Abstract

The building model was made by using ETABS’s software version 9.7.1. Method that was used for earthquake analysis was response spectrum analysis. Result of this research showed that application of two columns dilatation produced different structure behavior when it applied on lengthways direction (X) and breadthways direction (Y) of existing building. Dilatation variation that was given on lengthways direction (X) of building produced better behaviors. More regular building form because of dilatation on lengthways direction (X) produced shorter period with bigger base shear. Along with the base shear that accepted by building, the column momen also became bigger. Based on displacement that was produced, application of dilatation on lengthways direction was influenced by re-entrant corner. Configuration of more regular building that has close re-entrant corner to existing building condition produced displacement that close to the existing, that thing was also in line with story drift that was produced. The displacement that was produced by all dilatation variation was still in safe category according to SNI 03-1726-2012. The biggest displacement that happened on X and Y direction was produced by variation 1 as big as 0.824m and 0.817m in a row.

Abstract

This research is purpose to control time in Girder beam production using CPM (Criticial Paht Method) and LoB (Line of Balance) to get maximum productions amount with time adaptability precisely. This research is using count method and management of secondary and primary data that illustrated to graphic and diagram. Case study at project of building the overpass LRT (Light Rail Transit), to productions girder beam at PT. Adhi Karya Factory Precast Sentul. The result of this research shows that productions capability girder beam increase as much 21 unit girder beam per mount with speed track 59,4268 unit per hour, balance delay 42,3678 %, line efficiency 42,267 with time cycle that using is 68,5 hour in first cycle, 69 hours in second cycle, 69 hours in third cycle, 69 hours in fourth cycle and having waiting time that happen to every trun of cycle is one hour. So that the result of research can declare is happen productions acceleration with using CPM (Criticial Paht Method) and LoB (Line of Balance) is 10 hour per mount.

Abstract

This research aims to utilize green mussel shell waste as a partial replacement for cement by establishing the best temperature that should be used to obtain the chemical substance if the sehell ashes to optimize the chemical substance for replacement of cement. This research replaces 10% of total weight cement with shell ash which has been combusted with a temperature of 700 ° C, 800 ° C and 900 ° C and control concrete. The compressive strength of the concrete plan is 20 MPa. Concrete mix design is 1:2:3. The results of this study indicate with subtitutes 10% semen with green shell ash with temperature 700 ° C, 800 ° C and 900 ° C is 20,53MPa; 16,76 MPa and 19,74 MPa and for control concrete has compressive strength 20,18 MPa. The maximum concrete compressive strength was obtained on the concrete of green shell ash with a combustion temperature of 700 ° C which is 20.53 MPa. In the concrete the green shells ash with a burning temperature above 700 ° C experience a decrease in compressive strength and cannot meet the compressive strength of the plan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the ratio of bearing pile capacity with some static and dynamic calculation method to Pile Driving Analyze (PDA) dynamic test result. The analysis uses static calculations using several methods namely, Meyerhoff, Vesic, α Thomlinson, and α Terzaghi, Peck and Mesri methods.Consultant calculation using Reese & Wright method. Dynamic bearing capacity uses jacking pile record from Hydrolic System Pile Driving (HSPD) and Pile Driving Analyze test results. The results showed that Reese & Wright method with SPT is the most closely approximated PDA test result with percentage 74,72%; 76.79% and 82.83% for number of pile 310, 368 and 763. While the result of comparison of jacking pile record that most approached PDA is on pile number 638 with a percentage of 82.83%. The largest settlement results are at pile number 310 and 763 with a decrease of 26.3 mm and 25.9 mm with α Vesic+Terzaghi, Peck and Mesri method

Abstract

This research was using the waste of inner-tube rubber as an additive on asphalt concrete wearing course mixture (AC-WC). The purpose is to know is there a difference between aspal beton that used the waste of inner tube rubber on marshall parameter value. This reseach used experiment method that examine the marshall parameter in 5 extra content variations of the waste of inner-tube rubber, that is 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5%, by 5 sample test items for each variant. Result of this reseach show that the best extra levels of inner-tube rubber was be obtained in 1% level with stability value 804.556 kg, melted value (flow) 3,0 mm, Marshall Quentient (MQ) value 271.333 kg/mm, Voin in Mineral Aggregates (VMA) value 19.131%, Void Filled with Asphalt (VFA) value 73.826% and Void in the Mix (VIM) 4.463%. based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the inner-tube rubber can be used as an additive on asphalt concrete wearing course mixture (AC-WC).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to utilize bottom ash and lime as substitute partial cement to know quality of product based on SNI 03-0691-1996, so that can reduce unused B3 waste. This research used an experimental method, the population of paving block using bottom ash and lime as substitute partial of cement within 5 percentage 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, and 45% of the amount of cement used in the normal mix. This research examined the six test, namely: compressive test, wear resistance, resistance to sodium sulfate, water absorption and testing measure. The result showed that the difference of quality of product which have different percentage.Percentage 25% and 30% showed B quality based on SNI 03-0691-1996. Percentage 35% showed C quality and 40% showed a D quality based on SNI 03-0691-1996. Percentage 45% showed result below quality based on SNI 03-0691-1996. The optimum paving block produced is 30% which has average 20,66 MPa result on compressive test and maximum 21,86 MPa, 0,086 mm/minute maximum for wear resistance from 35% percentage and 2,25% is maximum amount for water absorption test from 30% percentage. In this research all product which used bottom ash and lime has average 0.744% resistance of sodium sulfate.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the increase of compressive strength value of geopolymer concrete using duck egg duck ash with mixture of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide at variation 0%, 80%, 90% and 100% at 7 days with heating specimen and control concrete room temperature. Ash duck egg shell used is burnt waste with temperatures reaching 800 ° C for ± 6 hours using ceramic burning oven. This study uses cylindrical test object with diameter 10 cm and height 20 cm with the quality of plan is fc '20 MPa. Testing of compressive strength of geopolymer concrete using Crushing Test Machine tool. In this purpose, the compressive strength of the geopolymer concrete produced by the concrete test object on variations 0%; 80%; 90%; and 100% ie 0 MPa; 6,32 MPa; 8,57 MPa; and 14,01MPa, while the concrete test object No concrete compressive strength was applied on variations of 0%; 80%; 90%; and 100% ie 7,64 MPa; 4,84MPa; 5,77MPa; and 6.19MPa. It can be seen that the maximum average compressive strength value is present in the 100% variation with the tested object being tested at 83°C first.
