Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Work Life Balance and leadership strategies affect the performance of Tebing Gerinting Public Health Center employees. The sample in this study were 41 respondents who were permanent employees. The sampling method used by the researcher is Random Sampling. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques which are processed using the SPSS application The results in this study are: 1.) Work Life Balance variable has a T count of 10,900 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because t count > t table (10.900 > 1.677). This means that Work Life Balance has a significant effect on the performance of Tebing Gerinting Health Center employees. 2.) The leadership strategy variable has a T count of 6.272 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted because t count > t table (6.272> 1.677). This means that the leadership strategy has a significant effect on the performance of the Tebing Gerinting Health Center employees. 3.) that the F value is 329.532 with a significance level of 0.000, because the significance level is 0.05, this regression model can be used for employee performance. This means that f count > f table (329.532>2.79) the results state that Work Life Balance and leadership strategies have a direct (simultaneous) effect on the performance of Tebing Gerinting Health Center employees. Abstract

Economic development has created various types of jobs with various skills, which in the end of these various types of work get wages or salaries from those who give jobs. The wages are paid based on piecework, daily, weekly and monthly. When the work is getting more difficult and challenging and requires physical skills and management skills, the wages or salaries can be even greater, for this reason, the achievement of the nishab of zakat mal (professional zakat) of these workers is no longer a necessity. The increasing income of workers makes it easier for them to enjoy worldly facilities for their families and there are positive and negative impacts on this. The large income from professions that emerged in the contemporary era resulted in unexpected expenses due to a lifestyle by borrowing money to fulfill his lifestyle so that he fell into consumptive debts that burdened his income. At the same time, professionals who are on the one hand are capable of paying zakat mal because they exceed the nishob but end up being mustahik because the remaining income is very small due to fulfilling loan obligations.

Abstract

Companies need to evaluate supplier performance to get those that match the company's criteria. The problem with UD. Morodadi Jaya is that there are no appropriate criteria and standards to be set in the selection of suppliers so that the company does not have supplier performance evaluations. The purpose of this study was to determine the weight of the value of each criterion used in making the decision to choose the best alternative supplier at UD. Morodadi Jaya. There are five criteria used, including: availability of goods, price, quality of goods, delivery, service. To obtain complete data, the researchers used methods in the form of interviews and filling out questionnaires. The method used in processing the data in this study is the AHP and TOPSIS methods. Based on data processing using the AHP method, the weights with the highest criteria are on the availability of goods, followed by the next rank, namely delivery, price, quality, service. Then for data processing using TOPSIS can be seen that the supplier PT. Prima Aluminum is the most potential supplier. The next alternative priority is based on the ranking in a row. Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of online customer review, online customer rating and price consciosness on the study purchase decision of TikTok Shop customers. The population used in this study were TikTok Shop customers in Yogyakarta. This study uses a type of questionnaire that uses Google Form as a research tool. The research method used is a non-probability sampling technique with purpusive sampling method. The sample used is 100 respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with model determination (classical assumption test), hypothesis testing using partial test (t) and determination test (R2) using SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the variable online customer review has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, online customer rating variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, price consciousness variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and online customer review, online customer rating, and price consciousness variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of information quality, customer perceived value, and experience quality on customer satisfaction at Shopeefood. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa with a total sample of 93 respondents. The data sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling, namely with students who made transactions more than twice as well as the 2019 and 2020 batches. The data collection method was using a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. To test the quality of the data in this study using Validation Test and Reliability Test. The data analysis technique in this study used the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of the data are processed using the help of IBM SPSS. The results showed that the quality of information had a significant value of 0.018, the customer perceived value had a significant value of 0.043, and the quality of experience had a significant value of 0.000, which means that information quality, customer perceived value, and experience quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction at Shopeefood.

Abstract

The Board of Directors is one of the organs of a Limited Liability Company which has great duties, responsibilities and authority in managing the company, as well as directors of Islamic banks whose legal entity is also a Limited Liability Company. In carrying out their duties, the directors may take actions that result in losses for the company, and for this the directors must be held accountable. However, the business judgment rule doctrine suggests that the board of directors may not be held responsible for the company's losses as a result of its management as long as the board of directors is proven to have managed it in good faith and in accordance with the company's Articles of Association. For directors at Islamic banks, this doctrine is only one of the reasons that can cause directors to act professionally without fear of being wrong. In addition to the doctrine, the existence of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and commissioners is important because they participate in supervising and providing advice on the actions of the directors, and the main thing above all is the belief in the existence of divine accountability, all of which become one unit which in the end can give rise to actions that are solely for the benefit of the company and welfare. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of capital structure, company growth, and capital expenditure on profitability and how the impact on firm value. Companies in the property and real estate industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as the population in this study with a total of 83 companies. The data sample in this study uses purposive sampling, namely companies that are listed on the main board and have complete financial reports from 2019 to 2021, resulting in 31 samples of property and real estate companies. The methods and techniques used in data collection are by observing the financial statement data then entering the financial data into the formula and conducting analysis based on the existing formula calculations. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, Determinant Coefficient, with the help of data processing by IBM SPSS and finally the mediation effect analysis using the Sobel Test. The results showed that capital structure, company growth, and capital expenditure had a significant effect on profitability and firm value, but profitability was unable to mediate capital structure and capital expenditure on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee job satisfaction on turnover intention. The population used in this study were all employees at PT Sarana Baja Perkasa Site OKI totaling 146 people, the sampling technique in this study used the slovin formula with a failure percentage of 10%, so the number of samples obtained was 59 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire method. The data was processed using a simple linear regression analysis method using SPSS software as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with the percentage contribution of the independent variable, namely job satisfaction, explaining 45% of the dependent variable, namely turnover intention, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as: job stress, career development, employee loyalty, work environment, work facilities, organizational commitment, and financial/non-financial compensation. The findings in this study imply that employee job satisfaction can be increased by means of company leaders re-evaluating the salary system and improving the company's promotion system.

Abstract

The low level of public literacy related to Islamic economics causes errors and mistakes in the practice of Islamic economics, so that if it is ignored it can have a negative impact on the development and progress of Islamic economics itself. So it is important for various parties to know and study various models of economic thought concepts from Islamic economists such as Yusuf Qardhawi. Because the concept of Islamic economic thought can be used as a reference in dealing with economic problems. Yusuf Qardhawi's phenomenal economic thought is related to professional zakat, ethics and economic norms which include the ethical concepts of production, distribution, and consumption. Not only that, but Yusuf Qardhawi also expressed his phenomenal thoughts related to the concept of property which includes zakat, taxes, interest and usury, the concept of working in Islam, government involvement in economic ethics, and also the concept of equitable distribution of welfare for all people. Although it contains various pros and cons, the journey of professional zakat in Indonesia has attracted a lot of attention from various groups ranging from academics, scholars and the government who are also serious about responding to this phenomenon, especially MUI with the issuance of Law No. 3 of 2003 concerning Income Zakat, Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Collection, PMA and BAZNAS also participate to strengthen regulations and policies on professional zakat regulation. Abstract

In business development, every business actor must pay attention to the products to be marketed, especially in terms of product quality. It should be noted that improvements in product quality and prices are very important, because they can satisfy consumers with the products they buy. And will influence consumers to buy again and again. This study aims to determine the correlation of product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions in the Home industry, Rengginang Renggol, Olean Situbondo Village. This study uses a quantitative survey approach or Ex post facto which intends to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions. In the course of collecting data, researchers used the method of observation and questionnaires (questionnaire). While the analysis technique uses correlative analysis (causal/cause-effect), which is a relationship or influence that states a cause-and-effect relationship between two or more variables. In this study, the research population refers to the Home industry customers of Rengginang Renggol, totaling 265 customers. The sample taken was 15%, namely 40 respondents using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is statistical analysis with SPSS.16 analysis, Somer's D with Ordinal data type. ) evidenced from 0.820 > 0.05. There is an effect of the price variable (X2) as evidenced from 0.000 <0.05 with a value of 0.840. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Consumer Purchase Decision
