This research aims at identifying how transparent and accountable service policy is implemented at PDAM Bandung City from the perspectives of PDAM employees and its customers. The result demonstrate good responses from the PDAM employees. Meanwhile, ustomer’s responses reflect that the implementation of transparent and accountable service policy has yet to improve. To diminish the gap, it is necessary for PDAM Bandung City to set some measures to deliver its services in more transparent and accountable ways. The measures include the improvement orpersonnel’s competencies and professionalism.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan bantuan keuangan desa pada pemerintah Desa Pakutandang Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan fokus masalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan Bantuan Keuangan Desa dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hambatan apa saja yang dialami dalam implementasi kebijakan bantuan keuangan Desa di Desa Pakutandang Kecamatan Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung. Implementasi kebijakan bantuan keuangan desa pada Desa Pakutandang Kecamatan Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung belum optimal dan belum tepat sasaran pada masyarakat yang membutuhkan, alokasi bantuan dana desa lebih besar dialokasikan untuk penyelenggaraan pemerintah desa, sedangkan untuk alokasi pemberdayaan masyarakat belum optimal. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi bantuan keuangan desa yaitu sering terjadinya pergantian perangkat desa yang diikuti dengan perubahan perangkat desa baru yang belum memiliki pengalaman kerja yang berimbas pada penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan tugas lainnya, sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan tidak berjalan dengan baik, dan masalah dalam penyampaian laporan.

This research describes co-creation as innovation in public services. Co-creation places the community not only as beneficiaries, but also as collaborators. This research aims to describe the process of co-creation in Disdukcapil of Bandung City through the creation of an innovation environment, and the extent of community involvement in co-creation process based on the engagements of explorer, ideator, designer, and diffuser. This research used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through study literature, observation, and interview. Data analysis was carried out through data condensation, data display, and data verification. The implications of this research can be used as considerations for Disdukcapil of Bandung City in improving co-creation as service innovation. This research found the application of co-creation as service innovation in Disdukcapil of Bandung City through the creation of an innovative environment was quite good and the involvement of community in co-creation of Disdukcapil of Bandung City was still focused on citizen engagement as explorer and ideator, while involvement as designer and diffuser was relatively still limited. The recommendation from this research is that Disdukcapil collaborates with the community through strengthening citizen engagement as designers and diffusers so that the community can be fully involved in implementation of services provided.

When entering a business competition in the digital market, SMEs must have readiness in the use of technology or e-readiness. Readiness to use technology is essential to compete through digital markets that have a broader scope. SMEs in Banyuwangi are trying to enter the digital market by increasing information technology capacity through assistance from the local government through the online marketing website Banyuwangi-mall.com. For this reason, this article attempts to examine the readiness of SMEs to adopt technology (e-readiness) in entering e-commerce facilitated by local governments. This study uses mixed methods by conducting quantitative methods through surveys first. To then be deepened through a qualitative research process conducted with in-depth interviews. The research results show that SMEs that use digital marketing Banyuwangi-mall.com already have a high readiness for technology adoption in the aspects of strategy and management. However, in the aspect of workers, they are still at the middle level, or there are still some shortcomings.Â

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang terbuka membuat lingkungan usaha menjadi semakin kompetitif. Paperbab.hq merupakan salah satu usaha yang ikut merasakan persaingan yang kompetitif dimana dalam menghadapinya, Paperbab.hq menggunakan perkembangan teknologi yakni social media marketing activities yang terdiri atas entertainment, interaction, trendiness, advertisement, dan customization. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis pengaruh terhadap social media marketing activities yang diterapkan oleh Paperbab.hq terhadap brand awareness. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membandingkan kesan yang diperoleh konsumen yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, dan frekuensi kunjungan terhadap social media marketing activities dan brand awareness. Jumlah responden yang mengisi kuesioner yang diberikan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 130 responden. Melalui penelitian ini, ditemukan hasil bahwa secara serempak, semua indikator yang terdapat di dalam social media marketing activities memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand awareness namun secara parsial, indikator trendiness tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand awareness. Berdasarkan pengelompokan atas jenis kelamin, usia, dan frekuensi berkunjung ditemukan hasil yang berbeda mengenai kesan yang didapatkan dari setiap indikator social media marketing activities dan brand awareness.  Â

Leadership has always been a topic that has attracted the attention of researchers. The purpose of this literature review research is to know the participants’ characteristics in the articles, the type of measurement, the type of school leadership and their relevance to the management. A total of 11 articles in the period 2017-2022 were used to carry out this literature review taken from the Google scholar database with the help of Harzing’s Publish or Perish 8 software for data mining. The article search was done online using the keywords “school leadership managementâ€. The literature review results show that the participants in this research were principals, teachers, students and family members. The setting of the studies is widely carried out in some countries, including Indonesia. The measurements used in the quantitative studies are questionnaires. However, interviews and focus group discussions were used in the qualitative approach. Most school leadership types in this literature review are instructional, transformational, and transactional. Instructional leaders were mainly focused on pedagogical issues. Meanwhile, the transformational implies mobilization and teacher participation. Moreover, transformational and transactional leadership were proven effective in conflict resolution. This show that leadership styles affect the success of school management.Â

One of public service transformation carried out by the government is by building Public Service Malls (PSM). To date, more than 30 regencies/cities have had PSM. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the PSM built by the regencies/city government is significantly able to improve public services in the region. The study uses a quantitative method by comparing the quality of public services as measured by the value of the Public Service Index (PSI) in 2020 for groups of regencies/cities that already have PSM (30 regions) with groups that do not yet have PSM (191 regions). The normality test for the group of regencies/cities that do not yet have PSM shows the p-value of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov of 0.001. This means that the regional group is not from a normal population. The Mann-Whitney test was used to continue data analysis. The results of the Mann-Whitney Test were 2145,500 with a p-value of 0.027 (2-tailed, =0.05). The study found that the quality of public services provided by government regencies/cities that have a PSM is significantly better than those without a PSM. The most important factor in improving the quality of regencies/city government public services in Indonesia is the service policy.

Kampanye media massa bahaya merokok secara signifikan telah terbukti membantu orang untuk berhenti merokok dan mengurangi prevalensi merokok di banyak negara. Namun, Iklan Layanan Masyarakat (ILM) bahaya merokok di Indonesia yang dibuat untuk mengkaunter iklan rokok dan mempromosikan efek buruk merokok tidak dapat bersaing dengan iklan rokok yang masif dan sangat kreatif di berbagai media. Riset tentang Persepsi Masyarakat terhadap Efektivitas Iklan Layanan Masyarakat (ILM) Bahaya Merokok di YouTube menunjukkan bahwa ILM tersebut paling banyak dilihat oleh perokok pasif dan kelompok usia 17-25 tahun. Merujuk dari hasil tersebut, tulisan ini bertujuan melihat hubungan ILM #suaratanparokok terhadap status ekonomi perokok. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik Chi-Square. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa walau tidak ada pendapatan tetap, responden (baik perokok aktif dan pasif) cenderung merokok. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tidaknya hubungan antara ILM dengan status ekonomi perokok dan non-prokok. Namun, studi ini membenarkan hasil penelitian awal bahwa ILM dilihat oleh kelompok usia muda (17-25 tahun) yang aktif menggunakan media sosial, khususnya Instagram. Pemerintah perlu melakukan kampanye bahaya merokok, salah satunya melalui, ILM yang lebih efektif, yang dikemas secara menarik guna memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat terkait bahaya rokok.

Government business management is a reflection of the application of the new public management paradigm with the aim of improving the economy, and achieving efficiency and effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of business principles in the management of BUMDes to improve PADes and the village economy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis method was carried out using an interactive analysis model. The results of the study indicate that business planning in managing BUMDes can still be made in a simple format and does not involve the participation of local villagers. Even though it is made simply, the Susukan BUMDes continues to run with the encouragement and commitment of the Susukan Village Head. As an effort to motivate BUMDes management, it is carried out through a payroll system. The Village Head is directly involved in the process of implementing his business, starting from the preparation of plans, socialization, to the implementation of control over the business being run and reporting. In addition, the Susukan Village Head also established various collaborations with various stakeholders as a form of encouragement to the BUMDes management.

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengelolaan BUMDes melalui kolaborasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kolaborasi dalam pengelolaan BUMDes Harta Sadesa, menganalisis hambatan dalam pengelolaan BUMDes Harta Sadesa dan merancang model collaborative governance sebagai upaya penguatan pengelolaan BUMDes Harta Sadesa. Pemilihan BUMDes Harta Sadesa sebagai lokasi penelitian karena BUMDes Harta Sadesa menjadi salah satu BUMDes yang belum efektif di Kabupaten Bandung. Jenis pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Sementara keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pengelolaan BUMDes Harta Sadesa melalui kolaborasi belum efektif karena kerjasama antar pemangku kepentingan masih lemah. Lima hambatan dalam pengelolaan BUMDes berkaitan dengan manajemen strategik, pemasaran, proses produksi, sumber daya manusia dan keuangan. Berbagai hambatan tersebut dijawab dengan satu upaya untuk meningkatkan prinsip kooperatif (kerjasama) yakni melalui perancangan model collaborative governance melalui tiga tahapan, diantaranya identifikasi hambatan dan peluang (fase mendengarkan), strategi debat untuk mempengaruhi (fase dialog) dan merencanakan aksi kolaborasi (fase pilihan). Dalam tahap kedua ditambahkan pula skema kolaborasi yakni hexa helix (kolaborasi yang melibatkan enam pemangku kepentingan).
