Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of demographics, financial literacy, and financial attitudes on pension fund management in Cikarang Utara and Serang Baru Districts, Bekasi Regency. A quantitative approach with an associative method was employed, collecting data through closed questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. A sample of 60 respondents was obtained through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple regression, F-test, and t-test analyses. The results indicate that demographics, financial literacy, and financial attitudes simultaneously have a significant influence on pension fund management. Partially, age, financial literacy, and financial attitude have significant effects, while gender, education, and income do not. Financial attitude is the most dominant factor in pension fund management is explained by the three independent variables. These findings emphasize the importance of improving financial literacy and developing positive financial attitudes for optimal pension planning.

Abstract

This community service initiative aimed to strengthen the digital marketing capabilities of local culinary MSMEs in Jatimekar, Bekasi, by providing hands-on training on the use of Instagram and TikTok for promotional purposes. Conducted on June 15, 2025, the program involved 25 participants from small-scale food and beverage enterprises. The training covered digital promotion strategies, content creation using tools like Canva and CapCut, and techniques for enhancing brand awareness through storytelling and visual media. Implemented through interactive sessions and direct mentoring, the program resulted in increased participant understanding of digital marketing and improved confidence in creating promotional content. Post-training evaluations showed that over 80% of participants successfully produced and shared content on social media platforms. The initiative demonstrated the effectiveness of structured and participatory digital literacy programs in supporting sustainable business growth and expanding market reach for MSMEs in the digital economy.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the digital capacity of women-led social communities in Kranggan, Bekasi, through content management training and storytelling techniques. In the digital era, the ability to create and manage content is essential for maintaining visibility and increasing engagement in online spaces. Conducted on May 25, 2025, the program involved 30 female participants from local social organizations. The training focused on developing compelling content, impactful narratives, and utilizing platforms like Instagram and TikTok to support community initiatives. The results indicate improved participant understanding of digital content and storytelling concepts, as well as greater confidence in using social media positively and productively. This program contributes significantly to digital-based community empowerment and opens up creative opportunities for women to be actively involved in public discourse through online platforms.

Abstract

Kinerja bisnis menjadi suatu ukuran keberhasilan pada bisnis UMKM. Baik lingkungan eksternal maupun kondisi internal perusahaan memiliki konstribusi dalam membentuk kinerja bisnis. Penelitian ini ditujukan pada UMKM Kecamatan Diwek yang sudah memenuhi krieteria. Metode penelitian yaitu kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan pemilihan sampel metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada responden, kemudian dianalisis melalui pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan WarpPLS, yaitu pemeriksaan validitas instrumen dan pemeriksaan reliabilitas instrumen, serta uji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan mempunyai efek baik yang positif juga signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM, serta terhadap inovasi model bisnis. Selain itu, inovasi model pada memiliki efek positif signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM, sekaligus berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja bisnis UMKM. Adanya studi ini diharapkan pelaku UMKM terus meningkatkan orientasi kewirausahaan melalui sikap inovatif dan agresif, serta keberanian dalam mengambil risiko, untuk menaikkan kinerja pada bisnis UMKM.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and technology adoption on the business performance of culinary sector MSMEs in Cerme District, Gresik Regency. The research employed a quantitative methodology. The sample consisted of 60 respondents, and the data analysis was conducted using path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), assisted by the WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a direct and significant effect on MSME business performance. However, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on technology adoption, and technology adoption significantly affects business performance. Moreover, technology adoption is proven to significantly mediate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance. These findings emphasize the crucial role of technology adoption as a bridge between entrepreneurial understanding and improved MSME business performance. Therefore, MSME actors are expected not only to possess strong entrepreneurial characteristics but also to be able to adapt to technological developments as a strategy to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek krusial dalam lingkungan industri yang berfungsi untuk mencegah dampak negatif akibat paparan bahan kimia berbahaya terhadap kesehatan pekerja. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di PT. Shalom Dunia, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur di Tangerang yang memproduksi stiker dan label alas kaki. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman pekerja terhadap bahaya bahan kimia serta mendorong kepatuhan dalam penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) sebagai bagian dari penerapan K3. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dalam tiga tahapan: (1) studi pendahuluan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya kimia dan kebutuhan pelatihan; (2) evaluasi ketersediaan dan kelayakan APD di area produksi; dan (3) pelatihan serta pendampingan langsung kepada 15 pekerja di bagian produksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan pekerja mengenai risiko bahan kimia dan peningkatan kedisiplinan dalam penggunaan APD. Selain itu, dilakukan penataan ulang area kerja berdasarkan hasil observasi risiko untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi edukasi berbasis kebutuhan dengan pendampingan lapangan secara sistematis dapat mendorong perubahan perilaku dan memperkuat budaya K3 yang berkelanjutan pada sektor industri berskala kecil dan menengah.

Abstract

The digital era requires MSMEs to adapt visual marketing strategies in order to remain competitive. The digital era requires MSMEs to adapt visual marketing strategies in order to remain competitive. MSMEs in South Jakarta face significant challenges in optimizing social media as a promotional platform, particularly in creating engaging and professional visual content. Limited financial resources and low digital literacy are the main barriers to accessing professional graphic design services. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the Canva platform on improving the quality of promotions and competitiveness of SMEs in the Jagakarsa area of South Jakarta, as well as identifying the factors influencing the success of visual marketing transformation. The study uses a qualitative approach with a community service method through three stages: preparation (comprehensive survey and stakeholder coordination), implementation (face-to-face training with a modular format), and evaluation (impact monitoring through structured questionnaires and in-depth interviews). The program involved 48 SMEs focused on the culinary and handicraft sectors. The implementation of Canva demonstrated a significant improvement in the quality of SME promotional materials. There was heterogeneity in adoption levels influenced by learning motivation, resource availability, and integration with existing business processes, resulting in compelling visual outputs and cost savings compared to professional design services. SMEs that successfully integrated visual marketing into their routine operations demonstrated higher sustainability of use. The Canva platform has proven effective as a solution for democratizing graphic design for SMEs, providing affordable access to professional tools and enhancing competitiveness in the digital marketing ecosystem.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku usaha Pala Pus di Ciapus, Pasir Eurih, Kabupaten Bogor mengenai standar label pangan sesuai regulasi BPOM, mengembangkan desain kemasan yang menarik dan informatif, memperkuat identitas merek, serta memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran digital secara efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk. Pelaksanaan kegiatan selama tiga bulan, mulai November 2024 - Januari 2025, dengan 15 peserta yang merupakan anggota pelaku usaha Pala Pus. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui lima tahapan, yaitu observasi lapangan, edukasi regulasi label pangan, workshop desain label dan kemasan, pendampingan pemasaran digital, serta evaluasi hasil. Metode yang digunakan penyampaian materi, praktik langsung, diskusi interaktif, dan pengukuran tingkat pemahaman melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh indikator penilaian dengan rata-rata kenaikan 41,5%, meliputi pengetahuan regulasi label pangan, keterampilan desain kemasan, pemahaman strategi pemasaran digital, dan kesadaran branding. Secara praktis, kegiatan ini menghasilkan label dan kemasan baru yang informatif dan sesuai standar pasar, foto produk berkualitas untuk promosi digital, peningkatan aktivitas pemasaran melalui media sosial dan e-commerce. Keberhasilan ini membuktikan kombinasi edukasi regulasi, pengembangan desain kemasan profesional, penguatan branding, dan strategi pemasaran digital merupakan langkah efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Model kegiatan ini diharapkan diterapkan secara berkelanjutan untuk membantu UMKM memperluas pasar, meningkatkan penjualan, dan membangun citra merek yang kuat.
