Abstract

This study aims to overcome the floods that occur in densely populated areas by re-planning existingchannel dimensions. This research was conducted in the RW04 area, Cakung Barat Village, Cakung District,East Jakarta. This region has an area of 25.4ha with flat topography (5-6masl) and densely demographicconditions. The research method uses Quantitative Descriptive Methods. Data collection techniques used are byfield observation and analysis of rainfall data. The results obtained in the form of flood discharge, channel capacity, and plan channel dimensions.Re-planning is carried out on 7 channels that cannot withstand flood discharge by widening the cross section ofthe channel.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the change in concrete behavior in regards to adding soda drinks as retarder and to compare the properties of cocrete using soda drinks and concrete without using soda. In this study, the writer uses soda drink content in 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12% variatons based on cement weight. Each variations uses 1 specimen for vicat tests and 2 specimens is used for compressive strength test. In testing using the vicat tool it measures the delay that occurs in content levels of 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12% could be considered retarders, where as compressive testing examines the maximum strength acquired from adding soda to the concrete is increased by 1.64% with a variation of 3% from normal concrete and decreased gradually by 1,9% 3,9%, and 4,11% with variations of 6%, 9%, and 12% respectively

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the Tambun Selatan People's Market based on the existing standards in SNI 8152-2015 concerning the People's Market, and to find out people's perceptions and to evaluate the availability of facilities and infrastructure and public utilities in accordance with SNI 8152-2015. The research method used in this research is literature study and survey. The results showed that observations with SNI 8152-2015 stated that the buildings and infrastructure of the Tambun People's Market were not in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 concerning the People's Market, while those that were not in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 were lighting and circulation, corridors, parking areas, areas. loading and unloading, security posts, health posts, drainage and waste management, and in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 are construction, arrangement of trading rooms, prayer rooms, clean water networks, bathrooms and toilets, and fire prevention. Efforts that need to be made by market managers are to repair damaged facilities that are not in accordance with standards and to procure facilities that are not yet available in the market according to standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of corn cob ash as an additive to cement in the production of CLC lightweight bricks according to SNI 03-2156-1991 concerning air flow light brick blocks by autoclaving process. The method used is an experiment in accordance with SNI 03-2156-1991 regarding light brick blocks of air flow with autoclaving process. The test object measures 59 × 19 ×10 cm and uses 45 specimens. The results obtained for dimensional testing exceed the required limits of SNI 03-2156-1991. The compressive strength of lightweight bricks is obtained at variations of 0%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% respectively 3.07 N/mm², 3.68 N/mm², 4.54 N/mm², 4.29 N/mm², and 4 N/mm² with the optimum compressive strength value obtained at 6% variation and non-passing variation at 0% variation with a minimum requirement of 3.6 N/mm². The flexural strength of lightweight bricks is obtained at variations of 0%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% respectively 0.27 N/mm², 0.63 N/mm², 0.81 N/mm², 0.65 N/mm², and 0.76 N/mm with optimum flexural strength values obtained at 6% variation and non-qualifying variations at 0% and 4% variations with a minimum requirement of 0.65 N/mm².

Abstract

This research purpose is to find out the management and maintenance curing of Pulogebang Integrated Bus Terminal already match according to PU Minister Regulations No. 24 PRT/M/2008 SOP. Corresponding to the observation that already do indicates that maintenance and curing assignment in Pulogebang Integrated Bus Terminal are far from optimum. It is because some factor that is SOP (Standart Operational Procedure) that hasn’t been match according to PU Minister Regulations No. 24 PRT/M/2008, bureaucracy system in the government, feebleness in control system and facility that not appropriate yet according to Ministry of Transportation Regulations No. 132 2015.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the maximum compressive strength value of concrete speedcrete using naphthalene additive additive at each test age and compare with normal concrete 28 days. This research used cylindrical test object with diameter 15 cm and height 30 cm. Speedcrete concrete does not undergo the treatment process while the normal concrete test object through the treatment process. Testing compressive strength of concrete speedcrete using Crushing Test Machine tool. In this research the compressive strength was produced by using superplasticizer type naphthalene and compared with normal concrete without using additive. The target quality plan is fc '35 MPa with the use of additive dose of 1.7% of the weight of cement. The results of this research showed an increase in the value of compressive strength of concrete speedcrete with aadditive materials added naphthalene increased with increasing age of concrete. The results showed that the compressive strength of concrete speedcrete with naphthalene additive materials of 12 hours, 18 hours, 28 hours and 48 hours was 0.5 MPa, 17,81 MPa, 31,14 MPa and 45,77 MPa. Normal strength concrete strength with the addition of 20% water age 28 days that is equal to 54.76 MPa.

Abstract

The highway is one of the most influential facilities in human life, both in social and economic terms. Therefore, if the quality of the highway is inadequate, then the economic level of the people who cross the road in the area. To create a quality road, it is necessary to plan with the appropriate method. Similarly, the Rainis-Melonguane - Beo- Esang Road segment in Talaud Islands District, North Sulawesi Province which widened the road from two ways with two lanes, into two ways with four lanes to improve the effectiveness of the local road usage. From the calculation result of thickness of pavement layer of bend road using DGH method and Component Analysis, it can be concluded that DGH method yields larger layer thickness with percentage difference of second layer thickness method on surface 68,75%, at base equal to 60%, And at sub-base 75,61%. Then, the thickness of the layer that can be used in this road widening project is the thickness of the layer calculated using the Component Analysis method because it has a thick layer of thin layer on the lowest CBR, but still qualifies the minimum thickness of the flexible pavement layer according to SKBI 2.3.26 1987.

Abstract

This paper aims to reviewed construction projects complexity in construction complex procurement. Construction complexity is influenced with many internal and external factors. Complexity covers entire construction project cycles. At construction work procurement stage, organization and processes complexity is a major concern, especially in government procurement. Complexity requires regulation and control are such that it does not happen obstacles at every project construction cycle stage.

Abstract

This research is a analysis of capacity and level of service at Jalan Raya Bogor segment Cisalak Market in existing condition with a purpose to optimize it based on rule that already assigned in Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) year 1997. The result of analysis showed that capacity of Jalan Raya Bogor segment Cisalak Market can be optimize, from 3307 smp/hour to Jakarta become 3596,36 smp/hour. The direction to Bogor also having incresement from 2696,52 smp/hour become 3329,04 smp/hour.The degree of saturation and level of service direction to Jakarta can be upgraded from 0,47 (C) become 0,43 (B) at Sunday morning if its does not affect by the activity of the market, also in Monday morning which is restrained in LoS E with Ds 0,85 become 0,79 or in LoS D and in Monday afternoon with LoS D (0,76) become C (0,69). Meanwhile direction to Bogor can be upgraded in Saturday afternoon from LoS C (0,61) become B with the number of Ds 0,49, then in Sunday morning and afternoon also Monday morning respectively can be upgraded from C to B. Last, in Monday afternoon into LoS C with number of degree of saturation is 0,62 from LoS D with 0,76.
