Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety, work motivation, and also work discipline on employee performance at PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka. The research method uses quantitative. The population in this study were 389 people who are employees at PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka. The sample used in this study were 100 employees. The sampling technique is based on 5 times the number of indicators used. The tests used in this research are validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study state that the variables of work safety and work motivation partially have no significant effect on employee performance but have a positive effect on employee performance, for work discipline variables partially have a significant but negative effect on employee performance. The simultaneous test states that the variables of work safety, work motivation, and work discipline together have a significant effect on the performance of PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka employees. Abstract

This study aims to clarify how productivity, dividend payout, and financing strategy affect economic value. The sample for the study is The Hospital Company, which will be traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2021. A deliberate sample of 10 enterprises is carried out using secondary data from the financial reports of corporations in the hospital industry. The SPSS 26 software is employed in this study's multiple regression analysis. Profitability (ROE) has an effect on the company's value in the healthcare industry, with firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2021. The Dividend Policy (DPR) has no effect on the company value in the hospital industry, which is represented on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, between 2017 and 2021. The Company's Value in the hospital sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the years 2017–2021 is unaffected by the Debt Policy (DER). From 2017 to 2021, the profitability (ROE), dividend policy (DPR), and debt policy (DER) will all have an influence on the company's value in the healthcare sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Islam is a perfect religion, all aspects of life are arranged in such a way as to produce a comprehensive religious system. These Islamic values ​​are referred to as a religious trilogy, namely Faith, Islam, and Ihsan. Among the teachings of Islam that are considered obligatory is zakat which is one of the pillars of Islam. There are many institutions that collect zakat funds through the ZISWAF program (Zakat, Infaq, Alms, and Waqf) which is an Islamic economic concept in order to produce economic balance in society. The vast benefits of zakat have had a significant impact on the progress of world civilization, and this must not only be maintained, but also developed. One sector that benefits from the zakat concept is the world of education, where Muslim scholars are born, and the treasures of scientific heritage are cared for and developed. Education is a challenge of the times, so innovation in maintaining it becomes a necessity, including the need for funding. Efforts to collect zakat by institutions such as LAZ certainly experience many challenges, so it is necessary to do a lot of collaborating with various parties who have the goal of increasing zakat fund collection. This then becomes a question mark, whether the role of art workers can increase the potential of the zakat collection. which in turn can increase funding sources for educational institutions. Through this research, the author examines and analyzes the potential of art workers' gait in increasing the collection of zakat funds, as well as their impact on the world of Islamic education. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method that collects data and information by conducting a literature review and interviews with related institutions which show the influence of the participation of art workers and influencers on the collection of zakat funds by LAZ and philanthropic institutions and educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the effect of halal label, product quality, and clan partially and jointly on purchasing decisions of Emina lipstick cosmetic products. This research is a quantitative research. The population is UST faculty students. The sample of this research is 110 respondents. The data collection method used the questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that (1) Halal label is declared to have a positive influence on the Purchase Decision variable, with a tha value of 0.348 table 0.1576 p-value = 0.000 0.05 (2) Product Quality variable is declared to have a positive influence on the Purchasing Decision variable tcount0 ,1782 Table 0.1576 p-value = 0.000 <0.05 (3) thang 0.2587> t table 0.1576 p-value = 0.000 0.05 (4) Halal Label, Product Quality, and Advertising have a joint effect on The decision to purchase Emina lipstick products obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.. Abstract

This study intends to find out whether there is an influence of brand image and product quality on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on silverqueen chocolate consumers in Surabaya. The type of research is quantitative and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. The population in this study who became the target population was the people of Surabaya who had consumed silverqueen chocolate products. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is the purposive sampling technique with the criteria of silverqueen chocolate consumers who are domiciled in Surabaya with a minimum age of 17 years and have purchased the product at least 1 time. The data analysis technique used the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 software. The results of the study indicate that brand image had no significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand image has no significant effect on consumer loyalty. Product quality has no significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Brand image has a significant effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Abstract

This research to examine the influence of leadership, organizational culture and compensation on the performance of civil servants in the UPTD for cleanliness, waste and landscaping at the Environmental Service Office of Bantul Regency. This research is quantitative with non-probability sampling method and sampling technique using saturated sampling, which is taking 100% of the population in the civil servants of the UPTD for cleanliness, waste and landscaping at the Bantul district environmental office as many as 57 respondents. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.000. Then the organizational culture variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.025. In addition, the compensation variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.005. As well as leadership variables (X1), organizational culture (X2) and compensation (X3) together has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.000. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of compensation, work environment, occupational safety and health and servant leadership on job satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative with a population of 55 respondents. Data collection techniques sing questionnaires, to analyze data using data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis. The results of the research prove that compensation has a significant positive effect job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, occupational safety and health has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and service leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, job training, leadership roles, and learning orientation on the performance of PT Daffa Jaya Utama employees. The research method uses quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT Daffa Jaya Utama as many as 50 employees. The sample used in this study were all 50 employees. The tests used in this research are validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the variables of work motivation and leadership roles partially had no significant effect on employee performance, for job training and learning orientation variables partially had a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The organizational environment often changes with the times. If an organization has achieved the goals set for its own organization, then the organization can be considered successful. The quality of the organization's internal environment experienced by its members, the quality in question is not an objective condition that is the same for all employees, but a condition that has been processed through perception along with subjective experience. This type of research can use a quantitative descriptive method, namely to analyze the Study of the Influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research design can be classified as a type of survey research, because researchers use surveys to obtain data and information directly about the research object by distributing associative causal questionnaires. This study uses a quantitative method based on the method. Meanwhile, the SPSS application is used when processing data. The presentation of the results of this study is presented based on the data obtained from the research that has been done. The data collected in this study is in the form of an analysis of the scale results that have been filled in by trading companies. In this study there were 4 (three) scales, namely the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale consisting of 5 question items, the Intrinsic Motivation scale consisting of 5 statement items, the Job Satisfaction scale consisting of 5 statement items and the Organizational Climate scale consisting of 5 statement items . The conclusion in this study is that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of CV Maris Persada, Buol Regency. Abstract

Islamic financial literacy still shows a very minimal number, namely 8.93% according to publications from the Financial Services Authority in 2019 which means that when there are 100 Indonesians, 8 of them have a fairly good literacy towards Islamic finance. Meanwhile, according to publications from Bank Indonesia, the increase doubled, namely 16.28%, which the research conducted in 2019 which means that for every 100 people in Indonesia. Students as agents of call to advance Islamic finance, it is necessary to have a fairly good literacy, moreover there are many thoughts that are the antithesis of Islamic economic thought that is fatwaed by the DSN-MUI. The institution is an institution recognized by the government in issuing sharia economic fatwas in Indonesia. Therefore, Islamic economics students must have the same perception as what the DSN-MUI fatwa has made. Late fines become a contract that gets a negative stigma in the community because there are thoughts that are contrary to the DSN-MUI fatwa. Therefore, it is important for Islamic economics students to fortify themselves with good literacy in order to have a good perception.STIS Al-Wafa provides good literacy to its students, especially those who have passed semester 5 because they have obtained literacy related to contemporary muamalah fiqh. So that most of them have a good perception of late fees in Islamic banks. Then also as a student, it is also necessary to deepen material about benefits because it can help in understanding a fatwa product that is relevant to its era.
