Abstract

Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world, but also a country whose management of zakat is far behind when compared to other Islamic countries which are much smaller. Baznas stated that the potential for zakat is in the range of 217 Trillion, but which until now is managed by BAZNAS and LAZNAS is only around 8 Trillion. The wide gap between potential and achievement raises the question of how the implementation of marketing management in zakat management institutions and what causes them to not be able to maximize the existing potential. This research was conducted to find out more about marketing management within the Amil Zakat Institution specifically in Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Pusat Jakarta. The research uses field research and table research methods by collecting data in the form of interviews and institutional documents. The results of the study found that the actual programs in Baitul Maal Hidayatullah had run well, but the lack of creativity and innovation to package the program to be more attractive reduced the interest of donors / muzakki to channel more funds to the institution. The limited available staff also plays a role in the non-optimal marketing performance at the institution, too heavy a burden is placed on individuals who are in the marketing environment, making them less free to create creativity more freely. Add to this the lack of mastery of marketing science which further hinders the development of marketing in Baitul Maal Hidayatullah. Baitul Maal Hidayatullah needs to recruit more professionals so that the excessive burden borne by managers and marketing staff can be reduced and their creative potential can be maximized. And in the field additional volunteers need to provide assistance so that the benefits (funds / assistance) received can improve their standard of living.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memiliki terhadap dana pihak ketiga di bank BNI syariah Cabang Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor diteliti memiliki dana pihak ketiga.

Abstract

Financial technology (Fintech) is proof the development of digital technology that provides innovation in the form of a financial service provider, it certainly will affect economic growth in Indonesia. Fintech in Indonesia has not been fully utilized by the public especially Fintech Sharia Peer to Peer Lending. widespread activity based on digital creates challenges and opportunities to develop businesses / businesses for MSMEs, challenges faced by one of them MSME mindset that is not yet in tune with technological developments. MSME businesses can access Islamic financial services products and apply for financing directly without having to go to Islamic finance offices. With this like then can increase financial inclusion and encourage MSME business growth. Using a method Analytic Network Process (ANP) of this research try to decipher the factors which affects the growth of the MSME business MSMEs in the form of Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, Risk criteria and formulate Strategy as acceleration optimize the role of fintech sharia peer to peer lending in encouraging the growth of the MSME business. The results of the analysis of data processing shows the cluster opportunity criteria be the main factor which can given fintech sharia peer to peer lending to encourage the growth of the MSME and the followed by the Benefit, Cost and Risk criteria. Financial education and socialization to MSMEs became the highest agreement of the experts as an effort to optimize the role fintech sharia peer to peer lending in encouraging the growth of the MSME.

Abstract

Negara merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat penting dari sistem Islam, karena tanpa negara Islam secara sistem tidak akan dapat berjalan secara utuh. Tanpa negara, Islam tidak dapat mencapai tujuan hakikinya yakni menjadi agama yang rahmatan lil alamin atau agama yang memberikan rahmat kepada seluruh bumi beserta isinya. Tujuan hakiki dari suatu negara Islami adalah untuk memberikan maslahah kepada seluruh masyarakatnya tanpa terkecuali. Maslahah ini hendaknya dapat mengantarkan seluruh anggota masyarakatnya kepada kemakmuran dunia dan akhirat. Untuk persoalan keuangan publik maka negara perlu mengatur anggaran dan belanja negara dari sumber-sumber yang bisa diperoleh seperti baitul mal dan juga mengatur pendistribusiaanya untuk mencapai kemaslahatan bagi umat. Maqasid al-syari’ah adalah target dan makna yang diinginkan oleh syara 'dalam menentukan atau semuanya atau sebagian besar hukumnya, atau target oves dan Tuhan rahasia tertentu dalam setiap hukum Tuhan. Dengan demikian, Maqashid al-syari’ah adalah rahasia dan target yang ada dan diinginkan Tuhan dalam menentukan, iklan untuk secara keseluruhan dan beberapa hukum Tuhan. Sasaran syari'ah, pada intinya adalah menjaga kebaikan manusia dan menghindarkan keburukan, baik di dunia maupun di keabadian/keabadian. Teori maqasid al-syari’ah, menjadi titik tumpu inti adalah kebaikan manusia dalam keabadian / keabadian dan dunia. Hal ini, penghasilan baru bukan jika lima elemen fundamental dapat direalisasikan dan diperhatikan. Iklan untuk elemen mendasar, adalah untuk menjaga agama, jiwa, pikiran, klan dan mengurus harta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions of cosmetic products labeled halal including the process of selecting, compiling and interpreting information related to these products, so that they finally decide to buy or use them. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Respondents in this study were 60 students of Djuanda University. The results showed that consumer perceptions of cosmetic products labeled halal were chosen based on their function, besides that Wardah products were also seen as a substitute product for similar products and cosmetic products labeled halal were of interest to a consumer (Muslimah). Therefore, it is important for cosmetic business actors to see these perceptions in order to provide products that are in accordance with consumer perceptions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived ease of donating and the effectiveness of the distribution of ZIS interest using fintech crowdfunding. Sample this research is 86 respondents of students at the Islamic Studies Faculty of UIKA Bogor. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and the technical analysis used is multiple linear regressions. The results showed the variable Ease of Donation Ease of Interest in ZIS Using Fintech Crowdfunding had a negative effect on the significant value of t count of 0.253, indicating that if the ease of donating was easier to use then the interest of students in doing ZIS Using Fintech Crowdfunding would increase. Variable Effectiveness of Distribution of ZIS Interest Using Fintech Crowdfunding has a positive effect on the significant value of a count of 0,000. There shows the effectiveness of distribution gives confidence to students in conducting ZIS using Fintech Crowdfunding. And according to ANOVA analysis results show that the calculated F value of 30.115 with a significance value of 0,000. This shows that the Perception of Ease to Donate, Effectiveness Distribution jointly, or simultaneously influences the Interest of ZIS Using Fintech Crowdfunding.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the attractiveness of using electronic money, knowing the use of electronic money from an Islamic perspective and knowing the contracts used in electronic money transactions. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative descriptive method is a data processing method by analyzing the factors associated with the object of research by presenting data in more depth about the object of research. The results of interviews with the three respondents revealed that the attractiveness of electronic money as an alternative to cash is buying and selling activities and transactions that are more efficient, easy, safe and electronic money is currently a trend in society. In Islam, ideal money must be filled with intrinsic and extrinsic elements. But Islam likes the easy. Use of electronic money to facilitate consumers and producers. This means that Islam does not prohibit the use of electronic money as long as its security is guaranteed and the contract used must be in accordance with Islamic law. Electronic money in an Islamic perspective has conditions that do not violate usury, maysir, gharar which we often call prohibited. The contracts used in electronic money are the wadiah contract, qardh contract, shawl contract, murabahah contract, ijarah contract, jualah contract, and wakalah bil ujroh contract. Abstract

This study discusses the differences of opinion of scholars related to mustahiq zakat, especially regarding faction sabilillah group. There is a difference of opinion between the classical cleric of Sayyid Abu Bakr Asy-Syatho and the contemporary cleric Yusuf Qardhawi. This research uses qualitative approach method and using research method of literature study. The main source of this research is the book of I'anah Ath-Tholibin by Sayyid Abu Bakr Asy-Syatho and the Book of Fiqh Al-Zakat by Yusuf Qardhawi (abolished Hukum Zakat Studi Komparatif mengenai status dan filsafat zakat berdasarkan Qur’an dan Hadis). In the discussion of the meaning of fii sabilillah, the majority of the classical fiqh scholars such as Sayyid Abu Bakr Asy-Syatho narrow the meaning of fii sabilillah as jihad-oriented jihad through physical warfare, while the majority of contemporary fiqh scholars extend the meaning of fii sabilillah by not specializing in jihad affairs, orientate to the extent of jihad through physical warfare

Abstract

Development of BPRS can be developed quantitatively through BPRS financial ratios. The BPRS has a high BOPO which proves that the BPRS experiences financing and inefficient performance problems. This study aims to measure the efficiency of BPRS in West Java for the period 2016-2019. This type of research is quantitative research with non-parametric Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Source of data used is secondary data collected from financial statements issued by the OJK. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling by taking 11 BPRS samples. The results of this study indicate that of 44 UPBs, 8 UPBs (18.19%) are at the efficiency point as a whole, 14 UPBs (31.81%) are technically efficient, and 9 DMUs (20.45%) are efficient. in scale. The factor causing the inefficiency of the BPRS in West Java is the inadequate use of inputs.
