Abstract

Fluktuatifnya jumlah nasabah pada PT. BPR Araya Arta pada tahun 2018-2022 menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan pengelola pada bidang perbankan. Strategi pemasaran bank memiliki hubungan dengan kepuasaan nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui marketing mix apa sajakah memiliki pengaruh terhadap nasabahnya, sehingga nanti dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pada nasabahnya. Metode deskriptif kuatitatif digunakan pada riset ini, dengan sampel 100 respoden dari nasabah yang di analisa dengan SEM-PLS dengan Smartpls. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah Produk dan Harga tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kepuasaan nasabah, sedang Tempat dan Promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada Kepuasaan Nasabah PT. BPR Araya Arta. Kebijakan implementasi pada strategi marketing mix baik pada produk , harga, tempat, promosi dan proses pelayanan harus menjadi perhatian untuk yang selalu diperhatikan pada lembaga perbankan.

Abstract

Ada banyak faktor yang Mempengaruhi preferensi seseorang dalam memilih aplikasi e-commerce dan melakukan keputusan pembelian, Tmenganalisis pengaruh User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), dan promo Gratis.Ongkos kirim r terhadap keputusan pembelian.dengan.preferensi.penggunaan aplikasi sebagai variabel intervening. Fokus penelitian adalah pengguna e-commerce Tokopedia di wilayah.Yogyakarta. Peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah variabel preferensi penggunaan apliaksi e-commerce dapat memediasi variabel User interface, User.experience dan promo gratis ongkir terhadap keputusan pembelian ? Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif data dikumpulkan melalui survei online. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi 2 jalur untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel independen (UI, UX, dan promo Gratis Ongkir) terhadap variabel intervening (preferensi penggunaan aplikasi) lalu selanjutnya dengan variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian) Hasilnya variabel Preferensi tidak memediasi pengaruh antara variabel user interface terhadap keputusan pembelian, tetapi Variabel Preferensi penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce mampu memediasi antara Variabel user experience, promo gratis ongkir terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

The decline in work performance that occurred in this study was generally caused by a decrease in the enthusiasm of co-workers and the absence of examples to use as a reference for achieving work performance. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of transformational leadership, extrinsic motivation and career development on work performance. Research data collection method using questionnaires. The population is employees at PT Samitex Sewon total of 85 people using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using primary data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, equipped with t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that there is no influence of transformational leadership on work performance, extrinsic motivation and career development have a positive and significant influence on work performance and the variables of transformational leadership, extrinsic motivation and career development have positive and significant influence on work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to realize the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention and compensation as a mediating variable in Generation Z workers in Malang City. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The sample uses non probability sampling, namely saturated samples or census. The number of samples in this research are generation Z workers in Malang City as many as 100 workers. In the data collection process, the method used is a questionnaire. The data was tested using SmartPLS. The results of this research found that work-life balance has no effect on turnover intention, compensation has a positive effect on turnover intention, work-life balance has a positive effect on compensation, and compensation has no effect in mediating work-life balance turnover intention in Generation Z workers in Malang City. Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia kian meningkat dengan diiringi peningkatan jumlah investor dari tahun ke tahun. Kenaikan ini dipicu oleh potensi return yang menarik. Faktor-faktor seperti leverage, profitabilitas, dan kebijakan dividen secara teori dapat mempengaruhi return saham. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dampak variabel tersebut terhadap return saham perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Indeks LQ45 pada periode 2018-2022, dengan menggunakan nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling, terpilih 13 perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hanya profitabilitas yang signifikan memengaruhi return saham, sementara leverage, kebijakan dividen, dan nilai perusahaan tidak. sehingga disimpulkan bahwa nilai perusahaan belum mampu menjadi mediator dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman dan kompleksitas bisnis mendorong perusahaan untuk mengelola hubungan pelanggan dan meningkatkan daya saing melalui pemasaran digital sejalan dengan pengembangan bisnis syariah. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran pemasaran digital dalam bisnis syariah di era digital, dengan tujuan memahami dinamika pemasaran, fokus pada implementasi bisnis syariah, dan dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform seperti YouTube, Facebook, dan Instagram memiliki dampak besar dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan mencapai audiens luas. Implementasi bisnis syariah membawa nilai-nilai keadilan, transparansi, dan integritas dalam pemasaran, menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang patuh terhadap syariah. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa pemasaran digital efektif untuk pengembangan bisnis syariah jika diimplementasikan sesuai prinsip-prinsip Islam, dengan keberhasilan tergantung pada keselarasan inovasi digital, nilai bisnis syariah, dan kepatuhan terhadap etika Islam, yang membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis di era digital.

Abstract

Companies generally have long-term and long-term goals, the company's long-term goal is to maintain business continuity and increase company value. The purpose of this research is to find out how the components of intellectual capital such as VAHU, STVA and VACA influence firm value with profitability as a variable. intervening in technology and telecommunications sector companies listed on the BEI for the period 2020 – 2022. The research method uses quantitative and uses panel data analysis through the e-views 12 application. The results of this research state that VAHU, STVA, VACA and CSR have a simultaneous effect on profitability but have no effect on firm value, and profitability is able to mediate VAHU, STVA and CSR on Firm Value..

Abstract

Lava Tour is a visitor tour with a trip to a location related to the volcanic eruption in Sleman Yogyakarta. The aim of this research is to identify the phenomenon of disaster tourism on the Mount Merapi Lava Tour in Yogyakarta. This research collected data from 127 tourists on the Merapi Lava Tour. To determine the relationship between push motivation variables (emotional fulfillment, tourism information, and search for truth) and pull motivation variables (historical heritage, convenient location, and knowledge of tourist attractions) on satisfaction variables and intention to revisit variables, PLS-SEM was used. According to research findings, the positive relationship between satisfaction and intention to return has a dominant influence, based on the coefficient value of each predictor. This suggests that the main motivations for returning are emotional fulfillment, truth seeking, a comfortable atmosphere, and knowledge of tourist attractions, all of which make visitors feel satisfied.

Abstract

There is an imbalance of work and personal life for employees so they experience stress and pressure which makes their morale decrease and employees feel pressured to the assigned tasks. So this study aims to identify Transformational Leadership Style, Career Development, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Job Satisfaction at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto. This research uses quantitative techniques through a descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses total sampling, namely the sample members are taken as a whole. The type of data is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires involving 125 employees at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style, career development, and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto.

Abstract

Brand image represents consumers' belief in a particular brand, forming their associations and perceptions. The shift from traditional to modern society due to globalization driven by technological advances has changed lifestyles. This transformation highlights the impact of Starbucks in introducing a new coffee culture to Indonesian consumers. The research methodology used is sentiment analysis using the VADER approach and Twitter as the main data source. The goal is to gain a deeper understanding of public sentiment towards the starbucks brand image on twitter social media. The observation results of this research show that many people use twitter as a medium to express various kinds of perceptions or sentiments, be it positive, neutral, and negative reviews. The findings of the sentiment analysis revealed that most of the people's responses were still neutral, with no positive or negative tendencies. By understanding the relationship between brand image and sentiment analysis, companies can take strategic steps to strengthen their brand image and positively influence consumer sentiment.
