Abstract

Pelatihan Penulisan Proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilakukan kepada para guru MGMP IPS SMP Lamongan yang bertempat pada SMPN 1 Lamongan, Jl. Ki Sarmidi Mangun Sarkara, Kelurahan Jetis, Kecamatan Lamongan, Jawa Timur. Tujuan Pelatihan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk (1) memberikan penyampaian materi pada guru tentang Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), (2) memberikan penugasan penyusunan proposal pada guru tentang Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), (3) memberikan pendampingan pada guru tentang telaah proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang telah dibuat oleh guru. Pelaksanaan PKM terdiri dari tahapan: 1) pemberian materi pelatihan terdiri: Hakekat Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Anatomi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Metodologi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Grand Teori/ Kajian Teori dan Empirik, Penulisan proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) oleh peserta; 2) Penyusunan proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) oleh peserta; 3) Telaah proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PENMAS) were held in August 2018 in Kapas, Bojonegoro with a target audience of SMKN 4 communities, totaling 107 people, consisting of students majoring in Cooking, members of Dharma Wanita, Chefs from 2hotels, several UMKM Food and Beverages around the school, teachers and partisipants from other schools. The activity was also attended by the Principal, the Head of the Education Office who witnessed the signing of the MOU between the PENMAS Team and the school. One of the Departments managed by SMK 4 is Tata Boga with thelearning outcome to prepare entrepreneurs or businessmen of food products. As a vocational school that has held the ISO 9001 2008 certificate, the school is obliged to prepare graduates according to the demands of their competence. Based on preliminary studies, information was obtained that there were several problems related to food consumption and production and government regulationin the case of traded food businesses. The training materials provided in this training were: Food business production regulation (1), How to make good food (2),Ingredients additional allowable food (3), Prohibited food additives and substitute alternatives (4), Good packaging methods and techniques for food and beverage (5), Halal Assurance System (SJH) and Halal food product Certification Process (6) and Simple marketing for food business (7). Based on the evaluation of the pre-test and post-test resulted that after the training participants' understanding showed an increasing trend. Three topics that showed a significant increase in understanding were: Requirements for clean and healthy food (1), Introduction of food coloring logos (2), and Examples of halal food ingredients (3). PENMAS activities will be followed up with intensive coaching activities for students of SMKN4 which are included in the group of beginner beverage food businesses.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini mengangkat tema mengenai Lesson Study. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMP Lab Unesa. Peserta yang hadir sebanyak 10 orang guru bidang studi, Kepala Sekolah, dan Wakil Kepala Sekolah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini terbagi menjadi tiga bagian. Bagian pertama (tahap PLAN) dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 s.d 25 September 2014 dengan agenda kegiatan pemaparan materi pelatihan: Lesson study, pendekatan saintifik dan kurikulum 2013, pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dan sistem penilaian kurikulum 2013, dilanjutkan dengan workshop pengembangan perangkat, reviu perangkat dan revisi perangkat pembelajaran. Bagian kedua (tahap DO), dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 September 2014, dengan agenda kegiatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Matematika menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran yang sudah direvisi. Bagian ketiga (tahap SEE) dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 September 2014 dengan agenda kegiatan refleksi kegiatan pembelajaran, untuk melihat kelebihan dan kelemahan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru model.

Abstract

The target of the community service was the empowerment of the community of Argosari Village, Senduro to produce a ready-to-sell yacon leaf drink. This activity involved lecturers, students, farmer groups, and villagers. There were three stages in this activity, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation.The training included making yacon leaf drink and packaging of product. The community service were conducted for 8 months starting from February to September 2017. The product was a ready-to-sellyacon leaf drink with certificate number of P-IRT No. 2133508030333-22. In addition, the students have been able to socialize with Argosari Village community through yacon processing program and P -IRT permit arrangement.

Abstract

Jember Regency is one of the districts that is dominated by Islamic boarding schools. The majority of the figures of a kiyai are figures who also have a major influence on the development of life today. Miftahul Ulum is a boarding school located in Sidomukti Village, Mayang District, Jember Regency. The obstacle currently faced is the limited amount of make-up in Sidomukti Village and must be imported from other areas. The purpose of this service society is to improve the entrepreneurial spirit of the student through make-up in order to increase the income and skills of the student at the Islamic boarding school. The service was carried out from August - November 2020 at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. The service implementation method consists of several stages, namely 1) site survey, 2) FGD (Focus Group Discussion), 3) Mentoring and training, and 4) monitoring and evaluation. The achievement of the results of this service can be seen that female students can have confidence in doing make-up. Therefore the long term goal is to be able to create jobs for himself through bridal make-up.

Abstract

Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan di Indonesia. Kemajuan teknologi menimbulkan efek negatif yang kompleks melebihi manfaat dari teknologi itu sendiri terutama terkait pola hidup manusia dalam dimensi sosial budaya. Guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP Surabaya sebagai pendidik bisa mengambil peran untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut. Salah satu layanan kuratif dalam bimbingan dan konseling adalah layanan konseling. Salah satu pendekatan konseling kekinian yakni pendekatan konseling post-modern yang terdiri dari konseling singkat berfokus solusi. Berdasarkan evaluasi proses dan hasil, peserta pelatihan konseling post-modern memberikan kesan positif dan mampu mempraktekkan konseling singkat berfokusi solusi di instansinya masing-masing.

Abstract

Resistensi antibiotik menjadi permasalah global, karena dapat menigkatkan risiko penyebaran penyakit infeksi dan biaya pengobatan akibat munculnya Multidrug Resistant Organism (MDRO’s) tidak hanya di Rumah Sakit tapi juga di masyarakat. Salah satu langkah upaya pengendaliannya, yaitu dekolonisasi MDRO’s dengan cuci tangan metode World Health Organization (WHO). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat tentang dekolonisasi MDRO dengan metode cuci tangan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan masalh resistensi antibiotik dan upaya pengendaliannya dan pelatihan mengenai metode cuci tangan menurut WHO sebagai salah satu langkah pengendalian resistensi antibiotik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah masyarakat mampu mempraktekan secara mandiri metode cuci tangan menurut WHO. Respon mitra terhadap pelatihan cukup tinggi dilihat dari antusiasme dan ketertarikan yang tinggi.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan PKM pembuatan tepung cacing tanah pada ibu-ibu PKK RT 2 RW 3 Desa Sumberdukun Ngariboyo Magetan sebagai alternatif penghasilan tambahan dalam membantu pendapatan suami di bidang pertanian. PKM dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan dengan keberhasilan diukur melalui monitoring lapangan dan angket survey. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa PKM berjalan dengan baik dan efektif yang ditunjukkan dengan keterampilan peserta menghasilkan tepung cacing tanah berkualitas yang dapat dilihat dari produk tepung yang dihasilkan. Peserta dapat menyerap bekal manajemen bahan, manajemen usaha serta kewirausahaan dengan baik.

Abstract

Kandangan Village, is one of the villages in Kandangan sub-district, Kediri where some of its citizens workas farmers, farm laborers, carpenters, masons, construction workers, vegetable vendors, open food stallsand chop. Meanwhile, most of the housewives do not work because they take care of housework. Some ofthem are housemaids, washing and ironing workers, and selling various daily necessities at home(chopping). One type of training from the PKM given was a training in making liquid-based herbal healthdrinks, including syrup empon-empon, minuman alang-alang, and beras kencur which are ready for sale in“café” and herbal shops. This PKM activity was carried out in August 2018 involving 13 housewives fromKandangan village, which began with the presentation of training materials by the PKM Team, followed byassistance in the practice of making herbal-based health drinks, and ended with reflections/feedback andgiving questionnaires. The target of this PKM activity is the increasing skills of housewives in training inmaking herbal-based health drinks. The results of the questionnaire can be seen that PKM activities aredeclared to have gone well and have been able to provide understanding and strengthening skills in makingherbal-based health drinks for participants.
