Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the use of mentoring and coaching strategies in dairy farmer cooperatives as a means of improving cooperative performance. at this time, cooperatives must survive and maintain the success of their organizations at the highest level because of the high expectations of cooperative stakeholders. Taking place in such a fierce competitive environment requires a more effective and efficient attitude through increasing the capability of the cooperative management staff. Coaching and mentoring can be the key to success for cooperative organizations in maintaining the competitiveness and management power of cooperatives. The research findings show that the problems in cooperative management and accounting have not been achieved as their best. Most of the accounting staff do not understand the accounting process and in the end the financial reports are not sufficient to meet the needs of cooperative users. This research focuses on assisting the accounting process and cooperative management as a support activity for cooperative activities, which will be a source of motivation and an effective performance booster not only for cooperatives but also for management and staff.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam situasi pandemi menimbulkan banyak masalah bagi guru atau siswa, terutama pada bagian penilaian. Pembelajaran jarak jauh membutuhkan media yang dapat menghubungkan guru dan siswa, seperti laptop, ponsel, internet, audio, video, dll. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alternatif asesmen dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara jarak jauh. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kajian alternatif dalam situasi pandemi, khususnya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pustaka. Peneliti mendapatkan data dan literatur dari buku, jurnal, penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa dua alternatif penilaian dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Itu adalah penilaian berbasis daring dan penilaian diri sendiri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk peningkatan hasil belajar Georafi siswa melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran picture anda picture. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas XI IIS 1 SMA Negeri I Koto Besar Dharmasraya dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 14 siswa, terdiri dari siswa perempuan 5 orang dan laki-laki 9 orang dengan latar belakang pendidikan orang tua siswa, prestasi akademik, status Geografi yang heterogen. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi awal siswa memiliki rata-rata nilai 72, kemudian meningkat pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata 77, dan juga meningkat pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 83. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran Picture And Picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study is an experimental study that aims to determine the significant difference between the cooperative learning model of the NHT type and the Jigsaw type in terms of student learning outcomes on the surface area and volume of cubes and blocks. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Jayapura, totaling 184 people and divided into 6 classes. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 60 people consisting of two classes, namely class VIII C with 30 students and VIII F with 30 students. The design used in the study was a non-equivalent group pretest-posttest design. The analysis used to calculate the hypothesis is the Mann-Whitney test using the SPSS application. The results of the pretest analysis with the Mann-Whitney test obtained a significance value of 0.224. Because the significance value is greater than the 0.05 significance level, it is concluded that the hypothesis H0 is accepted. The results of the posttest analysis with the Mann-Whitney test obtained a significance value of 0.242. Because the significance value is greater than the 0.05 significance level, it is concluded that the hypothesis H0 is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who are taught using the NHT and Jigsaw cooperative learning models on the surface area and volume of cubes and blocks in class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Jayapura

Abstract

This research is started from the lack of preparation of SD/MI Student Handbooks teaching materials that not represent the local wisdom of West Kalimantan. Therefore, this study aims to develop elements of local wisdom in teaching materials without having to eliminate the substance of the material that is the goal of the curriculum. The method used in this study is the Research and Development Model 4 D method, namely Define, Design, Development and Dissemination. Meanwhile, the instruments or data collection tools are documentation and Validation Questionnaire for the feasibility of the Companion Book that was developed. The result of this research is the compilation of 8 companion books for thematic learning based on Local Wisdom in West Kalimantan. for 4 Aspects of Assessment which include Assessment of Content Aspects of Materials the average aspect of the assessment is 4.68 equivalent to 93.75% with Valid / Eligible results for use, for aspects of Feasibility of presentation of subject matter in accordance with the Thematic Learning Book issued by the Ministry of National Education in 2018, the average assessment Expert Validator 4.76 is equivalent to a percentage of 95% with Valid / Eligible results for use. From the feasibility aspect of Book Design Display on the Development of Teaching Materials based on Local Wisdom of West Kalimantan class III for Theme 1 to Theme 8 4.8 from the expert validator assessment obtained an average value of 4.8 equivalent to a percentage of 96.7% with the criteria Valid / Eligible to use. As for the feasibility aspect of the language used in the development of teaching materials based on West Kalimantan local wisdom for class III for Themes 1 to 8, from the expert validator's assessment, an average value of 4.64 is equivalent to 96.7% which means valid / feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the involvement of parents in fostering children's interest in continuing the family business by providing entrepreneurial education that contains entrepreneurial values. Qualitative phenomenological research design is used to this study, the main informants in the study consisted of 3 legendary culinary business owner in Malang and 3 children who owned the legendary culinary business in Malang. The result of this study can be describe as follow: (1) parents have provide entrepreneurship education by providing entrepreneurship education that contains entrepreneurial values to foster children’s interest in continuing family business that is, self-confidence, responsibility, dare to take risk, optimism, future-oriented, disciplined, honest, leadership, creative, and innovative. (2 parents provide entrepreneurship education that contains entrepreneurial values by involving children to help manage the family business and provide examples of how to manage a family-run business, because the children here will see what is done by parents. (3 parents provide democratic education, where children have given their freedom to choose a career that is of interest by full supervision and guidance from the parents.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one way that can be done to reduce unemployment in Indonesia. However, the low interest in entrepreneurship, especially vocational students is one of the problems experienced now. Several factors cause vocational students to be less interested in entrepreneurship, one of which is the lack of knowledge of vocational students about entrepreneurial knowledge. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest in vocational students. The type of research conducted is a literature study. Data is collected by searching for references on the internet. From the search that has been carried out, 21 references have been obtained that are in accordance with what you want to study, namely about the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of vocational students. Based on the results of the literature study that has been carried out, from 21 references obtained 18 references concluded that there was an influence of entrepreneurial knowledge or 85.71% while 3 references concluded that there was no influence of entrepreneurial knowledge or 14.29%. So it can be concluded that entrepreneurial knowledge has an effect on the entrepreneurial interest of SMK students.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to see how is the use of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and the activity in an online reading course to stimulate critical thinking skills, especially the students who participated in this research. This study used descriptive approach. The sample of this research consist of 6 students from the third semester of English Department in academic year 2020/2021 at one of university in Bogor. To get the data, the researchers used interviews as instruments. The results showed that the implementation of Problem-Based Learning in an online reading course is effective to improve students critical thinking skills and the implementation of learning activities by using Problem-Based Learning model is effective because students could be more understand about the materials and encourage them to solve problems independently or in groups. Abstract

This paper discusses the application of performance-based budgeting in higher education institutions in Indonesia. This study uses a literature review method with narrative analysis to deepen knowledge about performance-based budgeting. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the implementation of performance-based budgeting plays an important role in realizing a quality higher education institution. To implement performance-based budgeting, universities must consider management competencies, organizational commitment, reward systems, and higher education quality. This paper provides a different perspective to understand the application of performance-based budgeting by integrating institutional management theory and organizational theory in setting organizational goals.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of online transportation services on the economic welfare of the people of Mojokerto city through job opportunities. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach using a survey method and using random sampling data collection method. While the measurement uses a Likert scale. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with the smartPLS 3.0 program. Online transportation services have a direct influence on job opportunities for the people of the city of Mojokerto with a T statistic of 9.007 (P value = 0.000). Online transportation services have a direct influence on the economic welfare of the people of Mojokerto city with a T statistic of 10,746 (P value = 0.000). Job opportunities have an influence on the economic welfare of the people of Mojokerto city with a T statistic of 11.471 (P value = 0.000). Online transportation services have an influence on the economic welfare of the people of Mojokerto city through job opportunities with a T statistic of 7.193 (P value = 0.000).
