Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs in the food sector in Serang City. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 70 MSMEs. The sample was taken from the food sector MSME population in Serang City which had been running for at least 2 years. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results show that competence has a significant effect on MSMEs, innovation has a significant effect on MSMEs, and entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on MSME performance and competence, innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously have a significant effect on MSME performance.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effect of competence, training and supervision on assessor performance with motivation as an intervening variable at Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. This research is a quantitative study in which the object of the respondent is an assessor registered at Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. The number of samples used as many as 60 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the structural equation model (SEM) – Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study shows that (1) competence and supervision have a significant effect on motivation, (2) training has no effect on motivation, (3) motivation has a significant effect on assessor performance, (4) competence and supervision through motivation have an effect on assessor performance, (5) training through motivation has no effect on assessor performance.

Abstract

This research is performed in order to test the influence of the variable Third-party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operational Efficiency Ratio toward Credit Distribution at Banking in Indonesia. The data used in this research was obtained from the annual financial report data period 2015-2019. The sample used in this research is 10 General Bank of 43 General Bank at Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results show that the Third-party Funds, CAR, NPL, LDR, and Operational Efficiency Ratio against credit distribution. The results show that the partial of five variables that influence are variable Third-party Funds significantly, Capital Adequacy Ratio significantly, and Operational Efficiency Ratio significantly, While variable Non Performing Loan did not influence significantly, and Loan to Deposit Ratio did not influence significantly to credit distribution.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the determinants of online shopping decisions for goods from abroad after the enactment of Regulation of Finace Minister number 199 year of 2019 regarding customs, excise and tax provisions on imported shipments. Foreign goods purchased for more than USD 3 will be taxed so that the existence of this provision will result in the price of goods becoming more expensive. This research will identify factors that can shape shopping decisions by Indonesian consumers. The population in this study is market place consumers who have made transactions of imported goods or purchases through the marketplace. The number of samples used as many as 30 respondents based on the number of indicators with an error rate of 5%. The survey was conducted using an online questionnaire and processed using a data processing application. Based on the results of data analysis, this study resulted in 5 new factors, namely Product Quality, Physical Factors, Shopping Value, Service Quality, Platform, and Subjective Norms. The most dominant factor among these factors is product quality.

Abstract

The decrease in employee performance would derive in business results are being less than optimal is the beginning of a phenomenon which occurs in a company. This research has purpose to determine the impact of intrinsic motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction towards employee performance at Human Capital Services Group (PT Bank Mandiri). The data analysis through multiple linear regression analysis. This type of research is included in quantitative. The sample subjects in this research were 65 employees of Human Capital Services Group (PT Bank Mandiri). The results from this multiple linear regression analysis partially indicate if the intrinsic motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction had a significant impact on employee performance at Human Capital Services Group.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of leadership, training, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, causal approach and explanatory survey with sample size of 316 respondents. Analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that partially the leadership and training have positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, meanwhile work discipline has positive influence but not significant on toward job satisfaction. The result of first structural equation indicates that simultaneously leadership, training and work discipline have positive and significant influence on job satisfaction with a contribution (R-square value) of 70%. The most dominant variable that affects job satisfaction is leadership. The result of second structural equation either partially or simultaneously leadership, training, work discipline and job satisfaction have positive and significant influence on employee performance with a contribution (R-square value) of 83%. The most dominant variable that affects employee performance is job satisfaction. The result had also shown that job satisfaction is a partial mediating of leadership, training, and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This study is intended to prove the effect of compensation and workload on turnover intention at Save the Children Indonesia. To find out and analyze the effect of compensation, workload and turnover intention on the performance of Save the Children Indonesia. To prove and analyze the effect of compensation and workload on performance with turnover intention as a mediating variable at Save the Children Indonesia. The population in this study were all 303 employees of Save the Children Indonesia, the probability sampling method was used as a sample and the sampling technique used simple random sampling, the sample amounted to 91 employees at Save the Children. Indonesian children. The analysis data method SEM with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 program. The results of this study found that compensation has a significant negative effect on turnover intention at Save the Children Indonesia. Workload has a significant negative effect on turnover intention at Save the Children Indonesia. Compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Save the Children Indonesia. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Save the Children Indonesia. Turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on the performance of Save the Children Indonesia employees. Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by turnover intention at Save the Children Indonesia. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by turnover intention at Save the Children Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of leadership behavior, intrinsic motivation, organizational citizenship behavior on work engagement. The subjects of this research are the security employees of PT Bumi Daya Plaza, Jakarta. The purposive sampling technique is used for securities who have been working for two years and more. They are 100 security employees become respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach using questionnaire. Data are analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 21.0. for Windows. The results of this study indicate that both leadership behavior and organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly influence work engagement; meanwhile, intrinsic motivation does not significantly influence work engagement. It is suggested that to increase work engagement the top management should pay attention to improve the securities work methods, increase obedience to company rules and policies, and participate in company activities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of job insecurity and work stress on turnover intentions and their implications for job satisfaction in PT Ciptajaya Sejahtera Abadi. This study is a quantitative study with a total of 142 employees. Data collection uses primary and secondary data. Technical data analysis uses path analysis methods (Path Models) with the help of SmartPLS version 3.2.9. From the results of this study showed that job insecurity has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intentions. Job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work stress negatively and significantly affects turnover intentions. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction shows a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intentions.
