Abstract

Artikel ini ditulis untuk pengembangan materi pembelajaran sejarah tentang Kumpeni di Banger Abad XVIII. Metode sejarah digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menyelesaikan artikel ini melalui tahap pemilihan topik, heuristik, kritik, interpretasi dan historiografi. Artikel ini menghimpun hasil penelitian terdahulu yang telah merekonstruksi pengaruh Kumpeni di Banger Abad XVII pada aspek politik, ekonomi, dan sosial. Historiografi tersebut berguna sebagai enrichment dalam pembelajaran sejarah pada materi Penjajahan Bangsa Barat Indonesia pada jenjang SMA/Sederajat sesuai dengan struktur Kurikulum Merdeka. Penulisan artikel ini berupaya untuk mengkaji, menelaah, dan menarasikan dampak kolonialisme Kumpeni di Banger Abad XVIII dalam aspek politik, ekonomi, dan sosial untuk selanjutnya dapat dijadikan suplemen berikut dengan contoh implementasinya pada jenjang SMA/sederajat. Kajian ini dapat membangun rekonstruksi sejarah secara menyeluruh sehingga dapat menghasilkan ilmu pengetahuan, persepsi, dan historiografi kolonialisme di Nusantara berdasar perspektif lokal guna kebutuhan pendidikan sejarah era Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Self image merupakan penilaian seseorang dalam menggambarkan dirinya maupun orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas media ular tangga AI OF SELFI (Adventure Icon Of Self Image) peserta didik dengan menggabungkan konten berisi afirmasi positif, pernyataan motivasional, pertanyaan reflektif, dan aktivitas untuk penguatan self image positif peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE, yaitu model sistematis untuk merancang dan mengembangkan program pelatihan dan media layanan dalam layanan konseling. Terdiri dari lima tahap: analyze (analisis kebutuhan dan tujuan yang berkaitan dengan self image), design (perancangan strategi layanan konseling), development (pengembangan konten dan media self image), implementation (pelaksanaan program layanan konseling), dan evaluation (evaluasi efektivitas dan efisiensi media ular tangga AI OF SELFI). Model ini memastikan bahwa setiap tahap direncanakan dan dievaluasi secara menyeluruh, sehingga pemberian layanan konseling yang dihasilkan efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media ini secara signifikan dapat menjadi penunjang layanan bimbingan dan konseling terkait self image peserta didik. Temuan ini berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan evaluasi media ular tangga AI OF SELFI, sehingga mengindikasikan media ini efektif sebagai penunjang dalam memperkuat self image peserta didik. Kesimpulannya, media ular tangga AI OF SELFI menawarkan metode inovatif dalam media konseling dan mudah diakses untuk mendukung self image positif peserta didik. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi media dalam proses konseling untuk kehidupan positif peserta didik. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi media ular tangga AI OF SELFI pada berbagai kelompok usia dan konten yang berbeda.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision carried out by elementary school principals in Central Aceh Regency to improve teacher performance. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects were determined using the Cluster Random Sampling technique, where several clusters were formed from selected individuals within the population. The results of this study indicate that the planning carried out by the principal to improve teacher performance includes: 1) Continuous Professional Development (CPD), 2) Mentoring and Monitoring, 3) Support and Guidance, 4) Building a supportive work environment, 5) Activating learning communities, 6) Performance structuring, 7) Feedback, 8) Observation. The organization carried out by the principal to enhance teacher performance involves: 1) Teachers' academic competence and qualifications, 2) Years of teaching experience, 3) Relevant certification and licensing, 4) Pedagogical skills, 5) Mastery of teaching and classroom management, 6) School needs analysis, 7) Organizational culture alignment. The principal's implementation efforts to improve teacher performance include actively monitoring and ensuring the teachers' ability to plan and prepare lessons, mastery of the subject matter, teaching strategies, classroom management, and student evaluation. Supervision is conducted through: 1) Classroom observation, 2) Spontaneous classroom visits, 3) Peer evaluation, and 4) Student evaluation.

Abstract

Keterampilan mengajar merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa dikelas mikrotheaching tadris ips tahun akademik 2023-2024. Sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh keterampilan mengajar terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa di kelas mikrotheaching Tadris IPS Tahun Akademik 2023-2024. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu expost facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jurusan tadris ips yang mengikuti mata kuliah microtheaching pada semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2023/2024. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling dan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel ditentukan melalui penggunaan purposive sampling yang mencakup sejumlah variabel berbeda. Sebelum memulai analisis, dilakukan uji prasyarat terlebih dahulu menggunakan analisis regresi, seperti uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji linieritas. Setelah itu Uji T digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana masing-masing variabel eksogen mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel endogen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara keterampilan mengajar terhadap kesiapan mengajar sebab nilai t hitung > t tabel ( 3.494 > 1.984) dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Perilaku remaja semakin meningkat, ditandai dengan peningkatan jumlah kasus dan ragam kekerasan yang dilakukan. Perilaku agresif tidak hanya disebabkan oleh peristiwa yang terjadi dalam suasana pribadi tetapi juga muncul dari bagaimana peristiwa tersebut dipersepsikan dan diproses secara mental. program instruksi kelompok tentang metode manajemen diri untuk mengurangi perilaku kekerasan pada siswa SMKN 22 Jakarta.penelitian ini menggunakan pendektanan kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimen one group pre-test post-test. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari penelitian berjumlah 10 siswa yang memiliki perilaku agresif tinggi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik parametrik, yaitu uji paired samples. Hasil uji paired samples juga diperkuat dengan selisih skor penurunan perilaku agresif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, ditemukan bahwa hipotesis diterima, yang menunjukan adanya penurunan perilaku agresif yang signifikan setelah penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik self management. Skor pre-test sampel masuk dalam kategori tinggi, tetapi setelah menerima teknik self management, skor post-test subjek menurun menjadi kategori rendah. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik self management efektif dalam menurunkan perilaku agresif pada siswa SMKN 22 Jakarta.

Abstract

Learning models that do not follow students' needs are one factor that causes low-quality education. Therefore, a teacher in the learning planning process must understand students' characteristics and initial abilities to adjust to their needs. The method used in this study is qualitative, using a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling (all students), which is 15 students. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation for four weeks in third grade at Gombang State Elementary School. The characteristics of third-grade students of Gombang State Elementary School include learning from concrete things, 2) hierarchical, 3) liking to group in doing activities, 4) doing/demonstrating something directly, 5) having mastered more than 3,500 words and in the semantic phase, 6) highly curious about something. The importance of identifying the characteristics of students is to optimize student needs so that learning programs in elementary schools will be effective because they are based on the characteristics and needs of students.

Abstract

Many studies have aimed to identify the factors influencing Innovative Work Behavior (IWB). However, there is still a lack of comprehensive research on these factors, particularly in the context of higher education. This research aims to identify the key factors affecting IWB within the higher education environment. Using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method, three relevant studies were selected and analyzed. This paper uses a literature review methodology, drawing from various sources. The findings suggest that five critical factors influence IWB in higher education: Innovation Culture, Collaborative Work Environment, Leadership Support, Resources and Facilities, and Student Engagement. These findings can help higher education institutions, academic researchers, and policymakers understand and promote innovative work behavior among faculty members. This study also contributes to bridging the research gap regarding IWB in higher education and offers insights for future research and interventions to enhance innovation among faculty members.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' understanding of implementing civic education and learning about the rights and obligations of grade IV elementary schools. This research is a type of R&D (Research and Development) development research using the 4D method; the subject of this study is the development of an evaluation instrument on the topic of rights and obligations for grade IV elementary school, which contains a grid of assessment instruments assisted by the Wordwall application with 20 questions in the form of 5 (five) double choice questions, short fills of 5 (five) items, 5 (five) points essay and match 5 (five) items. Three expert validators have tested this instrument of evaluation of rights and obligations to measure validity and reliability. From the results of the content validity test analysis, a value of 76 was obtained from the linguist validator, 96 from the material expert validator, and 88 from the media expert validator. After adding up the results of the three validators, they got a final score of 86.67, which is very high. The development of an evaluation instrument on rights and obligations for grade IV elementary school was declared very high and suitable for use.
