Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa efektif model kelas terbalik ini untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh atau online di SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. Metode observasi kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian yang diawali dengan pembuatan e-modul yang akan dibagikan kepada siswa melalui Google Classroom. Dari penelitian ini, metode Flipped Classroom merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab siswa dalam mengeksplorasi materi pembelajaran secara online. Namun, itu sepenuhnya tergantung pada motivasi siswa itu sendiri.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran blended learning dalam pembelajaran tatap muka tebatas . Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA 1 SMA 9 Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket dengan menggunakan aplikasi google form dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Hasil data diperoleh dan dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon siswa terhadap penerapan blended learning adalah baik berdasarkan hasil observai, amgket, dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) elektronik berbasis Keterampian Proses Sains (KPS) pada materi sistem pencernaan dengan tujuan menghasilkan LKPD elektronik yang dapat membantu pemecahan masalah di lapangan serta memenuhi kriteria valid. Pengembangan materi dan desain LKPD elektronik dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Word, LibreOffice dan Adobe Acrobat Reader. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang memiliki lima tahapan, yaitu analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah dosen ahli yang melakukan validitas instrumen serta produk yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa produk LKPD elektronik yang dikembangkan bersifat valid. Hasil validitas berada pada kategori sangat valid dengan persentase validitas LKPD elektronik yang diperoleh yaitu 87,64%. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD elektronik berbasis KPS pada materi sistem pencernaan kelas XI SMA/MA yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Fart leaf plants (Paederia foetida) or Sembukan contain Alkaloids, flavonoids and Iridoid glycosides. The plants have various functions that are as antihepatotoxic, hypoglycemic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, antiviral, antidiarrheal, immunomodulatory, anti-rheumatic, anti-inflammatory. pain and seizure relief. Besides being used as herbal medicine, medicinal plants can also be used as complementary food ingredients because they are thought to contain nutrients such as carbohydrates and fiber. This study aims to determine the content of carbohydrates and fiber in sembukan. The carbohydrate content of sembukan leaves was analyzed using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results showed that sembukan leaves contain carbohydrates including glucose 0.986 mg, fructose 0.99 mg, sucrose 1.710 mg, starch and fiber 7,03 grams per 100 grams of sembukan leaves

Abstract

Larval health is an important problem faced by the hatchery of humback grouper (Cromileptes altivelis). One of the factors that influence larval mortality is feed management and disease control in humback grouper larvae. Methods of data collection is done by means of direct interviews, active participation and observation. Feeding the larvae was started when the larvae were 2 days old with the first feed being Nannochloropsis occulata. Then Rotifera was given when the larvae were 2-4 days old with a density of 5 individuals/ml. Feed in the form of Artemia is given when the larvae are 20 days - 40 days old. Level 1 pellet feed was given when the larvae were 8-10 days old. The disease that often attacks humback grouper larvae is VNN (Viral Nervous Necrosis) with the characteristics of infected larvae are weak movement, larvae float on the surface, decreased appetite and larvae lying on the bottom of the pond. The bacterium that attacks the larvae is Vibrio alginolyticus. Treatment of Vibrio alginolyticus can use antibiotics but has bad side effects. While alternative medicine can use drugs from natural ingredients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan metode pembelajaran e-learning terhadap minat belajar dan kemampuan literasi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survey dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat untuk memperoleh data terhadap responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak dari empat kelas Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi yaitu pada mahasiswa semester 3, 5, dan 7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dampak positif dari penggunaan metode pembelajaran e-learning terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai sebesar 20,17 yang lebih besar daripada nilai yaitu 1,98 serta nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Selain itu pada variabel kemampuan literasi juga terdapat dampak yang positif dari penggunaan metode pembelajaran e-learning terhadap kemampuan literasi mahasiswa Program Studi PEndidikan Biologi Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai sebesar 5,02 yang lebih besar dari nilai sebesar 1,98 serta nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the development of AIR (Auditory Intellectualy Repetition) based LKPD (student worksheets) on the material of the human movement system class XI MIPA Senior high school number 1 Palopo. This type of research is R&D (Research and Development) research which refers to the development research design of Hannafin and Peck (1988) which consists of three stages namely needs assessment, design stage, and implementation development stage. The results of the study show that the development of AIR (Auditory Intellectualy Repetition) based LKPD (student worksheets ) on the material of the human movement system class XI MIPA 1 Senior High School Number 1 Palopo is stated: (1) valid with an average total validity value 3,7 the percentage value of validity is 92,5% criteria very valid (2) the p ercentage of teacher responses to the AIR (Auditory Intellectualy Repetition) based LKPD (student worksheets) with an average value 3,8 with a percentage value of 95% very partical criteria (3) the percentage of student responses to the AIR (Auditory Intellectualy Repetition) based LKPD (student worksheets) with an average value of 3,32 with a percentage of 83%) partical criteria (4) the percentage value of effevtiveness of the AIR (Auditory Intellectualy Repetition) based LKPD (student worksheets) with an average value of 83,77% very effective criteria. These criteria indicate that development AIR (Auditory Intellectualy Repetition) based LKPD (student worksheets) is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

The program to build food security can be applied to several aspect such as food safety, food availability, affordability, and food distribution. The program is carried out so that humans can manage natural resources for the availability of food needs in a sustainable manner. One of the most important foods is fish. Fish contains high protein, omega 3 fatty acids, and other nutritional. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of fish diversity in the Kedung Ombo reservoir as a provider of sustainable food needs. The research method uses survey and literature review. Based on the results of the literature study, it was found that there were 13 types of fish and came from 7 families. The fish species include parrot fish (Oreochromis niloticus), tilapia fish (Oreochromis mossambicus), Catfish (Pangasius sutchi), tawes fish (Barbodes gonionatus) and betutu fish (Oxyeleotris marmorata). In fish farming activities, one of them must be carried out properly, one of which is by paying attention to the concept of inland public waters in a sustainable manner so that its easy for the community to meet their food needs

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to capture student’s science literacy and content aspect of interaction of organisms and its environment topic at Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur. The method of this study is quasi experiment pretest-posttest one group only. The research subject is 7th graders in Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur. Student’s science literacy on knowledge aspect is captured through 20 multiple choice questions and questionnaire about science learning. The research data is analyzed by the result of normalized gain and its effect size. There are two aspects of science literacy which are measures namely content and procedural knowledge which enhance satisfactory of n-gain 0.52 and 0.75 respectively. The effect size of those two aspects reach 1.24 which means it has strong effect. Moreover, students mostly excel on both abiotic and ecological pyramid subtopic that are correctly answered by 64.77% students. To sum up, student’s science literacy shows satisfactory results and it can be concluded that students can comprehend the topic well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Google Classroom-assisted Blended Learning on student learning outcomes on viral material at SMAN 4 Luwu. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study amounted to 186 students. The sample of this research is class X MIPA 5 and X MIPA 6 each totaling 31 students who were selected by purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out by learning outcomes tests. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, namely normality test, homogeneous test and independent sample t test. The results of the descriptive test obtained the average value in the experimental class which was 84.68 while in the control class the average value obtained was 81.81. The results of the analysis of hypothesis testing are 0.043 <0.05, it is concluded that there is an effect of using the Google Classroom-assisted Blended Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in class X virus material at SMAN 4 Luwu.
