Abstract

This study aims to find a perspective of the One-Health approach that can be applied in urban areas. The method used is a Scooping review using PRISMA guidelines. The analysis included relevant articles from several scientific databases such as Elsevier, Science Direct, and Scopus. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to explore the practice of a one-health approach in urban areas. The research results show that this study provides a One-Health approach that must be considered and can be applied in urban areas. Metropolitan areas with high population mobility are supported by facilities that enable various sectors to support each other in implementing One-Health. Integrated interprofessional collaboration can address the determinants of infectious diseases in humans, animals, and the environment. This study concludes that the One-Health approach is an appropriate mitigation strategy to prevent outbreaks of infectious diseases in urban areas. Keywords: COVID-19, One-Health, Urban

Abstract

This study aims to look at the relationship between behavioral factors and home environmental factors in tuberculosis cases in the city of Surabaya. The method used in this study was a cross-sectional study with 54 patients. The chi-square analysis was performed to see the relationship between behavioral factors and the home environment and tuberculosis cases. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between temperature (p value=0.000), humidity (p value=0.000), ventilation (p value=0.000), type of floor (p value=0.030), and density (p value=0.030) with TB case. Meanwhile, the lighting variable (p value=0.054) and behavior (p value=0.055) had no significant relationship with TB cases. TB cases can be prevented by minimizing risk factors in the home environment and healthy behavior. This study concludes that counseling regarding risk factors should be carried out, reminding and advising people with symptoms of TB or contact with TB patients to check themselves at a health center or health facility. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors associated with preoperative patient anxiety. The method used is a correlation descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that there was no significant relationship in terms of age (p=0.917), gender (p=0.366), education (p=495), occupation (p=945), and frequency of operations (p=262). This is because anxiety is the patient's self-response in response to the possibility that will occur if surgery is performed to improve the quality of nursing services and the effectiveness of providing nursing care to patients who will undergo surgery by providing education and health information. In conclusion, all patients undergoing surgery have different anxiety levels, which cannot be related to the patient's characteristics. This is because anxiety is the patient's self-response in response to the possibility that will occur if surgery is performed. Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of intradialytic exercises and HD temperature profiling in improving the quality of HD services. The literature search method is based on the compilation of PICO through online database searches on Clinicalkey, Clinicalkey Nursing, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, ProQuest, and Scopus. Journal search results obtained 20,106 articles; after the selection stage, nine reports were obtained for analysis, consisting of 5 RCT articles, one systematic review article, two quasi-experimental articles, and one meta-analysis article. The results showed that HD patients who were routinely given intradialytic exercises would show an increase in HD adequacy achievements, suppress inflammatory reactions, increase albumin and hemoglobin values, reduce the erythropoietin resistance index, increase phosphate clearance, improve the quality of life of HD patients and minimize the risk of both acute and chronic complications. Chronic disease caused by HD. Meanwhile, temperature profiling can reduce the incidence of intradialytic hypotension, pruritus, and fatigue and reduce the severity of Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) without interfering with the achievement of HD adequacy. This study concludes that intradialytic training and temperature profiling effectively improve the quality of HD services. Abstract

This study aims to explore parents' perceptions of the importance of togetherness in the family and to examine the types of physical activities carried out by the family, including frequency, nature, and constraints. Methods Semi-structured telephone interviews were conducted with 35 parents of children aged 10 to 12 who attended schools in low, middle, and high socioeconomic status environments. Interviews were transcribed using verbatim, anonymized, and analyzed. The results showed that most parents valued family involvement in physical activity as necessary. The benefits of joint activities can increase parent-child interaction and communication, take advantage of the time together, improve mental health and physical fitness, and control weight. However, it was found that families rarely did physical activities together as a family unit, and any activities done together were usually sedentary. Schedule complexity hinders the implementation of activities with the family, in addition to busy lifestyles, differences in ages and interests of children and adults, lousy weather, and lack of access to facilities, transportation, and activity costs. In conclusion, family-based interventions must be prioritized for implementation in accommodating complex family demands and needs by taking into account the affordability and capabilities of the family. Keywords: Physical Activity, Family Interaction, Togetherness Values, Mental Health.
