Abstract

Non-Bank Islamic Financial Institutions in Indonesia, one of which is the Sharia Pawnshop, to implement various kinds of products and contracts in carrying out their business activities, one of the products is the Rahn contract, the freedom to design the form of the contract will provide product diversity, however fiqh analysis is carried out to avoid things that are prohibited, considering that one of the rules in ushul fiqh is basically all transactions are allowed unless there is a clear argument forbidding it. Based on the pillars of Rahn's contract in practice, starting from marhun, marhun bih, shighah, and 'aqidaini, it is in accordance with sharia theory. Pawn as one of the categories of debt-receivable agreements, for a trust from the creditor, the debtor pledges the goods as collateral for the debt. The collateral remains the property of the person who pawned it, but is controlled by the recipient of the pledge. The results of this study show that in general the Sharia Pawn Sharing the Blessing of Samarinda has complied with the rules in rahn transactions. Pawn Sharia Sharing Blessings in other words using multiple contracts (al-uqud al-murakkabah). It is a hybrid contract (multi-contract), namely rahn (pawning), qardh (borrowing) and ijarah (rental) contracts. The second contract responds to the first contract, and the third contract completes the second contract where the perfection of the first contract depends on the perfection of the second and third contracts through a reciprocal process or one contract depends on another contract. Tthe auction system carried out by sharia pawnshops is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No: 25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 concerning Rahn. Excess money from the auction after deducting loans and fees will be returned to the customer, while if there is still a shortage, it remains the customer's obligation to pay off. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness dan brand image terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi dengan subjek penelitian pada e-commerce shopee, dimana kode-kodenya adalah: brand awareness (X1), brand image (X2), customer loyalitas (Y), dan kepuasan pelanggan (Z). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana peneliti memilih sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu dengan karakteristik yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran merek berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran merek dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil uji analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan bukan merupakan variabel mediasi antara kesadaran merek dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of integrated digital marketing in the home industry marketing strategy in Bandang Daja Village, Tanjung Bumi District. The population in this study are all home industry entrepreneurs who are in the village of Bandang Daja and are affected by the economy from the current COVID-19 pandemic, which amounts to around 10 entrepreneurs. The results show that in the future every home industry in the village of Bandang Daja chooses demographic, psychographic, and consumer behavior segmentation groups in digital marketing and does not only choose one segmentation. This digital marketing strategy will later be used to increase distribution or distribution that focuses on platforms, as well as a marketplace that provides several product details and is also equipped with a contact person which will contain the address of the instant messenger. It is also hoped that in the future the home industry in Bandang Daja village will carry out integrated digital marketing as the main marketing strategy to maximize sales and profits. Little by little and consistently the use of digital media really helps the home industry in the village of Bandang Daja in carrying out marketing functions effectively and efficiently as well as improving the economy during a pandemic that puts pressure on it like it is today.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dimensions of the learning organization its influence on employee performance. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires. The research population is 54 employees using the census method. The analytical technique used to answer the research problem and test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis. The data is processed using the Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) application. The findings of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of personal expertise on employee performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of mental models on employee performance, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of shared vision on employee performance, ( 4) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of team learning on employee performance, (5) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of dialogue on employee performance. The dominant variable affecting employee performance is the team learning dimension.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship. The population is all students who have taken the subjects of Creative Products and entrepreneurship, class XI and XII as many as 170 students. Samples were taken by proportional stratified random sampling as many as 63 students. Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the entrepreneurial motivation of students was in the moderate category of 71,4%, entrepreneurial knowledge was in the sufficient category of 73,0%, and interest in entrepreneurship was in the moderate category of 69,8%. Partially, entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial knowledge partially also has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge together have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The existence of environmental changes that occurred and people’s behavior to keep their money in the bank. It is encourage the increased demand for banking services usage needs. The increasing of competition in the banking industry created a variety of ways to attract customers. This study aims to determine how the customer response to the quality of services provided by credit union to its customers. This research is a quantitative descriptive, this study population is the customer data in 2012 at credit union with total 2500 people, samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents drawn using Slovin formula and sampling technique in this study is probability sampling with simple random sampling. The findings of the study on dimensions which are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy will help the community to determine the quality of service credit union . In the responsiveness dimension, reliability, assurance, empathy and tangible researchers found positive results or good result, but there are several factors that are still rated poorly by customers of credit union unit.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate and prove empirically about the differences between the financial performance of PT. Syariah Mandiri and PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia during the period 2017-2021. This study was a descriptive comparative study. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of companies that obtained from published financial statements of Bank Indonesia at www.bi.go.id sites as well as from the official website of each bank. Data analysis was performed using financial ratio analysis of CAR, NPM, ROA, BOPO,LDR. And analysis technique which was use to see the comparison between the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Muamalat Indonesia was the method of Independent sample t-test. The analysis conducted shows that there are significant differences for the ratio of NPM, ROA, BOPO. While the ratio of CAR and LDR there was not a significant difference.

Abstract

Self-regulated learning and digital literacy are very important because both have implications for student learning outcomes. This study aims to find out (1) whether there is an influence of self-regulated learning on learning outcomes, (2) whether there is an influence of digital literacy on learning outcomes, (3) whether there is an influence between self-regulated learning and digital literacy simultaneously on student learning outcomes. The research subject is a student of class VII of Ambon State Junior High School 9 on IPA subjects. The method used is a quantitative method. The results showed that: 1) there is an influence of self-regulated learning on learning outcomes, 2) there is an influence of digital literacy on student learning outcomes, and 3) there is a simultaneous influence of self-regulated learning and digital literacy on student learning outcomes. In conclusion, student learning outcomes are also influenced by self-regulated learning and digital literacy owned by students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship courses on the entrepreneurial interest of students at the teaching and Technology Institute of Larantuka. The hypothesis in this study is the effect of entrepreneurship courses on the entrepreneurial interest of students at the teaching and technology institute of Larantuka. The population and sample in this study found 38 people. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and documentation. The researcher's questionnaire was used to obtain data on entrepreneurship courses and interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used to obtain the validity of the instrument is the Pearson product-moment formula and to obtain the reliability instrument, the Cronbach alpha formula. processing Based on the data obtained, the value of t-count is 2,32258 and the t-table is at a significance level of 5% with df = n – 2 = 38 – 2 = 36, which is 2.028094. Thus-the price of t-count is greater than t-table, namely 2.32258 > 2.028094. So it can be said that the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, this shows that there is an influence of entrepreneurship courses on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Economics Education Study Program FKIP IKTL.

Abstract

The principal holds the authority to govern the school effectively in order to accomplish the school’s objectives. The principal’s leadership style is determined by the outcomes of their capacity to influence one another, and they must be able to collaborate on actions to accomplish goals. A positive and pleasant work environment in which educators and stakeholders interact is necessary to increase passion for learning activities, which will result in increased abilities and the production of the desired quality. This study employs a qualitative approach, a descriptive research method that relies heavily on the researcher as the primary instrument. The data analysis was performed inductively and descriptively. Additionally, this study places a priority on methods over outcomes. The principal’s implementation of the appropriate leadership style affects the quality of educators’ competence, resulting in increased stakeholder satisfaction due to an increase in the quality of excellent graduates. Principals must be enthusiastic about educators and stakeholders to foster a positive work environment conducive to school performance.
