Abstract

Infeksi pada kulit atau jerawat adalah masalah yang disebabkan oleh bakteri, salah satu bakteri penyebab jerawat adalah bakteri Propionibacterium acnes dan Staphylococcus aureus. Terapi untuk mengatasi jerawat ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan obat herbal. Kini banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan obat herbal karena relative lebih aman dibandingkan dengan obat-obatan kimia sehingga mudah diperoleh, murah, tidak terjadi resistance, dan tidak berbahaya terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Salah satu tanaman herbal yang dapat dijadikan obat penyakit kulit yaitu daun cocor bebek, dari beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tananaman ini memiliki potensi untuk menghambat bakteri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak metanol daun cocor bebek terhadap Propionibacterium acnes dan Staphylococcus aureus pada konsentrasi 20%, 40%, dan 60%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode difusi agar dan difusi chakram pada media Mueller Hinton Agar (MHA) dengan beberapa konsentrasi ekstrak metanol dari daun cocor bebek yaitu 20%, 40%, 60% serta kontrol positive clindamycin untuk bakteri Propionibacterium acnes dan Ciprofloxacin untuk bakteri Staphylococcus aureus, dan DMSO sebagai kontrol negatif. Diameter hambat yang dihasilkan pada pengujian ekstrak metanol daun cocor bebek terhadap bakteri Propionibacterium acnes adalah konsentrasi 20% (9,77 mm), 40% (11,25 mm), 60% (11,61 mm). Sedangkan pada bakteri Staphylococcus aureus, konsentrasi 20% (11,58), 40% (14,75) dan 60% (17,08) mm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak metanol daun cocor bebek memiliki aktivitas menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Propionibacterium acnes dan Staphylococcus aureus.

Abstract

Development of Student Worksheets Based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) Integrated TPACK Integrated TPACK is backgrounded by the innovation of teaching materials relevant to the development of the 21st century. The purpose of this study is to increase the effectiveness of the Student Worksheet on the Class X SMA Biodiversity material which has been developed and is valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is development research (R & D) and uses a 4D model development model. 4D stages consist of 4, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Disseminate. Based on the evaluation of LKPD by expert validators, it shows that the LKPD is valid with a value of 4,3 which means it is valid. For the practicality of the product that has been obtained from the teacher's response with a value of 100% which means it is very practical, and the response from students with a value of 86% which means very practical. For the effectiveness of the product obtained from the learning outcomes test with a value of 75.7% (effective). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the development of Student Worksheets is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

Innovation efforts in the development of teaching materials have been carried out through development research procedures with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) in the Biotechnology course. This study aims to develop STEM-based handouts on the concept of Fermentation, determine the validity of STEM-based handouts based on the feasibility aspects of content, presentation, language, STEM and graphics, and determine user responses to STEM-based handout products. The results of this development indicate that STEM-based handouts are feasible to use with a feasibility assessment by experts of 83.61%. For user responses from 6th semester students of Biology Education Study Program, it is known that STEM-based handout products can be used in Biotechnology learning with a score of 73.71%. Recommendations from this research need to improve the design with STEM characteristics in technology and engineering aspects as well as more detailed mathematics.

Abstract

Proximate analysis is an analysis performed to determine the nutritional value contained in a food or processed food. This study aims to determine the water content, protein content, fat content, ash content and carbohydrate content of Jeruju leaf crackers. The method used in this research was an experimental method in the laboratory by analyzing the water content, protein content, fat content, ash content and protein content of Jeruju leaf crackers. From the research conducted, the water content results for the S1 treatment were 3.17 + 0.12; S2 is 6.58 + 0.01 and S3 is 6.51 + 0.53. The resulting protein content for the S1 treatment was 28.65 + 0.52; S2 of 31.78 + 0.53; S3 is 23.97 + 1.05. The resulting fat content for the S1 treatment was 24.49 + 0.06; S2 is 19.74 + 0.01 and S3 is 21.64 + 0.06. The resulting ash content for the S1 treatment was 2.12 + 0.01; S2 is 1.4 + 0.01 and S3 is 1.39 + 0.02. The resulting carbohydrate content for the S1 treatment was 41.55 + 0.5; S2 is 40.46 + 0.5 and S3 is 46.47 + 1. Abstract

Latarbelakang penelitian ini adalah adanya dampak kemajuan globalisasi pada bidang Pendidikan dimana peserta didik mengalami kesulitan belajar khususnya pada mata pelajaran biologi. Agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai maka proses pembelajaran juga harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi yang dibutuhkan. Peserta didik perlu dibiasakan untuk mencari informasi dari berbagai sumber dan memecahkan permasalahan secara individu maupun perkelompok. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut, perlu diterapkan model pembelajaran yang tepat dan efektif. Model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing sebagai salah satu model pembelajaran yang efektif diterapkan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran biologi pokok materi virus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperiment). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 2 Jeneponto yang terdiri dari 35 peserta didik. instrument yang digunakan yaitu tes hasil belajar kognitif dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan bahwa perubahan nilai peserta didik dari pre ke post test termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Biologi kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 2 Jeneponto.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the scientific literacy ability of students in biology learning at SMAN 1 Bone. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method. The population of this research is all students of MIPA class at SMAN 1 Bone. The research sample was 102 class XII students with jenuh sampling technique of determining the sample. The data collection technique was in the form of multiple choice test questions for students' scientific literacy skills with a total of 30 questions. Based on the research that has been carried out on SMAN 1 Bone students, it can be concluded that the highest scientific literacy ability of SMAN 1 Bone students is in the medium category with the correct percentage of 77.4%. This means that some students in Bone Regency are able to think rationally and scientifically to solve a problem at hand. this indicates that some students have understood in managing their knowledge to solve various problems by making decisions based on scientific considerations

Abstract

This research is a type of quasi-experimental research, which aims to determine differences in cognitive, affective and psychomorphic learning outcomes of students by applying the Make a Match type cooperative learning model with The Power of Two in class XI students of Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Pao-pao, Gowa Regency. In this study, the experimental group I applied the Make a Match cooperative learning model and the experimental group II applied the The Power of Two cooperative learning model. The research instrument was a Learning Outcome Test (THB) to measure cognitive learning outcomes, and observation sheets to measure students' affective and psychomotor learning outcomes. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics (Anacova and Anova with α = 0.05) with the help of the SPSS 18.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in cognitive, affective and psychomorphic learning outcomes between students who are taught using the Make a Match type cooperative learning model and students who are taught using The Power of Two learning model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of students' learning difficulties in learning science. The type of research is qualitative research. The subjects in this study were 19 students in class V at SDN 61 Mario, Ponrang District, Luwu Regency. Data collection techniques in this research is questionnaires. The research instrument used was a questionnaire on students' natural science learning difficulties which consisted of 30 questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicated that the results of the questionnaire analysis on the difficulty factor of learning science for indicators of learning motivation were 65.66%, Interest was 62.87%, Attitude was 60.96%, school environment by 59.90% and family environment by 66.42%.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 melanda seluruh kabupaten/kota yang ada di Indonesia termasuk kota Bima Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Demi kelancaran kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh dimasa pandemi, program studi pendidikan biologi STKIP Bima mengembangkan pembelajaran elektronik (e- learning) jenis moodle melalui dana hibah Kemendikbudristek. Oleh karena itu dilakukannya penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan e-learning moodle terhadap kemampuan literasi digital mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Biologi STKIP Bima. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi seluruh mahasiswa program studi pendidikan biologi STKIP Bima semester I tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel dengan sampling random purposive sehingga diperoleh kelas D sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas E sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket respon mahasiswa. Setelah itu data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data bahwa penggunaan e-learning moodle berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi digital mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Biologi STKIP Bima yaitu berada dalam kategori sangat baik, baik dan cukup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul berbasis discovery learning pada materi animalia di SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D (Research and Development) yang mengacuh pada desain penelitian pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu analisis (analyze), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation) dan evaluasi (evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Luwu yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, angket respon dan tes hasil belajar. Data penelitian diuji kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Uji kevalidan dinyatakan sangat valid berdasarkan penilaian validator ahli media dengan persentase 81,5% dan validator ahli materi dengan persentase 77,07%. (2) Uji kepraktisan dinyatakan sangat praktis berdasarkan respon guru dan setelah penggunaan e-modul sebesar 82,69% dan respon siswa sebesar 82,85%. (3) uji keefektifan dengan nilai 84,67% (sangat efektif). Kriteria ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan e-modul berbasis Discovery Learning valid, praktis, dan efektif sehingga dapat digunakan pada materi animalia.
