Abstract

The story of Prophet Yusuf (Joseph) is considered the best story due to the multitude of lessons it offers, applicable at individual, family, community, and state levels. One crucial lesson revolves around Prophet Yusuf's character, demonstrating traits such as integrity, adherence to principles, resilience against temptations, sincerity in serving the nation, competence in treasury management, and knowledge of his responsibilities. Additionally, forgiveness towards those who wronged him exemplifies a pure heart. Another key lesson is the unwavering support extended by the king to Prophet Yusuf, appointing him as a trusted advisor and treasury official with authority over the entire kingdom. Prophet Yusuf's strategic actions during the seven-year famine, serving to save the Egyptians from the crisis, emphasized the importance of assessing threats, raising awareness, planning and executing steps, prudent resource management, fostering community involvement, and maintaining morale over a prolonged period. Ultimately, the success of government initiatives, as seen through Prophet Yusuf's story, hinges on four essential elements working in harmony: a strong and trustworthy leader, robust governmental backing, a well-defined program, and active cooperation and participation from the people. By synergizing these elements, a government can effectively implement and maximize the impact of its programs. The narrative of Prophet Yusuf serves as a valuable guide for individuals and nations alike, showcasing timeless advice on leadership, governance, crisis management, community resilience, and the significance of unity in achieving common goals.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Waqf is one of the solutions in the development of Islamic progress. The benefits of waqf are not only felt by the recipients but also benefit the donors as a continues reward (sadaqoh jariyah). the management of waqf into productive waqf is more beneficial for the community because the results of productive waqf will return to the community. the more productive waqf owned by muslim, the better it will be. the result of productive waqf can be use to support the advancement of muslims in various aspects. Therefore, being productive in the digital era, like now, has many forms, including waqf through a youtube channel. building a youtube channel requires creativity, time, energy and thought. A You Tube channel that is donated as waqf must be free from violations of You Tube community guidelines so that it can be easily monetized. after that, the process of transferring to a nadzhir is similar to the handover of waqf of intellectual property. the management of the youtube channel by nadzir must comply with islamic law. the content uploaded is prohibitied from leading to immorality or encouraging sinful behavior. the management of the waqf You Tube channel must also comply with the country’s waqf regulations. the authorized waqf supervisor must be informed of the monthly revenue, operational costs for creating content, and the net profit received for the waqf You Tube channel, which must also adhere to You Tube community guidelines. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of productive waqf in Al-Ma'tuq Islamic Boarding School and Islamic Mabda by using the Waqf Core Principles (WCP), also to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, potentials and obstacles of waqf management and to analyze the ideal strategy for the development of productive waqf in pesantren. The research method used is a qualitative method with a field study approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is descriptive comparative analysis. Keywords: waqf core principles (WPC); productive waqf.

Abstract

Islamic financial literacy still shows a very minimal number, namely 8.93% according to publications from the Financial Services Authority in 2019 which means that when there are 100 Indonesians, 8 of them have a fairly good literacy towards Islamic finance. So this is the reason why the market share of Islamic banks is low in Indonesia because literacy in Islamic finance is also low. Students as agents of call to advance Islamic finance, it is necessary to have a fairly good literacy, moreover there are many thoughts that are the antithesis of Islamic economic thought that is fatwaed by the DSN-MUI. The institution is an institution recognized by the government in issuing sharia economic fatwas in Indonesia. Therefore, Islamic economics students must have the same perception as what the DSN-MUI fatwa has made. Late fines become a contract that gets a negative stigma in the community because there are thoughts that are contrary to the DSN-MUI fatwa. Therefore, it is important for Islamic economics students to fortify themselves with good literacy in order to have a good perception. STIS Al-Wafa provides good literacy to its students, especially those who have passed semester 5 because they have obtained literacy related to contemporary muamalah fiqh. So that most of them have a good perception of late fees in Islamic banks. Then also as a student, it is also necessary to deepen material about benefits because it can help in understanding a fatwa product that is relevant to its era.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that affect employee productivity in companies and institutions or institutions. The purpose of this study is to analyze: First, the effect of amyl loyalty on the productivity of institutions on Laznas-BMH. Second, The influence of amyl discipline on institutional productivity in Laznas-BMH. Third. The influence of loyalty and discipline on institutional productivity on Laznas-BMH. To sharpen the analysis of the problems discussed in this study, the author explains the meaning of Zakat, Productivity, loyalty, and discipline according to the review of several experts. The discussion of the Baitul Maal Hidayatullah National Amil Zakat Institute (Laznas-BMH) describes the history of its establishment, BMH, and the programs that have been carried out so far and the development of BMH from its establishment to the present. The data was collected from the library of researt and observation in the field and used a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents. The data contained will then be analyzed with descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The variables in this study consisted of two free variables, namely loyalty (X1), discipline (X2). The results of this study are first, there is a sinifikan influence between the loyalty of amyl BMH (X1) on the productivity of amyl zakat BMH (Y) with a ttable value of 1.985 and a count of 7.327 meaning thitung 7.325 > of 1.985 with a significance of 0.000<0.025. Secondly, there is a significant influence between the discipline of amyl BMH (X2) on the productivity of amyl BMH (Y) with a ttabel value of 1.985 and a counting value of 2.424, meaning a count of 2.424 > of 1.985 with significance 0.002<0.025. Third, there is a significant influence between the loyalty of amyl BMH (X1) and the discipline of amyl BMH (X2) on the productivity of amyl BMH (Y) with a calculated value of 101.280. Meaning that the calculated value is 101.280>ftabel 2.70 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

Raja Ampat is a popular tourist destination known for its stunning natural beauty and rich biodiversity. The area's strong adherence to Eastern culture makes it a promising candidate for Halal Tourism, in addition to its existing reputation as a marine tourism hotspot. The study utilized field research with a qualitative approach, drawing on both primary and secondary data sources. The author reached three key conclusions: Firstly, from an Islamic perspective, tourism can be a way to appreciate the greatness of Allah and His creation. Muslim tourists are encouraged to uphold their religious practices, such as prayer and dietary restrictions, even while traveling. Secondly, Raja Ampat shows potential as a Halal Tourism destination, with a favorable Global Muslim Travel Index (GMTI) score of 41 out of 87. However, infrastructure development is needed to further enhance its attractiveness to Muslim travelers. Lastly, the study suggests four strategic steps to unlock Raja Ampat's Halal Tourism potential. These include strengthening Islamic historical tourism and the Sasi Tradition, promoting the concept of Halal Tourism, improving local education, ensuring tourist satisfaction, and addressing concerns and misconceptions through education and outreach efforts. In conclusion, Raja Ampat's unique cultural heritage and natural beauty position it as a promising player in the Halal Tourism market, provided that strategic steps are taken to enhance infrastructure and raise awareness among tourists and the local community about the concept of Halal Tourism.

Abstract

In an effort to alleviate poverty and improve the welfare of the people, one of the instruments used in Islamic economics is zakat. The potential for zakat in Indonesia is very large. In In 2020, Indonesia's zakat potential is worth IDR 327.6 trillion. Zakat instrument is expected to be part of the solution to improve the welfare of mustahik. However, the effectiveness and efficiency of the programs held by the Amil Zakat Agency and institutions cannot be measured. The purpose of the study was to determine whether or not there is an impact of zakat in form the welfare of mustahik. This research was conducted in a case study of zakat management at BAZNAS Pangkalpinang City with a sample of 50 mustahik. Techniques/methods of analysis and data processing in the form of a quantitative approach, field studies by filling out questionnaires and interviews with mustahik. Testing the data is done with the Validity and Reliability Test, while the hypothesis testing is done with the Paired Statistical t-Test. To measure the effect of sighnificant or not the impact of zakat on the welfare of mustahik, a two-sample paired difference test was conducted using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of research and data analysis, it was found that there was an increase in the average household income before and after zakat assistance with an average income before zakat of Rp. 1,110,000 to Rp. 1,492,241 Likewise with spiritual mustahik. It was found that there was an increase in the score of 10% for each mustahik worship score. Based on the CIBEST Model, the condition of mustahik households after zakat assistance has changed. There was an increase in the prosperous category, the material poor category decreased, the spiritual poor category also decreased while the absolute poor category did not change. The result of the calculated Z value with p value (Asymp sig 2 tailed): 0.000<0.05, indicating that H1 is accepted. Which means that there is a significant or significant difference. This study is expected to show the positive contribution of zakat to the welfare of society.
