Abstract

The rapid development of immersive technologies such as virtual reality has reshaped consumer behavior and marketing strategies by offering interactive experiences that influence perceptions and purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze and understand the influence of virtual reality on the consumer decision-making process, with a focus on a case study of purchasing. Maybelline cosmetic products. With the rapid development of digital technology, virtual reality has emerged as an innovative marketing tool that offers interactive and immersive experiences for consumers. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with data analysis used in this study using the SEM-AMOS method. The population in this study is active e-commerce consumers and virtual reality users. The data collection used questionnaires distributed to 200 e-commerce consumers and virtual reality users aged 18–40 years, selected through purposive sampling. Interactive experiences have a stronger and more strategic role than visual experiences in influencing consumer interest through actual behavior. The results showed that interactive experiences through virtual reality had a stronger influence on consumer interest and purchase intention compared to purely visual experiences. This study concludes that while visual elements serve as an initial attraction, interactive experiences are more effective in fostering engagement and transforming consumer behavior.

Abstract

The dynamics of work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment are critical in shaping employee performance, especially among millennials who prioritize both career growth and personal well-being. This study aims to examine the influence of work environment and work-life balance on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. A quantitative approach was employed, surveying millennial employees in West Jakarta. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling to assess direct and indirect effects. The results reveal that both work environment and work-life balance significantly affect job satisfaction, while job satisfaction strongly predicts organizational commitment. In contrast, work environment and work-life balance do not directly influence organizational commitment. These findings underscore that supportive work environments and balanced work-life practices alone may not guarantee organizational commitment unless they enhance job satisfaction. The study suggests that organizations seeking to retain millennial talent should prioritize strategies that foster both satisfaction and engagement, including workplace design, supportive policies, and career development opportunities, by emphasizing job satisfaction as the central link between workplace conditions and commitment.

Abstract

The Muslim fashion industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, driven by increasing demand for culturally relevant designs and global market opportunities. This study aims to examine how artificial intelligence enhances the industry’s competitiveness through technology-driven marketing and management strategies, focusing on spatial disparities. A qualitative approach was used, combining interviews with 35 stakeholders in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya, field observations, and spatial analysis using Geographic Information Systems. The findings reveal that urban centres lead in artificial intelligence adoption, achieving 89% accuracy in trend forecasting and a 22% increase in e-commerce conversion rates, while rural areas lag due to limited digital infrastructure. Cultural biases in designs and job displacement are notable challenges. This study is limited to major cities, potentially overlooking rural dynamics. The results highlight the need for inclusive digital policies to bridge the urban-rural gap, ensure culturally sensitive designs, and promote sustainable practices. These strategies can strengthen Indonesia’s position as a global leader in Muslim fashion.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises in Magelang Regency face challenges in maintaining competitiveness due to limited access to quality raw materials, capital, and effective marketing strategies. Digital tools, such as social media and digital payments, have transformed consumer behavior, offering opportunities for business growth. This study aims to evaluate the impact of product quality, business capital, and digital-based marketing on the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises in Magelang Regency. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected from 40 enterprises through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that digital-based marketing significantly enhances enterprise development, particularly in increasing sales turnover and customer growth. In contrast, product quality and business capital have no significant impact, likely due to local market preferences for affordable products and the use of capital for daily operations. These results suggest that digital marketing is a key driver of growth for micro, small, and medium enterprises in Magelang Regency. The study concludes that enterprise owners should prioritize digital marketing strategies, such as using social media and e-commerce platforms, to boost competitiveness, while policymakers should support digital literacy programs to strengthen the local economy.

Abstract

The financial sector in Indonesia faces challenges in maintaining profitability while fulfilling social responsibilities. This study investigates the impact of corporate social responsibility, company size, and sales growth on the profitability of financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research aims to analyze how these factors influence profitability, measured by return on assets, using data from 110 financial companies over the period 2021 to 2024. A quantitative approach with multiple linear regression was employed to analyze secondary data from financial and sustainability reports. The findings reveal that company size and sales growth have a significant positive effect on profitability, while corporate social responsibility shows no significant impact. Larger companies benefit from cost efficiencies, and higher sales growth reflects successful market expansion. These results suggest that financial institutions should prioritize operational scale and innovative products to enhance profitability, while strategically integrating social initiatives to maximize their impact. This study provides insights for stakeholders to develop strategies that balance profitability and social responsibility in Indonesia’s competitive financial landscape.

Abstract

Islamic philanthropic institutions face increasing demands for transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency to meet the expectations of donors and beneficiaries. To address these challenges, Dompet Dhuafa implemented a quality management program in 2013 aimed at improving organizational performance and service delivery. Despite the widespread adoption of quality management systems, few studies have systematically evaluated their effectiveness and sustainability in Islamic philanthropic organizations, creating a research gap. This study evaluates the quality management program using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation model, assessing its relevance, resource adequacy, conformity to planned processes, and outcomes. Data were collected through participant observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and focus group discussions. Analysis reveals that the program is highly aligned with organizational needs, receives moderate input support, demonstrates moderate conformity to planned processes, and achieves high levels of effectiveness, efficiency, responsiveness, and sustainability. These results indicate that structured quality management enhances organizational performance, strengthens accountability, increases stakeholder trust, and supports long-term institutional sustainability. The study underscores the importance of leadership commitment, dedicated human resources, adequate budgeting, and continuous monitoring for maintaining and replicating quality management practices in similar Islamic philanthropic organizations.

Abstract

The rapid growth of agribusiness e-commerce platforms has highlighted the importance of user satisfaction and continued use for their success. This study aimed to evaluate user satisfaction and usage intention, focusing on key factors influencing user behavior. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data from 200 respondents using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis used multiple linear regression to assess the impact of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness on satisfaction, and partial least squares structural equation modeling to examine relationships involving artificial intelligence personalization, content quality, system quality, usability, satisfaction, and usage intention. The findings showed that content, accuracy, and timeliness strongly drive satisfaction, while ease of use and format revealed interface challenges. Artificial intelligence personalization, content quality, and system quality significantly influenced satisfaction and usage intention, but usability had no direct effect on usage intention. satisfaction mediated the effects of artificial intelligence personalization and system quality on usage intention. This study concludes that improving interface design and enhancing personalized, reliable systems can boost user satisfaction and retention, offering valuable insights for agribusiness e-commerce platforms to optimize user experience and support sustainable growth.

Abstract

The implementation of a hospital management information system in Indonesian public hospitals brings opportunities for service improvement as well as various risks that must be carefully managed. This study evaluated the implementation of hospital management information system, using the ISO 31000:2018 risk management framework. Using a mixed methods approach, the study identified key risks in the technical, operational, human resources, and infrastructure domains through interviews, field observations, and document analysis. Each risk was analyzed for its likelihood and impact using a quantifiable risk matrix according to the ISO 31000 standard. The evaluation results indicated that system disruptions due to software and network instability, lack of training leading to user errors, and failure of data integration between modules were the most significant risks faced. Several other risks included the threat of cyberattacks on patient data, limited skilled IT personnel, and suboptimal network infrastructure capacity. Recommended mitigation strategies include continuous improvement of user training programs, investment in information technology infrastructure, implementation of stringent cybersecurity protocols, and regular system audits and monitoring. This study produces a practical risk-based evaluation model for the implementation of hospital management information system in regional hospitals, using an internationally recognized risk management framework.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies and the growing demand for public accountability have positioned digital human capital and intellectual capital as critical drivers of strengthening local government governance. This study examines the role of digital human capital and intellectual capital in enhancing public governance and sustainable regional financial performance accountability. This study employs a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, drawing on peer-reviewed articles, government reports, and case studies published between 2010 and 2023. The findings show that digital human capital improves public service delivery and citizen engagement, while intellectual capital, comprising human, structural, and relational capital, enhances resource management and governance processes. The review also identifies challenges such as the digital divide and resistance to change that hinder the effective integration of these forms of capital. The paper suggests that integrating digital and intellectual capital can significantly improve financial accountability and governance outcomes, particularly in developing countries, where challenges to digital transformation are prevalent. However, further empirical studies are needed to explore the long-term impact and practical application of these resources in local government settings.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital banking is accompanied by an increasing focus on sustainability and customer-driven innovation. Green marketing communications and customer experience are considered important in influencing perceptions and adoption, yet their relationship remains largely unexplored. This study aims to investigate the contribution of sustainable marketing communications and customer experience to digital banking adoption. The method used was a systematic literature review with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from peer-reviewed articles in Scopus between 2020 and 2025 through a keyword strategy and multi-stage filtering, resulting in 10 relevant articles. Analysis was conducted through a thematic synthesis and bibliometric mapping approach. The results show that green communications increase trust and ethical perceptions, while customer experience strengthens satisfaction, usability, and loyalty. Both interact to create a synergistic effect in accelerating adoption. Consequently, integrating sustainable communications with optimal customer experience is key to digital banking strategies in the sustainability era. Future research should expand the scope of bibliometric indicators and incorporate a longitudinal perspective to capture the evolving dynamics of adoption.
