitian, teknik pengambilannya menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di jurusan pendidikan matematika IKIP PGRI Bali. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar trigonometri dengan pendidikan matematika realistik berlandaskan konsep tri kaya parisudha yang berkualitas valid, praktis, dan efektif. Adapun karakteristik pembelajarannya: 1) menggunakan masalah kontekstual (the use of context); 2) menggunakan berbagai model (the use of models); 3) kontribusi mahasiswa (student contributions); 4) interaktivitas (interactivity); 5) keterkaitan (intertwining); 6) proses pembelajaran mengarah pada pembentukan nilai pengetahuan, keterampilan serta sikap yang baik. Sedangkan karakteristik bahan ajarnya adalah: 1) berisi tentang petunjuk penggunaan buku; 2) peta konsep; 3) sub pokok bahasan; 4) tujuan pembelajaran; 5) tercantum kunci jawaban; 6) tercantum petunjuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran; 7) daftar pustaka.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research applied in counseling guidance services. The purpose of the study is to describe the discipline of students after being given group counseling services. 24 research subjects were students of the Counseling Guidance Study Program of IKIP PGRI Bali in the odd semester of 2018/2019. Student discipline data were collected by observation techniques, questionnaires and discipline scales. Actions in the form of counseling services with contingency contract techniques accompanied by rewards and punishments are given to students who have less disciplined attitudes and behaviors. The study design followed the PTK pattern that began with planning, implementing actions, observing / collecting data / analyzing data and reflecting. The results of the research through the stages of cycle I and cycle II can be described that the implementation of the counseling process of student discipline attitudes increased in cycle I increased by 20% and cycle II there was an increase of 30%. The average percentage of scores of students' discipline attitudes after the second counseling is 90%. This means that there is still a 10% tendency for disciplinary violations committed by students. In this regard disciplinary enforcement in the campus environment should be carried out in a compact and there are synergies from various components of the academic community. Disciplinary behavior of students in the first cycle has changed 10% and in the second cycle increased by 23% or an average of 83% of the discipline behavior of students. If described the average attainment of students' attitudes and disciplinary behavior after being given group counseling services reaches 91%. It can be suggested that the character of student discipline can be formed through the growth of awareness from within through what is heard, seen, because it is important to be considered by all academicians to be able to grow the character of discipline in the campus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the discipline of students from the leadership of the principal at SMK Werdhi Sila Kumara Silakarang. The research method used is Linear Regression to predict the leadership of the principal against the discipline of SMK Werdhi Sila Kumara Silakarang students. The results of this study obtained, that the value of t count for Student Discipline variables in this study amounted to 8.497 with a significance level of 0.000 greater than t table of 1.703. This indicates that the rejection of Ho and the acceptance of Ha which means there is a significant influence of Principal Leadership variables on student discipline variables. This study has implications for the improvement of student discipline can be done through the leadership performance of the principal.

Abstract

National education has a strong determination to build a smart and democratic Indonesian man. Intelligence is meant not merely intellectual intelligence but also emotional intelligence, ethics, and aesthetics. Creating a man with a balanced intelligence between intellectual, moral, ethics and aesthetics is required to integrate character-based education with artistic culture. Cultural arts in character education can take the form of a constructive foundation that is able to bring the learning process towards the goal, understanding, and respecting the art of culture loaded with the values ??of human life, in order to develop the character / personality of noble and ethical learners. Character education based on the art of culture can be integrated in every level of education. Material subjects related to norms or values ??need to be developed, excerpted, and integrated with the context of cultural art that becomes the identity of a society. One of the manifestations of cultural art that can be used as a medium of cultivation of student character is traditional literature. Character education based on traditional literary art really contains a lot of exemplary and wisdom of life. Traditional literature can be used as habituation media about good things so learners are cognitive about what is right and wrong, able to feel (affective) good values ??and usually do it (psychomotor).

Abstract

This study aims to find out the interaction and influence of problem based learning model based on performance assessment and numerical talents towards the learning outcomes of mathematics learners. Type of research in this research is quasi experimental research (Quasi Experiment). This study has a control group, but not entirely to control external variables that influence the execution of experiments. Research design used in this experiment is Treatment By Level (2x2) where one of its independent variables will serve as moderator variable. The population of the study was all students of grade X SMA N 7 Denpasar in Year 2016/2017 for 9 classes of IPA and 3 classes of IPS with 430 people. Samples were selected as 4 classes, namely class X IPA 2 and X IPA 4 as experimental group and class X IPA 6 and X IPA 7 as control group with multistage random sampling technique. The instrument in the research is a method of mathematics learning outcomes and numerical talent tests. The data were analyzed by using two-way ANAVA hypothesis and Tukey Test. Based on the results of the Anova two paths shows that the value of F for AxB interaction is obtained Fhitung of 13.72, while Ftabel with 5% significance level and dbD 76 is 3.97. It shows that Fhitung> Ftable (0.05) (1.76) (13.72> 3.97), so that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the result of Tukey test, Qhitung counted 6,19 while Qtabel for significance level 5%, with k = 4 and n = 20 equal to 3,96. It turns Qhitung> Qtabel (0,05) (4,20), (6,19> 3,96), so the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and H1 is accepted.  From the results of the data analysis it was found that: (1) there was interaction between learning model and numerical talent of learners toward mathematics learning result (2) there was difference of learning result of mathematics between student who follow problem based learning model based on performance assessment with students following conventional model (3) there is a difference in the learning outcomes of mathematics among students who follow a problem based learning model based on performance assessment with learners following the conventional model of learners who have low numerical talent. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that there is an interaction and influence of problem-based learning model based on performance assessment and numerical talents towards the achievement of mathematics learning outcomes of X grade students of SMA N 7 Denpasar Year of Education 2016/2017.

Abstract

The performance of the dramatic art of Calonarang belongs to sacred arts. In a sense, the dramatic Calonarang is always staged as a complement to the yajña ceremony. Until now the staging of Calonarang remains a complement to the yajña ceremony, and still retains its magical and sacred power. Although in its development, the dramatic performances of Calonarang have shifted. From the former catharsis to the profane. However, the dramatic performance of Calonarang until now still retains the spirit of taksu which has been a functional power of the staging functionally still remains a sacred art that comes into contact with magical power and taksu. The emergence of taksu is a spirit that brings implications for the strengthening of local beliefs, that Calonarang's performances are a way of humans sheltering from noetic power.

Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) to determine the significant effect of students' learning motivation on the students' learning outcomes of second semester B in the learner's developmental course, (2) to know the significant effect of students' learning discipline on student learning outcomes of second semester B on (3) to know the significant effect of the significant influence of learning motivation and learning discipline together towards the students' learning outcomes of second semester B in the course of student development Economic Education Study Program of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016 / 2017. Hypothesis proposed in this research (1) there is a significant effect of student's motivation on student's result of second semester B in course of student development of Economic Education Study Program of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016/2017 (2) there is significant influence of student discipline on the results of student learning semester II B in the course of the development of learners of Economic Education Studies Program FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016/2017 (3) there is a significant influence of motivation and discipline together towards student learning outcomes second semester B in the course the development of students of Economic Education Studies Program FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016/2017.The method used in data processing is the method of regression analysis. In the hypothesis testing, two regression analysis is used to analyze the contribution between two independent variables and one dependent variable, and seek relative contribution (SR) between the independent variable and effective contribution (SE). Based on predictive predictive analysis results, predictors X1 (Learning Motivation) and X2 (Discipline Learning) to Y (Learning Outcomes), obtained Freg price of 14.14636. With (N-m-1) in this case db = 33/2, with a significance level of 5% Ftable value of 3.26. This means that, the regression line in the analysis is significant to be the basis of prediction because there is a significant contribution between the criterion (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). The relative contribution (SR) in the% of each predictor is: Predictor X1 = 84.315% and Predictor X2 = 15.685% against the Y criterion in the course of Development of the Learners. Based on these results the regression line of 46.16% consisting of effective contribution of predictors X1 (Learning Motivation) = 38.92%. And the effective contribution of Predictors X2 Discipline Learning = 7.24%. While the rest equal to 53.84% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The development of the transportation service industry currently plays an important and rapidly growing role in the distribution (transport or delivery) of goods and services distributed to consumers in a country. Transportation services provided by the company have advantages offered to consumers. Marketing strategy becomes an important thing that must be done by the company to realize the maximum level of customer satisfaction but also to keep consumers from moving to other transportation service companies. PT Cakra Transport Utama is one of the tourism transportation services in the Bali area, in cooperation with one of Bali's many star hotels, many tourists from outside the region and tourists from abroad who come to spend time with family in Bali. This study aims to analyze the effects of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction. This study took sample of guest who use transportation services at Cakra Transport Utama, the number of samples used in this research is as many as 100 respondents. The result of analysis shows that physical evidence variable (X1) has regression coefficient 0,271 (positive sign) to consumer satisfaction (Y) and tcount 3,430 with significance level 0,001, reliability (X2) has regression coefficient 0,197 (positive sign) to satisfaction consumer (Y) and tcount of 2,318 with significance level 0,023, responsiveness (X3) has regression coefficient equal to 0,201 (marked positive) to consumer satisfaction (Y) and tcount 2,688 with significance level 0,008, assurance (X4) has coefficient regression of 0.316 (positive mark) on customer satisfaction (Y) and tcount of 3,959 with significance level 0,000, concern (X5) has a regression coefficient of 0.165 (positive mark) on consumer satisfaction (Y) and tcount of 2,095 with significance level 0.039. Adjusted R square value is 0.517. This means that 51.7% of consumer satisfaction (Y) can be explained by physical evidence variables (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and concern (X5).

Abstract

This study has the main objective of knowing the influence of transformational leadership factors consisting of charisma, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration either simultaneously or partially to the performance of SMK Guru Nusa Dua Toya Anyar Bali. In this study also aims to determine whether the individualized consideration has the most dominant influence on the performance of teachers SMK Nusa Dua Toya Anyar Bali. Variables in this study consisted of three independent variables: Charisma (X1), Stimulation (X2), and Attention (X3), and Teacher Performance (Y). From the results of the analysis there is a significant influence between charisma, intellectual stimulation, and individually individualized consideration on the performance of teachers at SMK Nusa Dua Toya Anyar Bali. This is supported by the test result F arithmetic = 167,804 at a significant level of 0.000 which is smaller than ? = 0.05. This means the efforts made by the leader of the teacher at SMK Nusa Dua Toya Anyar Bali in order to improve its performance by applying the symbols in transformational leadership work well. There is an influence between charisma, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration partially to the performance of teachers of SMK Nusa Dua Toya Anyar Bali, proved true. This proof is based on the t value and significance level of the three independent variables, which is below 5%, so it can be said charisma, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration partially influence the performance of teachers in SMK Nusa Two Toya Anyar Bali. From the results note that the individualized Attention Variables have the highest value of titung with a value of 14.263. This proves that the individualized Variables of Attention have the most dominant influence on teacher performance in SMK Nusa Dua Toya Anyar Bali.
