Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 is a virus that first appeared in the Wuhan area, China. The virus appeared in mid-2019 and then reportedly entered Indonesia at the end of 2019. This virus attacks the respiratory organs so that it has a convulsive effect on people who are infected and is contagious with various transmission media. One of the methods used to suppress the spread of the virus is by injecting the Covid-19 vaccine. Islam as a religion that is elastic in the times and places has been explained based on the substance of the Qur'an and Hadith. Rasulullah SAW. has explained the importance of treatment when contracting a disease. In this paper, we will explain the views of the Prophet's Hadith regarding the order for treatment with the existence of a covid-19 vaccine.

Abstract

tulisan ini fokus kepada analisis kepemimpinan dalam hadis yaitu membahas tentang seluk beluk pemimpin, memimpin dan kepemimpinan. Terdapat empat batasan dalam derivasi kepemimpinan hadis maudhu’i. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kritik hadis, filosofis dan politik. Adapun jenis penelitian yaitu kualitatif di antaranya sumber data primer ditemukan dari data yang diperoleh langsung dari kitab sumber dan data sekunder yaitu diperoleh dari hasil tulisan yang telah disistematisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis tematik dengan pendekatan hadis-hadis politik. Penelitian ini bersifat kajian pustaka yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dan menelaah data sesuai dengan sumber primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep kepemimpinan dalam hadis adalah contoh keteladanan dalam kepribadian kepala negara sebab memiliki wawasan dan ketajaman dalam persoalan politik, pemerintahan atau kepemimpinan

Abstract

Fatwa is seeking a syariah law in the form of a response from the person requesting a fatwa or a response to a problem that occurs. It aims to straighten out the beliefs and practices that are believed by Moslems. Reading Surah Al-Kahf is among the practices that many Moslems do in Indonesia. STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember community consists of people who are striving to spread and practice the demands of Islamic teaching. Among what is widely da’wah spread and practiced in this environment is reading Surah Al-Kahf on Fridays. This study aims to analyze and find the takhrij hadiths of the virtues of Surah Al-Kahf, fatwas about the hadith of the virtues of Surah Al-Kahf, and as well as the implications of the fatwas about the hadith of the virtues of Surah Al-Kahf to the STDI’s community. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study type. This study finds that the hadiths of the virtues of Surah Al-Kahf comes from two narrations which mention in general and specifically on Fridays. The fatwas of the scholars regarding the sunnah of reading it on Fridays is divided into: (a) the basis of the hadith is weak but it is permissible to practice it, (b) the basis of the hadith is weak so it does not limit reading it on Fridays, and (c) the basis of the hadith is authentic. The implications of these fatwas for the STDI’s community are varied, some of whom consider the fatwa as another perspective in ijtihad and some who continue to practice it.

Abstract

This article discusses the theory of External Criteria and its implications for hadiths, with a focus on the thoughts of Michael Cook. The External Criteria theory is an approach in the study of hadiths that uses criteria outside the hadith texts to determine their authenticity and genuineness. This article explains the background and development of the External Criteria theory, as well as Cook's role in developing this approach. Cook introduced the use of critical methods and historical analysis to evaluate the authenticity of hadiths. He argues that External Criteria such as historical consistency, social context, and critical methods can help identify hadiths that are questionable or not authentic. Furthermore, this article discusses the implications of the External Criteria theory for hadiths. One of the implications is the challenge of obtaining reliable sources to determine the External Criteria. The results of this research show that Michael Cook's thoughts have made an important contribution to the development of the External Criteria theory and the investigation of hadith authenticity. Researchers and academics can use this approach to gain deeper insights into the authenticity and genuineness of hadiths.

Abstract

Hadith is the second primary source after the Koran, some even position it on a par with the Koran. In the study of hadith there are many things that can be studied, one of which is the study of history. This method of transmission which is only owned by Muslims makes Islamic scholarship maintain its authenticity by using the standards of narrators that must be 'fair and ḍabit. Among the scholars of hadith there is also something called the shahadah or testimony which is often compared to riwayah. In this article the author will try to compare the shahadah and narrations using the descriptive-analytic method with the aim of knowing the similarities and differences between the two. The results of this study indicate that the shahadah and riwayah are both conveying information with the aim of establishing something that requires the perpetrators to be Muslim, mukallaf, just and ḍabit. While the difference is that the shahadah must be an independent person, not blind, the number is determined, there is no kinship and it must be submitted to uphold the truth. While the narrations do not question this and are more general in nature, they may be slaves, blind, regardless of gender, do not question kinship relations, not on specific matters, but these narrations are more prophetic in nature.

Abstract

As one of the branches of hadith science, the issues surrounding jarh wa al-ta’dil certainly cannot be separated from the development of hadith itself. As we know that the demands of the times from time to time make the needs of society increasingly varied, not least in the field of hadith. The senior critics because of their mission to save the hadith from various forms of forgery tend to be harsh and strict in their assessment of the hadith narrators (tasyaddud) or at least moderate (i’tidal). Whereas the latter scholars since they aim to help the traditions that have been marginalized or overlooked tend to have a lenient attitude (tasahul). This is certainly in the subjective realm, so that a single sigat used to assess a narrator cannot be evenly distributed because of the different criteria set by each critic. One of the memorizations that is still a mystery and quite controversial is la ba‘sa bihi which when viewed from the meaning of the language alone tends to lead the reader to interpret it freely. To answer this problem, a method that is quite relevant and widely used by recent scholars is muqa>ran (comparative). With this method, it can be ascertained that la ba‘sa bihi is more inclined to the meaning of siqah or others. Keywords: Hadith critics; La ba‘sa bihi; Jarh wa ta’dil

Abstract

تهدف هذه المقالة إلى مناقشة طريقة رواية الحديث في الفترة المبكرة، أي زمن النبي حتى حوالي القرن الثاني الهجري سواء عن طريق المشافهة أو الكتابة. الطريقة المستخدمة في كتابة هذه المقالة هي طريقة وصفية مصحوبة بمقاربة تاريخية. الحجة الرئيسية التي تم بناؤها هي أنه منذ زمن النبي، كانت كل من طريقة رواية المشافهة وطريقة رواية الكتابة موجودة، لكن طريقة رواية المشافهة هيمنت في بداية المقطع. وفي الوقت نفسه، ظهرت طريقة رواية الكتابة أكثر بعد زمن الصحابة، أي بعد دخول القرن الثاني الهجري مع ظهور مختلف تدوين الأحاديث وتصنيفها. وهذا يدحض بعض الناس الذين يزعمون أن كتابة الحديث لم تكن موجودة إلا في زمن الخليفة عمر بن عبد العزيز من خلال كتابة ابن شهاب الزهري المتوفى عام 124/125هـ. والعوامل التي تسبب رواية الحديث بالمشافهة أكثر شيوعا في زمن النبي ﷺ إلى عصر التابعين، فهي كمثل الغرض الرئيسي من صيانة السنة، واقتراح الحفظ بدلا من الكتابة، وكذلك تحذير الكتابة دون القرآن الذي هو في الواقع أمر خاص. وأما ترتيب الخليفة عمر بن عبد العزيز في كتابة الحديث فهو تأكيد يجعل ديناميكيات كتابة الحديث تنمو وتلد نموذجا جديدا. المهم، كل من الرواية بالمشافهة والكتابة مقبولة طالما أنها تفي بالمعايير التي وضعها خبراء الحديث والتي تتعلق بطريقة التحمل والأداء.

Abstract

This paper discusses NU's method of understanding hadith dhaīf and its application. The focus of the study is in the form of a brief discussion of hadith understanding, information related to NU, and applications of the use of NU hadith along with examples. This method of writing is descriptive analysis, where data sets are described and then analyzed to achieve research objectives. The conclusions of this study, namely 1). NU understands hadith not through the text of the hadith directly but through the understanding of salaf ulama's. 2). NU in understanding hadith can be considered tawasuth or even tasahul. 3). Indicators that strengthen the understanding of hadith in NU that are considered tawasuth or even tasahul. 4). Stages of falsification in understanding hadith. First, knowing the quality and quantity of hadith used by previous scholars in concluding a law. By looking at the reference directly (in this case what is meant is the primary book of hadith). Second, knowing the legal conclusions of a particular hadith, whether it is still relevant or not. Third, by falsifying, various kinds of understanding can be known from the same source.

Abstract

This article explores the Asbab al-Wurud (reasons for the revelation of hadiths) in the context of Hadith Tazayyun through the al-Jam'u approach. The research aims to understand the interpretations of hadiths related to Tazayyun by integrating various perspectives and contexts. The methodology involves the analysis of hadith texts, a review of related literature, and an understanding of the historical and social contexts of the hadiths. The findings suggest that the al-Jam'u approach allows for a more holistic and relevant understanding of the Hadith Tazayyun, which is important for comprehending contemporary dynamics in Muslim societies.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the definition, division, proof, and hadith books of Sahih, Hasan, Daif, and Maudhu'. In this article the researcher uses a qualitative research method (library research). Hadith is a guide and guidance for the life of a Muslim and functions as an explanation of the verses of the Qur'an. In terms of quality, hadith are divided into three types; including authentic hadith, hasan hadith, and dhaif hadith. An authentic hadith is a hadith whose sanad is continued through the transmitter of a just and habitual person from a just and habitual person, until the end, is not shaz and is not famous illat, while a hasanic hadith is a hadith whose sanad is continuous, by a writer who is 'just but less accurate. dhabitan and avoids syaz and illat, while dhaif hadith is a hadith that meets the requirements of authentic hadith and does not meet the requirements of hasan hadith. The mudhu' hadith is something that was created and fabricated and then attributed to the Prophet falsely.
