Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing (SMM), Service Quality (KL), Consumer Purchase Interest (MBK) on Purchase Decisions (KP) on Instagram 3second Social media. The population used in this study are consumers who have bought 3second products. The sample in this study was 126 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach (taking samples with certain considerations, with the criteria of respondents who have ever accessed the 3second Instagram social media application. Data was taken using a questionnaire via google form, after the questionnaire results collected, the data was tabulated using MS Excel and analyzed using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that Social Media Marketing (SMM) has no significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions (KP). Service Quality (KL) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (KP). Consumer Buying Interest (MBK) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (KP). The influence of Social Media Marketing (SMM) on Purchase Decisions (KP) through Consumer Buying Interest (MBK) as an accepted intervening variable. The Influence of Service Quality (KL) on Purchase Decisions (KP) through Consumer Purchase Interest (MBK) as an accepted intervening variable. Abstract

Indonesia is a country where the majority of the people are Muslims. As the country with largest economy in Southeast Asia and also one of the emerging market economies in the world, businessman should balance it with knowledge of marketing ethics in order to usher in newer and better economic era. These days increasingly fierce business competition and lack of knowledge about marketing ethics can be a deviation in the conduct of the business. In this current era what community wants and needs continue to increase, making businessman carry out all marketing strategies that often violate established marketing norms and ethics. Doing online business can bring many advantages and conveniences for the community, but if these conveniences and advantages are not accompanied by a firm attitude and law, there will be deception, tyranny and cheating each other. Therefore in Islam there is a goal to protect mankind from all injustice. Because when we enter the world of online business, there are many challenges, not just about getting profits but also about maintaining how to do business by always sticking to the principles of Islamic law. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability and firm size on stock returns with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This study uses a sample of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2019 period. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 12 companies. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression methods and moderated regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability is proxied to ROA and firm size has no effect on stock returns. Dividend policy is not able to moderate profitability as a proxy for ROA and firm size on stock returns. The coefficient of determination (R2) is known to be 0.48 or equal to 48%. This means that the Dividend Pay Ratio moderates the effect of Return on Assets by 48% on Stock Return, while the remaining 52% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Abstract

Intellectual capital is an intangible asset in the form of information resources and knowledge that serves to improve competitiveness and increase company performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of intellectual capital on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. This research is quantitative in nature by taking 126 samples from companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. Intellectual capital is measured by value added intellectual coefficient (VAIC™), firm value is measured using price to book (PBV), and financial performance is measured by return on asset (ROA) ratio. The sampling method in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The analytical methods used in this study are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, mediation tests and multiple linear regression equations using the IBM SSPS application. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on firm value, financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on firm value through financial performance as a variable. intervention. Abstract

This research is motivated by the growing development of information technology systems which have an impact on the development of marketing, namely utilizing information technology in making online purchasing transactions. Purchasing online is one of the alternatives chosen in this era of the COVID-19 pandemic for reasons of convenience, speed and practicality. In addition, not a few consumers also choose to purchase offline for reasons of trust and security. There is convenience in purchasing online but the goods ordered do not match the picture. While offline purchases of the desired goods can be known specifications, but the range of locations and costs are obstacles for consumers. For this reason, the author is interested in examining the comparison of online and offline marketing strategies in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in the comparison of marketing strategies with online and offline systems. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The results of this method are narrative data and not numbers. In the current era of the Covid-19 pandemic, people prefer to shop online rather than offline, so there is a great opportunity to use social media technology as a means of selling. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting the economy. These economic activities affect the activities of companies or industries, one of which is commercial activities in the field of agricultural and food products, namely PT. Charoen Pokphand Tbk. This industry is an agribusiness that produces animal feed, day-old chicks (DOC), and ready-to-eat foods. This study was conducted during the closing period of 2019 and 2020 using quantitative research methods. The data collection process is an indirect study of the financial background of companies drawn from the Indonesian stock market. The objective of the study is to know the financial performance from the point of view of liquidity in the management of the company's finances in terms of short-term obligations, capital activities, and arrangement of the company in management or use of product support resources processes and measures of management effectiveness is expressed in the importance of profits generated, received on sale, or invested due to the occurrence of endemic diseases. Researchers use ratios to measure financial ratios, including debt-to-assets, debt-to-equity ratios, total asset turnover, return on assets, and net profit margin. Abstract

Financial statements are an important part for every company, because financial statements are records that contain information relating to the financial condition of a company. Therefore, various financial statement analyzes are needed, one of which is the company's financial ratio analysis which looks at the company's health condition based on existing financial ratios. PT Telkom Indonesia or PT Telkom Persero Tbk. Is one of the state-owned enterprises (State-Owned Enterprises) which is engaged in services, namely information and communication technology services. PT Telkom Persero Tbk always publishes financial reports and can be accessed directly through www.idx.co.id . And with the financial statements, an analysis of the financial ratios of PT Telkom Persero Tbk can be made by calculating the financial ratios needed to see its financial condition. Abstract

This study plans to decide the impact of work culture, leadership, and specialization advancement training on OCB through inspiration as a mediating variable. The exploration populace is all government employees in the Public Police at the Individual Staff Work Unit and the General Secretariat in the Yogyakarta Extraordinary Area Provincial Police, adding up to 46 respondents with an example of 43 respondents. Gathering information utilizing a poll with the Krejcie-Morgan strategy and arbitrary examining method. This examination strategy utilizes a quantitative methodology with the SmartPLS3.2.8 application. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the influence of spiritual leadership style on employee job satisfaction. (2) The influence of the work environment on employee job satisfaction. (3) The effect of extrinsic motivation on employee job satisfaction. (4) The influence of spiritual leadership style, work environment, and extrinsic motivation on employee job satisfaction.This research is a type of quantitative research, with a population of all employees of Super Dazzle Gejayan Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study is a non-probability sampling technique where the technique used is saturated sampling (census). The number of samples in this study were 80 employees of Super Dazzle Gejayan Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, descriptive test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. The data analysis was conducted to identify the independent variables that affect the dependent variable.The results showed that (1) spiritual leadership style had an effect on employee job satisfaction. (2) The work environment has no effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) Extrinsic motivation has an effect on employee job satisfaction. (4) Spiritual leadership style, work environment, and extrinsic motivation simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction.
