Abstract

BUMDes plays a role as a driving force for the economy of the village community so that the independence and welfare of the village community is realized. Seeing the important role of BUMDes in economic development and empowering rural communities, BUMDes requires the right quality business strategy to support BUMDes' competitive advantage and performance. The competitive advantage of BUMDes is developed through village business management based on local resources by prioritizing local wisdom values ??owned by the community. The research was conducted at BUMDes in nine regencies/cities in Bali Province. This research is an Explanatory Research using a survey method in the form of distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The results of the study show that the quality of business strategy has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and BUMDes performance and competitive advantage plays a role in mediating the effect of the quality of business strategy on BUMDes performance. Based on the research results, BUMDes should be able to optimize the potential utilization of economic resources, natural resources, and human resources which can be managed into strategic assets so that BUMDes can become a cog for the village economy after the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

In the current era, companies are required to be able to manage their content on social media in a professional manner. High-quality content can increase engagement with customers. Content marketing is a marketing approach that involves creating, curating, distributing, and amplifying content that is engaging, relevant, and useful to audiences. Bali Coconut House is one of the homestays in Taro Tourism Village, Tegalalang, Gianyar. This homestay uses social media Instagram in marketing its products. The purpose of this research is to find out the right content marketing strategy through Instagram social media at Bali Coconut House. The research location was carried out at the Bali Coconut House. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The informant in this study is the owner of the Bali Coconut House. Data collection techniques using interview and observation methods. The content marketing strategy through Instagram social media at Bali Coconut House can be carried out by implementing 8 elements, namely setting goals, classifying consumers, planning content, creating content, distributing content, strengthening content, evaluating the content, and developing content. The suggestions that can be conveyed in this research are that in planning content for Bali Coconut House, it is better to have a content calendar, collaborate with attractions in the Taro tourism village and utilize information on Instagram Insight.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the results of a sales strategy using SWOT analysis on MSMEs in Gianyar Regency in increasing sales of MSME products during the pandemic. Methods The research was carried out with descriptive qualitative methods where data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Purposive Sampling. The results of this study found that in order to survive and increase sales during the pandemic, MSMEs in Gianyar Regency can take advantage of online Platforms (social media, websites), use attractive marketing strategies, develop urban style market segments, and provide training on the use of information technology for owners. SMEs. In order to increase the use of digital media to promote MSME products, training on the use of Wifi and other internet network providers was provided. Another thing that needs to be done is product innovation and taking advantage of the government's financial policy in the form of people's business loans to increase sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the similarity between the effectiveness of communication within the organization on employee motivation and the overall impact on employee performance. This study focuses on the fact that communication in the workplace can take many forms and has long-term effects on employee motivation, especially in the relationships between people in the organization. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature studies using books, literature, scientific articles, or library materials. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of organizational communication is carried out through several stages which have a significant influence on employee motivation. The conclusion of the research is that a leader pays attention to important communication in the organization and minimizes the obstacles that occur so that communication goals and organizational goals can be achieved by increasing employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on brand trust, brand loyalty, and brand equity. The population in this study are Marugame Udon customers in the Greater Jakarta area. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, namely customers who had made purchases more than twice so 201 people were obtained as samples. The analytical method uses a structural equation model with the help of smartPLS 3. The results show that of the seven hypotheses in this study, all of the results show acceptable results. The result is that customer satisfaction has a direct effect on brand trust. Customer satisfaction has a direct influence on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has an impact on brand equity. Indirect results also show that customer satisfaction has an indirect effect on brand loyalty through brand trust and customer satisfaction has an effect on brand equity through brand loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out how satisfied Economics Education students class of 2020 were with the DANA application, which can be used as a medium for transactions in students' daily lives. DANA is intended to make it easier for students to make transactions that support their daily needs wherever they are and whenever they need it. However, there are some drawbacks in using the DANA application. One is that a reliable internet connection is required. This type of research uses quantitative analysis and a SWOT approach for DANA applications. Based on the findings of this research analysis, the researchers advise DANA developers to make regulations related to the development of DANA applications from the start in order to minimize unwanted risks as early as possible, handle them properly, and prevent losses to DANA parties and users. In addition, it is hoped that students will gain a better understanding and expertise of the DANA application to be able to use it properly. 75.8% of respondents to a survey conducted by researchers agreed that DANA can be applied in everyday life. And 68.9% of users are satisfied with the performance of the DANA application. These findings indicate that the DANA application is prepared for comparison among college students.

Abstract

Loyalty to work is a binding condition between an employee and an agency or company. Problems with this study are: SMP PGRI 9 How does job insecurity in Denpasar affect employee retention? SMP PGRI 9 How does job satisfaction affect employee retention in Denpasar? SMP PGRI 9 How does job insecurity in Denpasar affect job satisfaction? What role does satisfaction play? The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of job insecurity on employee retention. Analysis of the impact of job satisfaction on employee retention. Analysis of the impact of job anxiety on job satisfaction. Analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effects of job insecurity on employee loyalty. It is analyzed with classical acceptance tests, path analysis, and Sobel tests. The results showed that employment instability has a positive and significant impact on employee retention. Job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on employee retention. Job instability has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction tells the impact of job instability on employee loyalty.

Abstract

Fashion retail that is growing rapidly today is Hennes & Mau itz (H & M). H&M's rating experienced two downgrades in 2019 and in 2020 experienced another three downgrades. It is therefore important for H&M to pay attention to the factors influencing purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality on buying interest, then to determine the influence of product quality and buying interest on purchasing decisions, and to determine the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest in H&M Products in Bali. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is consumers of H & M Products. The number of samples in this study is as many as 100 consumers of H & M Products. Data analysis techniques are path analysis, t test, mediation influence test. The results of the analysis show: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of product quality on buying interest; (2) There is a positive and significant influence of buying interest on purchasing decisions; (3) There is a positive and significant influence of product quality on purchasing decisions; (4) Purchase interest can mediate product quality against purchasing decisions. This means that if H&M is able to provide high product quality for consumers, then the quality of these products will be able to increase consumer buying interest and ultimately consumer purchasing decisions on H&M products will increase.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effect of digital marketing on post-covid consumers' buying interest in the Nyiur Indah Singaraja Wood Crafts MSMEs and to find out the effect of price on post-covid consumers' buying interest in the Nyiur Indah Singaraja Wood Crafts MSMEs. The type of research used is quantitative. The results showed: 1) Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in MSMEs Nyiur Indah Singaraja Wood Crafts. This is shown from the results of hypothesis testing which obtains a positive regression coefficient value of 0.160; t count value of 2.166 > 1.66; and a significance value of 0.033 <0.05. 2) Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in MSMEs Nyiur Indah Singaraja Wood Crafts. This is shown from the results of hypothesis testing which obtained a positive regression coefficient value of 0.433; t count value of 5.184 > 1.66; and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Digitalization has almost changed many things in consumer purchasing decisions or choosing certain services that are demanded by consumers. Even this rapid technological development has caused changes in lifestyles that tend to want simple and easy. This is also felt by financial institutions including the Village Credit Institution (LPD). LPD is a financial institution owned by a Traditional Village that operates in the Traditional Village area so that the use of technology and service quality so that customers can transact more easily so that customer loyalty can be achieved in order to build LPD on an ongoing basis. This study aims to examine the effect of technology utilization and service quality on LPD customer loyalty. This research was conducted at the LPD located in Bedha Traditional Village Tabanan. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires using 4 Likert scales with the provision of respondent selection using random sampling method from savings, credit and deposit customers at LPD Desa Adat Bedha. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear (SPSS). Based on data analysis that technology utilization and service quality have a positive impact on customer loyalty at the Bedha Traditional Village Credit Institution Tabanan.
