Abstract

In the current era and the increasing market demand in the fashion industry, the world is currently increasingly aggressively developing clothing models that are in line with current developments. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions at PT. Shoes Bata Tbk. Karawang Branch. The sample in this study is as many as 100 respondents from customers Shoes Bata Karawang Branch. This research uses the descriptive verification method. The sampling technique used in this study was disproportionate stratified random in determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The type of data used in this study is to use secondary and primary data. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that promotions and brand ambassadors influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how the influence of brand image and brand awareness on the purchasing decisions of Sariayu Martha Tilaar products in the city of Surabaya. This research method is quantitative by taking a sample of 50 respondents and distributing questionnaires in the city of Surabaya with the help of Google Forms. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live around the city of Surabaya, aged 17 years and over, and buyers of Sariayu Martha Tilaar products. The data taken from the respondents are primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the data from this study, it can be concluded that the purchasing decision of Sariayu Martha Tilaar Cosmetics or Skin Care products is positively and significantly influenced by the variables of brand image and brand awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine product uniqueness and product innovation on marketing performance through competitive advantage in Muslim clothing in Surabaya. Structural equation modeling is used to test research hypotheses on the database of Muslim fashion brands in Surabaya. Data were taken from the responses of 65 respondents; Questionnaires were distributed to owners or business managers of Muslim fashion brands in Surabaya. The findings show that the uniqueness of the ability to create unique products for Muslim clothing products brings huge benefits in improving marketing performance. and enable the development and attraction of customers in the Muslim fashion brand business to get bigger. By reviewing various pieces of literature on views based on product uniqueness, product innovation, competitive advantage, and marketing performance, this study offers an analysis of product uniqueness and product innovation on marketing performance through competitive advantage in Muslim fashion brands which have received a lot of attention from researchers. Conceptual discussion and empirical results expand on previous research on marketing performance and competitive advantage based on product uniqueness and product innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer loyalty in terms of word of mouth, product quality, and service, at DA Astiti Dana in Mengwi Badung. In this study, a quantitative approach was used. The population in this study were all 55 customers or regular customers of DA Astiti Dana in Mengwi Badung. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or census technique, where the entire population is used as a sample. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, where previously the classical assumption was tested. The results of the analysis show a positive direction between word of mouth, product quality, and service to customer loyalty. Thus, it can be stated that the level of customer loyalty is influenced jointly by word of mouth, product quality, and service. The F-test test is a multiple linear regression coefficient significance test that shows that there is a simultaneous significant effect between the word of mouth, product quality, and service on customer loyalty. The significance test using the t-test shows that there is a partially significant effect between word of mouth, product quality, and service on customer loyalty.

Abstract

In this study, a work motivation variable will be added as an intervening variable in testing the effect of job transfers and awards given to employees, motivation certainly requires employees who have good performance and who work effectively and efficiently. This study aims, to analyze the effect of job transfers directly on the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Raharja Surabaya; to analyze the impact of job transfer through motivation, it affects the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Raharja Surabaya; to analyze the direct effect of rewards on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja Surabaya; to analyze the impact of rewards through motivation on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja Surabaya. This research is also called research. To get a clear picture and better understand the content, the definitions used in this research can be measured and eliminated and avoid errors in interpretation. This study uses a survey method with a questionnaire as the primary data collector. The population is all employees, totaling 61 employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Surabaya, as for the method using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique, this technique is used because the population is not homogeneous determined by the Taro Yaname formula and the Slovin formula. so that a sample of 6i respondents will be obtained. The data analysis technique used is partial least squares (PLS). The results of the study concluded that; job mutations had a non-significant effect on employee performance; the award has been proven to have a significant positive impact on employee performance; job mutations have a non-significant effect on employee performance through motivation; rewards have a significant positive impact on employee performance through motivation.

Abstract

Rabbani is one of the Indonesian Muslim fashion brands that is a pioneer in hijab and Muslim clothing in Indonesia.The number of brands that have sprung up, making competition in the fashion world even tighter. Therefore, different strategies are needed to achieve a competitive advantage. Many factors determine competitive advantage, one of which is product innovation. This research focuses on the study of product uniqueness and product innovation in detail explained through separate indicators focused on Rabbani Store Products. This research seeks to answer whether companies with unique fashion products and product innovations can have a positive influence on marketing performance through competitive advantage. Data analysis was carried out using the component-based SEM method using PLS (Partial Least Square) as an analytical tool in this study. The results of the research that have stated, product innovation can contribute to Marketing Performance, the more Product Innovation increases, Marketing Performance also increases. Likewise, competitive advantage can contribute to Marketing Performance, the more competitive advantage increases, the more Marketing Performance also increases.

Abstract

One of the factors that make employee organizational citizenship behavior exist in carrying out duties and responsibilities in the organization is employee engagement. It is necessary for every employee to have an employee to encourage OCB attitudes. This study aims to determine employee engagement's effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Rutan Class IIB Humbang Hasundutan. The research method is a descriptive quantitative research method consisting of six data analysis techniques using IBM 26 SPSS. In the results of the significance test, the calculated value > t-tabel (7.759 > 0.266) with a ratio of the significance of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant influence of the employee engagement variable on the organizational citizenship behavior of employees in the Class IIB Detention Center Humbang Hasundutan.

Abstract

Good employee performance is a step towards achieving organizational goals, so it is necessary to make efforts to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, communication, and training on employee performance. This research was conducted at the business unit of PT Kimia Farma Apotek Denpasar. The sample for this research is 72 employees of PT. Kimia Farma Denpasar Pharmacy Business Unit. The method used to determine the sample in this study is the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. This shows a positive influence on Transformational Leadership, Communication, and Training which is significant for the performance of PT. Kimia Farma Denpasar Pharmacy Business Unit so that Hypothesis 1 (one), Hypothesis 2 (two), and Hypothesis 3 (three) are accepted.

Abstract

The use of social media today is enormous, almost all circles use social media both in terms of communication and obtaining a variety of information. This is marked by the easiness of accessing information through digital media. Pasar Badung is the largest market in Bali, located in the center of Denpasar on Jalan Gajah Mada. The concept of market digitization and smart heritage market embedded in Pasar Badung facilitates interaction between sellers and buyers. The free Wifi in this market can be used as a promotional vehicle for sellers to introduce their products to buyers or tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine how the impact of social media Instagram on interest in visiting the Smart Heritage Market Pasar Badung Denpasar area. This study was designed using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. This study focuses on social phenomena and on giving a voice to the feelings and perceptions of informants. The population in this study is the number of followers taken from two Instagram accounts, namely; @InfoDenpasar as many as 1.000.000, and @DenpasarTourism as many as 4.480 followers, while from Tagar (#), there were 14.000 tags/posts from #pasarbadung and 1000 tags/posts from #tukadkorea with a sample of 155. The results showed that the use of social media Instagram was from general characteristics respondents indicated by males aged 17-30 years, the majority of whom live in Bali. Instagram has a real effect or impact on visiting interest. Based on the analysis of the five dimensions of the role of social media Instagram, namely participation, openness, conversation, community, and connectedness, where conversation, community, and connectedness are combined in one dimension, namely communication, communication dimensions, and openness are very influential on visiting decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of emotional demand, emotional exhaustion, and abusive supervision on turnover intention. In this study, primary data was collected using a questionnaire on a google form filled out by Trisakti University students who were already working. The data collection method uses the purposive sampling method with a sample of 165 samples. The data processing techniques used in this study were testing instruments such as validity and reliability tests and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SPSS version 25 and AMOS version 24. The results of this study revealed that emotional demand has a significant influence on turnover intention, emotional exhaustion has a significant influence on turnover intention, and abusive supervision has a significant influence on turnover intention.
