Bidayatuna: Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (p-ISSN: 2621-2153, e-ISSN: 2715-0232) terbit dua kali dalam setahun, yakni bulan Oktober dan April. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh LP3M Institut Agama Islam Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menampung pemikiran kritis dan terbuka bagi semua kalangan (akademisi, agamawan, intelektual dan mahasiswa) dengan spesifikasi kajian dan penelitian di bidang Pendidikan Dasar Islam, Guru Kelas Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dan/ atau Guru Kelas Sekolah Dasar juga Manajemen Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

This study aims to determine the level of emotional intelligence, find out the motivation to learn mathematics and determine the effect of emotional intelligence on motivation to learn mathematics. Using quantitative research with survey methods. Population and sample of all fourth grade students with 21 students. Data obtained by observation and disseminating the first questionnaire aims to find out emotional intelligence and the second questionnaire to determine student motivation. The research instrument uses a scale of emotional intelligence and motivation to learn mathematics. Descriptive analysis results show that the emotional intelligence of class IV students is in the medium category with a percentage of 14%, while the motivation to learn mathematics in class IV is in the moderate category with a percentage of 29%. After analyzing the data it is known that there is a significant influence with the results of r count = 16.991 and consulted with a value of t table = 1.729. While the influence of variable X (emotional intelligence) on the Y variable (mathematics learning motivation) was 93.8%. With these results, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the influence of emotional intelligence on mathematics learning motivation of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Ngulankulon.

Efforts to build the Indonesian nation so that the quality of life increases is not an easy and simple matter. Among the big challenges facing this nation is the challenge of education in its broadest sense. One of them is the environment which also colors, influences human growth and development. An education is said to be a process to mature humans. Or in other words education is an attempt to humanize humans. Education is in an important aspect of life, it is closely related to successors whose future must be well prepared, and all of which can only be achieved by education. The everyone is a teacher here method is an easy strategy to obtain large class participation and the responsibility of students. In learning activities, and not necessarily all from the teacher, students just sit in silence and listen to the lessons the teacher delivers, but students can describe and understand each other.

Quality education is able to produce a generation that is competitive in accordance with the times. One of many aspects determining the quality of education is the level of teacher professionalism in delivering subject matter, especially mathematics material which is known to be difficult and makes students bored in the learning process. This study uses a classroom action research method with the research subjects of the fifth grade students of MIS Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin Labruk Lor Lumajang, with 31 students, researchers and teachers. The data collection technique used is triangulation. The results showed that the fifth grade mathematics educator (teacher) of MIS Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin Labruk Lor Lumajang used a problem-based instruction model to increase student activity and learning outcomes in mathematics subjects.

The low pedagodic ability of the teacher affects in carrying out a practical learning activity in class V SDN Barat 02 Padang, Lumajang and learning with lecture model and assignments carried out by the teacher during the learning delivery process taking place at SDN BARAT 02 Padang, Lumajang. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and document study. This study shows the concept of learning cognitivism, which is a learning process involving mental activities in students and the implementation of the concept of learning cognitivism through practicum in science subjects in class V SDN Barat 02 Padang, Lumajang.Teachers make preparations for various things, from the material that will be delivered until the material used for practice and things important during the learning process.

The learning model is one of the requirements in improving student learning, not only in matters relating to student interest in class, but also in student creativity in following the learning process. One of the learning models that is currently trending is contextual teaching and learning. This research discusses how the development of a contextual teaching and learning model in MIS Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin Labruk Lor Lumajang is, so that it can increase student creativity. This research is a field study using a qualitative descriptive approach. The result showed that the development of a learning model for contextual teaching and learning was carried out in several ways; development through constructivism, development through questioning and learning Community.

One of factors in the decline of student ability is due to the lack of teacher creativity in the teaching and learning process, especially in Bahasa Indonesia subjects that contain text material so it tends to be boring if it only delivered through lectures. The method (field research) with a descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, because the researcher went directly to the research location. Researchers use interviews, observations, etc. in data collection. This research shows that when the teacher uses the language game technique to complete the story of the students, the teacher is finally able to improve the ability of the second grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Islam Uranggantung, even by using the language game technique to complete the story, students are able to win the poetry reading contest at the district level.

Children's learning styles differ from one to another, some have good learning style and some are bad that it may have an influence on student learning outcomes. This research uses a case study and quantitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests etc. which were analyzed descriptively and tested by using the Manova and ANOVA tests using Windows SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of learning styles on student learning outcomes. The value obtained by researchers on the relationship between learning styles and student learning outcomes is 0.173 ≥ 0.05. This value can be interpreted that between learning styles and learning outcomes have high results. It means, learning styles have a significant influence on student learning outcomes. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted, namely there is an influence between learning styles on learning outcomes of class IVA and IVB MI NU Habibul Abrori Suko Jogoyudan Lumajang.

Education in the 20th century was more focused on the formal direction, so that rarely students who want to study at the Musholla, as if there was no time to study Koran, sometimes students can not study at all. To realize this, a special institution which facilitates the learning of the Koran is needed. This research used descriptive qualitative method and data analysis using triangulation. The result of research on the implementation of the Tilawati method in MIS Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin is said to be quite good because learning there only runs within one year but the progress of reading ability of the Koran is greatly improved. It can be seen that an increase in values ​​is quite good and the achievement in the Koran contest is very good.

The research is based on students low average score in Bahasa Indonesia skill on fifth grade student at MI Islamiyah Popoh especially in explaining historical narrative text Theme 7 Subtheme 2 lesson 6. The purpose of this research is to improve students skill by using Mind Mapping method in the indicator of present informations. This method is expected to assist student in learning Bahasa Indonesia. The result of research showed that implementing Mind Mapping can improve students skll in explaining information. First cycle of evaluation showed there were 56% students who didn’t passed the minimum completness criteria, 44% studens passed the minimum criteria. The minimum completeness criteria set is 75 and classically 80% students passed. In the second cycle, there was a significant increase with a percentage of 19% of students who had not completed and 81% of students had completed with a class average of 82.8.

The technological revolution causes changes in all aspects of life. It includes the educational spec. So that these changes also change all aspects in the world of education. One of the highlights in this paper is the relationship between teachers and students. The teacher initially becomes an important entity in the learning process. However, the presence of new media has replaced the teacher's position. It is no longer a central role in the educational process. Students have relied on gaining knowledge on technology. This phenomenon is contrary to the concept of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah education. Sanad continuity is an important thing in measuring the authenticity of knowledge. Not only that, the meaning of blessing is pinned on knowledge that has this sanad continuity. Seeing this phenomenon, the author assumes that technology has conducted teacher deauthorization in the education process of the new media era.
