Abstract

Research on the effect of fiscal policy and balancing funds on expenditures in the government of the City/Regency of South Sumatra is the purpose of this study. City/Regency Provincial Government Budget Realization Report. South Sumatra 2019-2021 is the main source of secondary data for this research. The saturated sample approach is the one used for the sampling process. Classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing are the analyzes used in this study. The tool used by the SPSS 26 application, and the results indicate that PAD, DBH, and DAU have a significant positive effect on regional spending, while DAK has no effect on City / District government spending. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Online Advertising (X1), Celebrity Endorser (X2), on Purchase Intention (Z), and consequently on Purchase Decision (Y) (Study on Shopee Consumers, Active Student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Bachelor of Science, Tamansiswa). This type of research is quantitative research, by taking a sample of Shopee consumers, students of the Faculty of Economics, Tamansiswa University of Bachelor of Economics, as many as 93 respondents. Drawing illustrations using purposive sampling method, collecting information by means of a questionnaire survey. Information is processed using SPSS. Test results in this research, it proves that the Online Advertising and Celebrity Endorser variables positively and significantly affect Purchase Interest and support Purchase Decisions for Shopee consumers.Based on the results of this study the effect of online advertising on purchase intention based on the online advertising variable subtest is 4.093 and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The influence of celebrity endorsers on purchase intention is based on 2.199 subtests of the celebrity endorser variable and a significance value of 0.003 so it is smaller than 0.05 (0.003 <0.05). Based on the subtest, the variable value of buying interest on purchasing decisions is 3.845 and a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05. The online advertising variable on purchasing decisions is 2.342 with a significance value of 0.030 which means less than 0.05 (0.030 <0.05), and the influence of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions based on the celebrity endorser variable subtest is 2.543 with significance. the value of 0.021 is more or less than 0.05 (0.021 <0.05). Abstract

In this modern era, technology is developing very rapidly. Technological developments are used in various fields of life. Technology has also changed the model of financial transactions that used to be done conventionally, now can be done digitally. Not only the conventional economic sector feels the impact of this technological development, Islamic economics also feels the impact. One example of a field that takes advantage of technological developments is the zakat payment mechanism. Zakat can now be done digitally, this certainly makes it easier for humans, both zakat payers and zakat recipients. However, there are also many people who have not fully implemented technological advances in their lives for several reasons. This research uses Internet searching method. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of transactional leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research method is quantitative, as the population is employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Yogyakarta with saturated sample technique. As for data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that transactional leadership, work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, both partially and simultaneously. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to overcome the gap in previous research between the effect of product quality and social media marketing on consumer loyalty. This research is classified as a quantitative study. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents who had visited and made purchases more than twice at Lawoek Coffe Temanggung. Data were processed using SPSS software version 29. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that; (1) product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a t-value of 6.251. With sig. of < 0.001 means < 0.05. (2) social media marketing has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a t-count of 5.458. With sig. of < 0.001 means < 0.05. (3) consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty with a t-count of 3.681. With sig. of < 0.001 means < 0.05. (4) product quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty with a t-count of 3.527. With sig. of < 0.001 means < 0.05. (5) social media marketing has no significant effect on consumer loyalty with a t-count of 1.505. With sig. of 0.136 means > 0.05. (6) consumer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of product quality on consumer loyalty with a sobel value of 3.18329960 meaning > 1.983 and (7) consumer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of social media marketing on consumer loyalty with a sobel value of 3.05927598 meaning > 1.983. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang menentukan penerimaan mobile banking dengan menggunakan model UTAUT dan biaya yang dirasakan sebagai variabel tambahannya. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survei, dan skala Likert lima poin digunakan untuk tujuan ini. Sampel terdiri dari 106 nasabah bank syariah dan partial least square structure equation modeling diterapkan untuk memeriksa data yang diambil dari sampel. Bukti empiris menunjukkan harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan mobile banking. Temuan empiris penelitian ini juga menunjukkan, niat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan mobile banking. Sedangkan pengaruh sosial, dan biaya yang dirasakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan mobile banking. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini membahas dampak dari hasil penelitian, baik dalam konteks teoritis maupun praktis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan suatu potensi dan peluang usaha nelayan di Kelurahan Negeri Lama. Ikan gamak dan ikan terubuk merupakan ikan yang menjadi ciri khas dari Kelurahan Negeri Lama Kabupaten labuhan batu. Ikan gamak juga merupakan sejenis ikan yang berukuran kecil dan biasanya disebut dengan ikan teri. Ikan ini hanya ada di daerah negeri lama dan ikan ini juga tidak setiap saat dapat ditemukan karena ikan tersebut ikan musiman. Sedangkan ikan terubuk adalah ikan yang ada di pesisir labuhan batu yaitu sekitar sungai berumun. Ikan terubuk di identik dengan banyak duri. Metode ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara beserta observasi lapangan yang berguna dalam mengumpulkan data-data yang dibutuhkan. Informan dalam penelitan ini adalah warga sekitar di wilayah Kampung Nelayan. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kelurahan Negeri Lama Kecamatan Bilah Hilir Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, yang merupakan salah satu wilayah pesisir sungai bilah dan mata pencarian warga pesisir adalah sebagai nelayan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and brand image partially and simultaneously on buying interest in tropical cooking oil at supermarket xyz. In this study using a quantitative approach. Primary data was obtained through survey results by providing questionnaires distributed through google form by asking a number of questions regarding Price Perception, Brand Image, and Purchase Interest. The sample of this study was collected using the Slovin formula and an error rate of 5% with a total sample of 400 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is the technique of scale-range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Secessive Interval (MSI) Method. Microsoft Excel computer program and SPSS application. There is a positive and significant correlation between price perceptions and buying interest. There is a positive and significant correlation between brand image and purchase intention. Perception of price and brand image have a simultaneous effect on buying interest. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio, and Debt To Equity Ratio on return on assets at PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa 2019-2021. The object of this research is PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa 2019-2021. The data collection method is the documentation method, which is carried out by taking data from the 2019-2021 balance sheet which has been documented by the company PT. Patria Anugerah Sentosa. Based on the results of data analysis with the help of SPSS 25, it shows that the results of the partial hypothesis test (t-test) prove that the Current Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio, and Debt To Equity Ratio to return on assets at PT. Abstract

This stud y aims to determine whether motivation and The monitoring affects emplo yee performance CV. Putra Niaga, Muara Enim Regency. The sample in this study were 41 respondents who were permanent employees. The sampling method used by the researcher is Random Sampling. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques which are processed using the SPS S application The results in this stud y are: 1.) M otivation variable has a T count of 3,864 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates that HO is rejected and Hl is accepted because t count > t table (3,073 > 1,677). This means that motivation has a significant effect on emplo yee performance satisfaction CV. Putra Niaga, Muara Enim Regency. 2.) The monitoring variable has a T count of 2,591 with a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05, this indicates that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted because t count > t table (2,591 > 1,677). This means that supervision has a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction CV. Putra Niaga, Muara Enim Regency. 3.) that the F value is 8,243 with a significance level of 0.001, because the significance level is 0.05, this regression model can be used for employee performance. This means that f count > f table (8.243>2.79) these results state that motivation, supervision has a direct (simultaneous) effect on the performance of CV employees.
