Abstract

UMKM Madu YBS merupakan usaha mikro yang menjual produk madu. Produk madu yang dijual oleh UMKM Madu YBS selama ini telah dipasarkan ke beberapa restoran, namun akibat pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan permintaan produk madu tersebut mengalami penurunan drastis. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan pada aspek manajemen usaha terkait ijin, laporan keuangan, dan target pasar. Adapun metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas indentifikasi kebutuhan, pendampingan, proses fasilitasi perizinan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Masalah internal utama yang dihadapi UMKM Madu YBS adalah pada aspek bisnis dan legalitas produk. Produk memiliki nilai jual yang relative rendah dibanding produk UMKM yang sejenis karena tidak memiliki ijin produk. Kebutuhan dan supply produk yang tidak seimbang menjadi dasar pendampingan usahan dlama rangka mencari sumber bahan baku yang lain. Untuk itu, tim pelaksanak kegiatan melakukan survei lapangan untuk mencari sumber bahan baku baru dari pemasok yang berbeda. Hasil survey menunjukkan adanya potensi pemasok baru di Kecamatan Payangan, Kabuapaten Gianyar yang terdiri ada kelompok tani lebah madu rumahan. Pada kegiatan tahap ketiga, mitra diberikan pendampingan dlaam mengurus perizinan Pangan-Industri Rumah Tangga (P-IRT). Kegiatan tahap ke-empat dilakukan dengan pendampingan peyusunan laporan keungan sederhana berupa laporan buku besar, arus kas, stok, dan laporan piutang. Sebagai upaya evaluasi kegiatan, maka tim pengabdi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui tenaga lapangan mahasiswa) melakukan komunikasi dengan pemilik UMKM apabila pada tahap awal implementasi hasil pendampingan masih mengalami kendala Kegiatan pendampingan menghasilkan indentifikasi existing supplier, target produksi, izin legalitas atas produk, dan laporan keuangan sederhana.

Abstract

The porang plant (A. muelleri) can produce tubers containing up to 54% glucomannan (which is beneficial for health and industrial materials. This plant can grow well under stands, so it can be intercropped with any tree, including gaharu trees which are conserved ex situ). at HKM Pusuk Lestari, West Lombok. The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge about the intercropping cultivation of porang plants with G. versteegii trees planted one year ago for ex-situ conservation in the HKm area of ​​Pusuk Lastari Village, Batu Layar, West Lombok, and provide training as well as the practice of planting porang seedlings in the HKm area with an agroforestry system, to increase income and welfare for HKm stakeholders in Pusuk Lestari Village.The result of this service activity is that training activities have been carried out on porang cultivation using the method of intercropping with G. versteegii trees, starting from selecting quality seeds, distributor search r sales and ordering of porang seeds to, handling of seedlings before planting. Meanwhile, the practice of preparing for planting, such as weeding the land, loosening the soil, making soil rolls, making spacing, and planting porang seedlings were carried out in intercropping with the gaharu tree of the type G. versteegii in the Pusuk Lestari HKM area, West Lombok.

Abstract

Menstruation is a physiological phenomenon experienced by women, most women report experiencing symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in the form of breast pain, flatulence, nausea, headaches and emotional changes. These PMS symptoms can reduce the quality of health, interfere with learning concentration as well as achievement and active learning activities, especially for young women who attend school. Management (PMS) can be done non-pharmacologically (without drugs) or pharmacologically (with drugs) if there are persistent symptoms so it is necessary to make socialization about PMS management for young women. The purpose of this community service activity is to organize a socialization so that young women can understand PMS management. The method of socialization carried out is by way of presentation of material by resource persons, discussions and questions and answers as well as distribution of brochures. The socialization activities were carried out at SMPIT and SMAIT Anak Sholeh Mataram. A total of 20 students participated in the socialization activity. Activities carried out well. The mean value of the pretest obtained is 7.3. After the exposure there was an increase in the post test score to 9.4. The results of the discussion and question and answer show that many students have PMS problems, especially with symptoms of pain. Pain management can be done independently by buying analgesics (pain relievers) which are sold at pharmacies or licensed drug stores with parental supervision. After the socialization, there was an increase in the pretest and posttest scores. This service activity is one of the health promotions for the community and must be held regularly.

Abstract

Traditional fishermen are community groups affected by damage to the coastal environment due to sedimentation. This is because traditional fishermen have a low fishing range (under three miles) and simple fishing technology. catch. This community service activity aims to increase the productivity of fishing aids using portable FADs and blue LED lights. The method of this activity is active participation. The result of this activity is that portable FADs and blue LED lights can increase the productivity of fishing gear, thereby increasing the quantity and quality of catches by 20%. The existence of portable fish FADs which are homes for fish plays a very important role as fishing aids. The difference between this FAD and conventional FAD is that it requires minimal manufacturing costs, and it is very possible to change locations according to the fishing area. The conclusion from PkM is that partners have knowledge related to appropriate technology that can increase catch productivity, namely portable FADs and blue LED lights.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all levels and aspects of people's lives, including health, economy, education, and social life. The pandemic that has been going on since the end of 2019 has forced people to fight hard to maintain their survival, including people in Sawahan Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency. The public is required to adapt to the pattern of life in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, namely a new pattern of habits regarding the discipline of the Covid-19 health protocol which aims to reduce the transmission of the Covid-19 virus outbreak. This community service activity aims to build immune-enhancing instant herbal medicine entrepreneurs based on ginger, temulawak, and turmeric. The legality of the instant herbal medicine is through the BPOM permit, which is in the process of permitting and production in collaboration with industrial partner CV PJ ChingLung. Community service activities are carried out in several stages, namely program socialization to the community and training on making instant herbal medicine which is made by applying a simplicia grinding machine to make herbal powder with the addition of crystal sugar. The results of the instant herbal formulations are then packaged and labeled. Instant herbal medicine business analysis training, assistance and marketing of instant herbal medicine products. After the Community Service program which was carried out with a training and mentoring approach to the Sawahan Village community and CV PJ ChingLung as a partner, they were able to increase the knowledge of the Sawahan Village community on how to make instant herbal medicine. There is product diversification in industrial partners as well as increased production capacity. Then the marketing reach that previously did not exist, now the marketing reach is expanded through exhibition networks and online sales. This community service activity is carried out under the right conditions because it is based on the needs of the community which are directly benefited.

Abstract

Loyok Village is located on the Mount Siu-Kotaraja tourism route which is visited by many local and foreign tourists. This causes the village administrator to hope that Loyok Village can be more advanced to support the tourism program by having superior products in the form of duck meat and eggs. So far, livestock farming, both large and small, is still used as a side business. Livestock rearing is done in free time and with an irregular feeding schedule. This activity aims to disseminate information, increase knowledge and skills in the business of raising ducks independently. Service activities are carried out through providing management materials for raising ducks, local feed ingredients as alternative feed ingredients, providing motivation for raising livestock, and the importance of forming a farmer group in Loyok Village. The service activity was attended by the Village Head and his staff, breeders, and female livestock farmers. Service participants enthusiastically participated in the delivery of material and discussions during service activities. To achieve maximum productivity, ducks must pay attention to cage management, feed formulas that are in accordance with the needs of ducks, and environmental hygiene to avoid ducks being exposed to various kinds of diseases. Several programs resulted from this service activity, including making Loyok Village a fostered village of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry by involving academics in village planning, so that the development of the livestock sector develops in a directed manner. from this service activity is an increase in the knowledge, insight, and enthusiasm of the service participants in increasing the duck farming business.

Abstract

The quality of health services must always be improved for the realization of a good public health degree. One of the things that can be done is to maintain the quality of the available health facilities and equipment. Indicators of quality medical devices include guaranteed accuracy, accuracy and safety in their use. There are several medical devices that are often used, such as ECG, flumeter regulator, digital sphygmomanometer, dry sterilizer, examination lamp and UV lamp, which are important elements that maintain the continuity of public health services. This community service activity aims to maintain and repair medical devices and is a training for technicians and medical personnel. It will also improve skills in managing medical equipment. The method used is observation, lectures on calibration material, inventory and direct practice of repairing medical devices. This activity can be followed by all health workers at the puskesmas with the hope that the responsibility for medical equipment is not only owned by technicians, but becomes the responsibility of other health workers as well. The activity that has been carried out in this service is an inventory of tools to make it easier to check and repair medical devices. The tools that have problems are experimentation lamps and UV lamps. On the examination lamp, the lamp was damaged and it can be reused by replacing the lamp. Meanwhile, the UV lamp damaged the transformer and fittings, after replacing these components the UV lamp can be used again. This activity indirectly provides knowledge and lessons in the form of experience. As well as adding insight into the operation of medical devices at the Tampaksiring II Health Center. Increased knowledge of service participants can be seen from their ability to directly participate in repairing medical devices.

Abstract

The problem of students' bad morals seems to be endless, both actions taken at school and even among the community. Of course this is an important note for the world of education, especially a teacher. This activity aims to find out how the PAI teacher's efforts to instill the values ​​of tazkiyatun nafs in the students of SMPN 1 Tempuling. The results of the activity are expected to be useful as evaluation material so that the application of tazkiyatun nafs values ​​can run better. This research is quantitative with sampling technique that is saturated sample. Data collection techniques are using documentation, interviews, and observations. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive quantitative which is calculated manually obtained through observation and interviews to answer questions from the research. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it is known that the efforts made by PAI teachers have succeeded in growing the tazkiyatun nafs values ​​in the students of SMPN 1 Tempuling to be categorized as good. This is illustrated by the observed value, which is 77.94%. The things that become supports that affect the success are role models or examples of attitudes that are practiced by teachers and education staff; good cooperation between teachers, administrative staff, school principals, school guards, and staff in the school canteen. The cultivation of tazkiyatun nafs values ​​is going well which is influenced by the teacher as a role model. The inculcation of tazkiyatun nafs values ​​must be carried out by all elements of the school through activities such as mutual cooperation, weekly recitations, and others.

Abstract

Merak Belantung Village is one of the villages in Kalianda District, South Lampung Regency which has a variety of tourism potential. However, the current tourism potential of the village has not been optimally utilized by the local community. For this reason, efforts to realize an ecotourism village in Merak Belantung require assistance from academics by involving village community organizations. This is in line with the development of ecotourism villages based on community based tourism (CBT) which emphasizes the involvement of local community participation. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of local communities in realizing ecotourism village destinations in Merak Belantung. The method of activities carried out includes socialization, counseling, mentoring, to providing equipment for pokdarwis. The socialization and counseling activities were attended by around 34 people consisting of elements of village apparatus and pokdarwis managers. Service activities by focusing on efforts to develop CBT-based ecotourism villages were carried out for the first time in Merak Belantung Village. The service participants looked enthusiastic and actively involved in every series of activities organized by the PkM team. During the outreach and socialization activities, the participants provided a lot of information about the tourism potential of their village. For this reason, the results of this service activity have also mapped the potential of Merak Belantung Village referring to the SWOT analysis and 7 Landscape Analysis. In addition, there is a high commitment among village officials and pokdarwis managers to focus on developing ecotourism villages in Merak Belantung. This service activity brings new understanding in efforts to develop ecotourism villages, especially the application of the CBT concept. For this reason, sustainable assistance is needed in realizing ecotourism village destinations in Merak Belantung Village.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease that can spread through objects and the air. People are advised to continue to maintain personal hygiene by washing their hands. If people are active outside their homes, washing their hands is a bit difficult because they have to find water and soap. The alternative to cleaning hands without water is replaced by the use of hand sanitizer. Currently in every place provided hand sanitizer. Including at Panca Marga University, paying attention to health protocols by providing the availability of hand sanitizers. This community service activity aims to socialize the manufacture of hand sanitizers with natural ingredients in the University environment to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Community service activities begin with observation. Then continued with a series of socialization and direct practice of making natural hand sanitizers. Service Activities Held in January 2022. The activity began with observations and requests for permission for activities to be carried out on the Panca Marga University. Furthermore, the activity was continued with socialization and the practice of making natural hand sanitizers. The results of natural hand sanitizer products are distributed to campus residents with the addition of flyers containing the procedures for making natural hand sanitizers. In addition, the distribution of natural hand sanitizers is also placed in every classroom at Panca Marga University to make it easier for campus residents to clean their hands when doing activities in class. So that this service is in accordance with the achievement target by implementing clean and healthy living behaviors in the campus environment during lecture activities. Socialization activities and distribution of natural hand sanitizers with basil and aloe vera made it easier for campus residents to clean their hands while on campus.
