The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of product, price, location and advertising on consumer purchasing decisions using the Go Food app in 2022. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the model of reuse intention through customer satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic through cashback promotions and e-service quality. The study involved 190 users of the OVO application. Researchers used Partial Least Square (PLS) as a technique used to analyze measurements and structural models. The results of this library research are that: Cashback promotion and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and OVO electronic money users in Jakarta; Cashback promotions and e-service quality have a positive and significant impact on the reuse intention of OVO electronic money services in Jakarta; There is a positive and significant effect of customer satisfaction on the reuse intention of OVO electronic money services in Jakarta; Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect between cashback promotions and reuse intention of OVO electronic money services in Jakarta; Customer satisfaction can mediate the influence between e-service quality and reuse intention of OVO electronic money services in Jakarta.

Abstract

With the COVID-19 pandemic which has an impact on the economy of the community, the Government is trying to take action to help the economy of the community affected by the Covid-19 corona pandemic. One of them is by changing the mechanism for allocating village funds during a pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of participation and competence of village officials on the management of village funds through accountability for the handling of covid 19 in Tanggulrejo village, Tempuran district, Magelang regency. This type of research is quantitative research with survey method. The population and sample of this study were village officials with a total of 63 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and data processing with SPSS linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that: (1). Participation, village apparatus competence and accountability have a significant and positive effect on the management of village funds for handling COVID-19; (2). Participation has an effect on the management of village funds mediated by accountability with the Sobel test obtaining a t count of 0.357453 which is smaller than the t table at a significance of 0.05 (1.98). (3) There is no mediating the effect of competence on village fund management by accountability, this is shown from the Sobel test with a t count of .357453 which is smaller than the t table at a significance of 0.05 (1.98).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) Organizational Learning; (2) Work Motivation; (3) Job Satisfaction and (4) The Effect of Organizational Learning and Work Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Head Office of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. The research method used in this research is a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey, the unit of analysis in this study is the employees at the Head Office of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the organizational learning of employees at the PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Head Office was generally good and the work motivation of employees at the PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Head Office was generally good. Organizational Learning and Work Motivation have an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Head Office of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. Work motivation affects job satisfaction dominantly, so the Head Office of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya must maintain this condition so that job satisfaction for employees at the Head Office of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya remains consistent.

Abstract

Facilitated all economic and business activities globally in the 4.0 Industrial Revolution era. Moreover, buying and selling activities that are usually offered conventionally are now made digitally, which is called E-commerce. E-commerce began to develop in Indonesia in 1999 with a buying and selling platform, namely Kaskus. The public could not entirely accept the emergence of e-commerce due to various factors, such as the quality of the products offered. Until 2009, different e-commerce platforms in Indonesia began to develop, one of which was Shopee. To deal with the existing Competitive Advantages, Shopee uses several Competitive Strategies to analyze the advantages in the Marketing Performance, Cost Leadership, Alliance, and Innovation strategies.

Abstract

During the current covid-19 pandemic, MSME actors are objects that really feel the impact. Inevitably, MSME actors must rack their brains to make decisions quickly, accurately, and produce clear goals. Management as a science to be a guide for business actors provides knowledge about decision making and its stages. There is not only one type of decision making that can be used by MSME actors. The choice of this type of decision is important, because later it will be used as a guide whether it is appropriate to use a certain type of decision during the COVID-19 pandemic. Decisions taken by MSME actors must also be in accordance with the health protocols touted by the government. This article will explain in detail what MSMEs are, what decision-making is and the stages, what types of decisions can be chosen, the factors that influence decision-making. the relationship between MSMEs and decision making as well as an explanation of the step-by-step analysis of decision-making by MSME actors during this covid-19 pandemic. The advice given in writing this article is that MSME actors need to identify problems critically and make various efforts by making the right decisions. The need to innovate and view that the Covid-19 pandemic situation is not an obstacle but as a means of opportunity to do business that is beneficial to oneself and others.

Abstract

In a company, employees are one of the most important elements to achieve company goals. The performance of an employee is certainly influenced by several factors that a manager needs to know. Factors that affect the performance of an employee are motivation, compensation, and competence. Motivation is needed by an individual because basically humans need encouragement or encouragement in order to work better. The different competencies of each employee are also a factor in the good or bad performance of an employee. Competence in each employee must be improved in order to achieve company goals. Compensation also affects an employee's performance. Compensation can be in the form of money or other facilities. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia greatly affected economic activity and affected the planning that had been set by the previous government. Abstract

Tax is the biggest income in Indonesia, however taxpayers assume that tax is an additional expense for corporate so that taxpayers carry out tax aggressive behavior in order to reduce their tax expense. Purpose of this research is to test empirically the effect of CSR disclosure, leverage, and GCG disclosure towards tax aggressiveness moderated by earning management in mining industry registered in the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2014-2019. Method of sample selection used purposive sampling and obtained 14 corporates with observations total of 84. Panel data regression analysis applied in this study used the help of Eviews version 12. Based on the results of hypothesis test, it is stated that the corporate social responsibility disclosure, leverage and good corporate governance disclosure have no effect on tax aggressiveness. Likewise, after being moderated by earning management, the results show that earning management is not able to moderate the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility towards tax aggressiveness, while earning management is able to moderate the effect of leverage and good corporate governance disclosure towards tax aggressiveness.
