Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang potensial untuk meningkatkan perekonomian negara dan pembangunan daerah. Bahkan sektor pariwisata diharapkan dapat menjadi penghasil devisa nomor satu. Sektor pariwisata dapat meningkatkan ekonomi suatu daerah dimana masyarakat sekitar obyek wisata berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan obyek wisata tersebut, sehingga mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan tingkat kemiskinan. Masyarakat sekitar obyek wisata selain mendapatkan pendapatan juga mendapatkan pelatihan-pelatihan sehingga dapat meningkatkan skill atau kemampuan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kampung horta terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan ekonomi islam terhadap obyek wisata kampung horta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan sifat dari penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Proses analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Variabel kampung horta berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi kampung horta sebesar 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi yang digunakan yaitu 0,05. Kegiatan yang ada di kampung horta sudah sesuai dengan teori ekonomi islam diantaranya yaitu tujuan adanya kampung horta untuk kemaslahatan masyarakat, kampung horta berusaha untuk mencegah adanya tindak kejahatan seperti perampokan dan pornografi ini sudah sesuai dengan pedoman penyelenggaraan pariwisata, dan kegiatan usaha kampung horta menurut ekonomi islam dikenal dengan al-Ijarah yang artinya sewa, lahan yang digunakan kampung horta merupakan lahan masyarakat sekitar yang digunakan untuk kegiatan kampung horta.

Abstract

This paper attempts to analyze the role of waqf as a voluntary public financial instrument that contributes to the economy. In contrast to mandatory public financial instruments such as tax under positive law and zakat under Islamic law, waqf is a potential Islamic financial instrument to be applied to the welfare of society at large because waqf is an instrument to protect people's assets from the existing capitalist system due to property Waqf has fixed and unchanging characteristics which make it different from other public financial instruments. This writing is a literature writing. The approach taken is a philosophical approach by examining several sources in obtaining waqf models in several countries and their success, including the application of the use of the waqf instrument in Indonesia. From the results of the literature study, it was found that waqf was a public financial instrument that could benefit the people of a country. In Indonesia, waqf developed quite well with the issuance of the first waqf sukuk by the Indonesian finance ministry. It is hoped that the increasing awareness of the potential of waqf and the higher the level of faith of the Muslim community in Indonesia can also increase the potential of waqf even more for the benefit of the Islamic ummah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Islamic business ethics and the quality of service management at Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng on the level of consumer satisfaction. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population is visitors to the Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng, with a sample of 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is an accidental sampling. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the study conducted obtained the coefficient of determination test results of 0,776. This shows that the percentage influence of Islamic business ethics and service management variables on the level of customer satisfaction is 77,6%. While the remaining 22,4% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study. Simultaneously it can be stated that there is an influence between Islamic business ethics and service management together on the level of customer satisfaction at Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng, with a significance value of 0,000, it can be interpreted that the significance value is < 0,05. So it means that there is a positive influence between Islamic business ethics and service management on the level of customer satisfaction at Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng. Partially Islamic business ethics has no influence on the level of customer satisfaction Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng with a significance value of 0,316 > 0,05. While partially service management has an influence on the level of consumer satisfaction Sofyan Hotel Betawi Syariah Menteng with a significance value generated 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Basic human needs other than clothing and food are boards. As a basic human need, housing is a requirement to obtain welfare and even become a benchmark of well-being. In this case, property with sharia concept began to be widely developed, it is necessary to analyze the marketing mix strategy carried out on sharia property whether it is in accordance with Islamic law or not. The marketing mix has elements including: Price, Product, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence. In this study aims to find out the marketing mix strategy on Sharia Property in Raudhoh Residence, as well as to know the marketing mix strategy to increase market share in Raudhoh Residence and find out if the marketing strategy at Raudhoh Residence is in accordance with Islamic law. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research data uses primary data obtained from respondents through interviews with marketing Raudhoh Residence a sharia property company, as well as secondary data obtained from brochures and data released by Raudhoh Residence. The result of this research is That Raudhoh Residence has fulfilled all elements of the marketing mix in every unit sales process so that the company can achieve the targets specified in its sales ranging from Products, Prices, Places, People, Processes, Promotions, and Physical Environment. Marketing Mix Strategy that can increase market share is quality products, strategic location, transaction process in accordance with Islamic law and promotion using social media.

Abstract

Palestine is located in the Southwest Asia region. Diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Palestine have been established since the early days of Indonesia's independence. Palestine is one of the holiest places in Islam. On the other hand, Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. This situation creates a strong emotional bond between Indonesia and Palestine. Since the Jews declared the establishment of the state of Israel in the Palestinian territories in 1948, Indonesia has been part of the party opposing the Israeli occupation and supporting the Palestinian people's efforts to gain their right to independence. The support of the Indonesian people for Palestine continues. In terms of humanitarian assistance, zakat, infaq and alms management institutions (ZIS) are increasingly aggressively promoting various humanitarian aids, one of which is the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to analyze the value of the contribution and distribution of the allocation of zakat, infaq and alms funds by BAZNAS for humanitarian aid in Palestine. In addition, this study also wants to measure the effectiveness of the distribution of ZIS funds at BAZNAS. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method. Quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistical calculations and the zakat core principles (ZCP) approach. While qualitative data is described using descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the value of the contribution to the distribution of ZIS funds for Palestinian humanitarian assistance carried out by BAZNAS in 2018-2021 is volatile.

Abstract

The widespread organization of zakat and Islamic philanthropy for Palestine is gaining media attention rapidly, driven by the shared Islamic beliefs and historical relations with Indonesia dating back to the early days of independence. The community and government are united in supporting the Palestinian cause through Islamic philanthropy, emphasizing the importance of guidelines to ensure funds are utilized effectively. Maqashid sharia, a legal instrument in Islam, is deemed suitable for this purpose. This qualitative research uses normative legal methods to establish guidelines for zakat management and Islamic philanthropy for Palestine from a maqashid sharia perspective. The study recommends that zakat be allocated for dharuriyat and hajjiyat programs in Palestine, with other Islamic philanthropy supporting tahsiniyat. Philanthropic associations for Palestine should prioritize educating donors on intentions and ethical practices. The Islamic philanthropic programs for Palestine should focus on safeguarding religion, life, mind, property, and descendants, with targets including protecting al-Aqsa and Islamic symbols, fulfilling the human rights of Palestinians, and supporting independence efforts led by both nations' leadership.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) To find out the cause of the failure of 212 Mart Bojongkulur, 2) To find out the cause of the lack of loyalty of shopping members, and 3) To find out the efforts taken by the cooperative management to retract the loyalty of shopping members. The research method used is qualitative, the researcher tries to build rational arguments about everything, to explore the problems that cause 212 Mart to fail to develop, especially 212 Mart Bojongkulur. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the factors causing the failure of 212 Mart Bojongkulur in terms of member loyalty are the lack of commitment from members to shop at 212 Mart, caused by the lack of understanding of members about the cooperative concept, most cooperative members only become investors, the goods at 212 Mart are expensive, more expensive than the market price, and the available goods are incomplete.

Abstract

Humans are social beings who rely on interactions with others to meet their daily needs. Economic activities, such as buying and selling transactions, have evolved over time. Initially, transactions were done through bartering, but the introduction of money made transactions easier. The world of economics and banking is constantly evolving, resulting in innovations like the sharia card. This product was created to meet the community's need for a credit card that complies with sharia principles. The Indonesian Ulema Council issued fatwa No. 54, which addresses the sharia card and references the fiqh rule on urf. This research examines the relationship between the emergence of sharia card products and urf evidence. It aims to determine if the needs of the sharia economic community in Indonesia have reached the urf level. The study also explores the sharia card agreement outlined in fatwa No. 54. Through qualitative research based on library sources, it was found that the community's needs have not yet reached the level of urf, but rather a level where credit card use is common. However, this does not invalidate the fatwa, as it includes other arguments and rules to uphold sharia principles. This research serves as an example for studying fatwa sheets issued by DSN-MUI, providing additional knowledge for those interested in the topic. It sheds light on the development of sharia-compliant financial products and their relevance in the contemporary economic landscape.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a lot of impact on human life in general. Various problems one by one began to arise and became a burden in the community. The economic and social fields are the fields that have been affected quite a lot during this pandemic. This research discusses how to get out of this pandemic crisis by using Islamic philanthropic instruments, namely zakat and its derivatives such as infak and almsgiving to be able to prosper people in need, especially during this pandemic. Through social programs owned by the Muhammadiyah zakat infak and shadaqah institution or (LAZISMU) the city of Surakarta is expected to be able to meet the needs and welfare of the community during the pandemic. This type of research is field research. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative by using primary data sources and secondary data collected by means of documentation, interviews and literature studies. The results of this study are the first, LAZISMU Surakarta City has managed people's funds in accordance with applicable regulations with several innovations that are allowed to be carried out. Second, The Social Program is a model of empowerment that is consumptive in nature. It has advantages and disadvantages, including being very beneficial for the community when the number of COVID-19 pandemic cases is increasing, as for when the number of cases begins to decline, what is expected by the community is another empowerment model that is productive in nature. Third, the impact of economic empowerment of the people carried out by LAZISMU Surakarta through the Social Program only benefits the community in the form of assistance that is temporary effect not long-term.

Abstract

The potential of zakat in Indonesia is very large if managed properly and correctly. The welfare of the poor will get a solution from the utilization of zakat funds. The productive zakat grant program is a way to distribute zakat funds to mustahik with the aim of providing additional business capital so that mustahiks can increase their business. Through this effort there is a transformation from mustahik to muzaki, or at least into munfik. This research aims to see the level of effectiveness of productive zakat in increasing mustahik business. This research took place at BAZNAS Bogor with 32 respondents.
