An organization is said to be successful in achieving its goals. It really depends on the members of the organization. The success of an organization is not only determined by good business strategy, but also depends greatly on the quality and management of its members and analyzing the influence of organizational culture, quality of work life, and corporate social responsibility on the performance of Santi Mebel Godean employees. This research uses quantitative methods, data is obtained through questionnaires distributed to company employees. This research population involves all employees, with samples taken randomly. Regression analysis is used to test variable relationships, while descriptive statistical analysis provides an overview of the respondents. The results of this research are expected to be able to understand the factors that influence performance in the Santi Mabel Godean company environment. These results can be a basis for the company's organizational culture, quality of life in the workplace and corporate social responsibility to support optimal employee performance. The theoretical implications of this research can enrich human resource management, while the practice helps companies improve human resource management policies and practices.

Performance includes the work results obtained by an employee when completing tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given to achieve company goals. Factors that influence a person's performance will of course be influenced by employee compensation and discipline because income is in the form of money or goods, either directly or indirectly. indirect, which is received by employees as compensation for their services to the company. Meanwhile, the level of employee discipline also has an impact on the individual's performance. This research aims to understand the impact of compensation and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Betawimas Brilliant. The research method uses a survey method where the population in this study is PT Betawimas Cemerlang employees, totaling 40 people. Data processing and analysis techniques use the SPSS program. The results of this research state that compensation does not have a significant effect on employee performance, but work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, as well as simultaneously stating that the results have a significant effect

The development of the food and beverage business in recent years has attracted great interest among young people. The profits obtained are quite large and can apply creativity in innovating with the latest developments and changes in consumer interests. This research aims to analyze the influence of experiential marketing, customer perception value, and brand image on customer satisfaction. The independent variables used in this research are experiential marketing, customer perception value and brand image, while the dependent variable in this research is purchase satisfaction. This research uses a causal quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who had purchased Mixue. The question items for all variables were proven to be valid and reliable. The results of this research are that experiential marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. The value perceived by customers also has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Brand image does not have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Human Resources (HR) are assets that are very necessary for every organization in its efforts to achieve its goals. HR plays an important role in various organizational activities. Job satisfaction, which includes employee attitudes towards work, involves factors such as the work situation, cooperation between co-workers, acceptance of work challenges, and consideration of physical and psychological aspects. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of Waste Transporters at the Environmental Service. This research uses quantitative research methods using primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and interviews conducted with 102 research respondents. Secondary data sources include information from journals, books, and data obtained from the Ternate City Environmental Service. The research timeline starts from July 2023 to September 2023. The test results show that the job satisfaction variable has a negative and significant effect on labor performance. This suggests that addressing and increasing job satisfaction may be important for improving overall labor performance.

The high level of poverty and low entrepreneurship ratio in Indonesia have encouraged the government to increase the number of young entrepreneurs. By focusing on students of the Jakarta State University Entrepreneurial Student Program (Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha/PMW), this research aims to explore the influence of entrepreneurial motives, family environment, and financial literacy on entrepreneurial intensity. quantitative and uses survey research methods. This research uses dependent variables and independent variables. The results of quantitative research with 165 respondents show that partially entrepreneurial motives and family environment have a positive and significant influence on students' entrepreneurial intensity. Research recommends the need for entrepreneurship development programs that can strengthen entrepreneurial motives and create a family environment that supports student entrepreneurial activities. Although financial literacy has not been proven to have a significant effect, research highlights the importance of paying attention to other aspects that may be more dominant in motivating students to become young entrepreneurs. These findings provide a basis for development policies and educational programs that are more effective in increasing the intensity of entrepreneurship among students, so that they can make a positive contribution to the economy and reduce poverty levels.

The influence of advertising attitude as a mediator in the relationship between advertisers and purchasing intention. This research also aims to see the influence of friends and peers and celebrities on purchasing intention. The sample in this study was 113 respondents with the criteria of having purchased luxury goods. To obtain a sample, this research uses a non-probability sampling technique. Using a structural equation model (PLS), this research shows that advertising attitude can mediate the positive influence of advertisers on purchasing intention. also shows that friends and peers and celebrities have a positive influence on purchasing intention. From the results of research that has been conducted, it shows that advertising attitude mediates the positive influence of advertisers on purchasing intention. The results of this research show that friends and peers have a positive influence on purchasing intention. The research results also show that celebrities have a positive effect on purchasing intention. In this research, social network theory provides an understanding that the development of social media which aims to become a link between individuals has an impact on purchasing behavior, especially online purchases. This research contributes to new literature in the field of marketing management related to advertisers, advertising attitudes, friends and peers, celebrities and purchasing intention. For further research, other variables can be used that might influence purchasing intention other than the variables used in this research.

Work productivity is a benchmark for a company in achieving its goals. One important element in an organization or company is human resources. This research was conducted at the Airport Operation Landside & Terminal (AOLT) Unit at Yogyakarta International Airport. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of concentration and work stress on employee work productivity and to find out how much influence the independent variables, namely concentration and work stress, have on the dependent variable, namely work productivity. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to employees of the Airport Operation Landside & Terminal unit. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The results show that concentration and work stress each have a significance value of 0.038 on work productivity. Then, the F Test results show that concentration and work stress have a significance value of 5.085. The coefficient of determination test shows that concentration and work stress have a 33.8% influence on work productivity.

Measuring employee performance is important for companies to carry out their business processes to meet people's electricity needs. This research aims to determine the most important indicators that can improve employee performance using the Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC) method approach and weighting using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). To find out the most important indicators, they are determined by accumulating key informant assessments in this research which are then analyzed using AHP with the help of the superdecision application. The research results show that the main perspective that must be considered is the customer perspective which has the highest priority weight. Then for each perspective on the HRSC theoretical approach, the key performance indicator (KPI) that PT PLN Pusmanpro Semarang must prioritize based on the highest priority weight is the KPI Reward amount (0.024351) in the financial perspective, KPI speed of service (0.134916 ) from the customer perspective, KPI for the number of projects implemented (0.023622) from the internal business process perspective, and KPI for increasing employee understanding of their job descriptions (0.035857) from the learning & growth perspective. To be able to improve the performance of its employees, PT PLN Pusmanpro Semarang must consider each of the most important indicators from each HRSC perspective.

Competition in the business world is increasingly fierce, making companies try to find fast and appropriate strategies in marketing their products. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing interest among Matahari department store Surakarta consumers. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses a purposive sampling technique. The sampling method in this research used 200 respondents. Data analysis methods in processing data and drawing conclusions, researchers use computer assistance through the SPSS program. The results of this research are that brand image has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. The large influence of brand image shows that consumers, apart from looking at the brand, also see other factors such as price, product quality and other factors that influence buyer interest. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. This shows that the better the product quality, the more consumer buying interest will increase. Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. In this case, the need for competitive product prices will increase interest in purchasing the product itself.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of organizational commitment as mediating the influence of GHRM & organizational culture on Eco Friendly at Dishub Boyolali. This research method is quantitative. The population in the study were employees of the Boyolali Regency Transportation Office. In sampling this study using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The number of samples of this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses SMART PLS. The results of this study are that GHRM has a negative and insignificant effect on Eco-Friendly at the Boyolali Transportation Office. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on ECO Friendly at the Boyolali Transportation Agency. GHRM has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at the Boyolali Transportation Agency. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at the Boyolali Transportation Agency. Organizational commitment has a negative and insignificant effect on mediating the effect of GHRM on eco-friendly. Organizational commitment mediates organizational culture on eco-friendly negatively and insignificantly.
