Abstract

IoT is developing in many sectors, especially in the industrial and household sectors. IoT is expected to be a new solution in daily activities, especially those closely related to objects or machines. The IoT concept itself is developing innovative technology into an object, with the aim of innovation that makes activities more effective and efficient. Examples of the application of IoT in the industrial and household sectors are 1) Automatic curtain covers, 2) automatic water faucets, 3) automatic folding umbrellas, and 4) and automatic parking scan sensors. This time, the research method is descriptive qualitative method, by obtaining data based on relevant previous research and developing according to the researcher's thinking. The results of this study are: 1) Supply Chain, related to the existence of IoT, where supply chain activities will be more effective and efficient, 2) Work Effectiveness, related to IoT, where every job will be easier to do with the help of existing technology in the form of IoT, 3) Individual Behaviour, related to IoT, where every job will be easier to do with the help of existing technology in the form of IoT.

Abstract

The development of the times requires all elements to develop, even more so within an organization. Currently, human activities in organizations are nothing more than Artificial Intelligence, which supports all organizational activities and makes work more efficient. With the existence of Artificial Intelligence, it is also expected to be able to increase Work Creativity because it can support the development of ideas for members of the organization. Then Artificial Intelligence will also increase the productivity of organizational members and Job Satisfaction. In this article, the researcher uses a descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher collects data from trusted sources and processes it into the SPSS application. The results of this study are: 1) Work Creativity related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, 2) Productivity related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, 3) Job Satisfaction related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of Job Insecurity, Work Stress and Role Conflict on Turnover Intention in employees. The object of this research is accounting employees who work at PT Optik. The study was conducted on 58 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The approach used in this study is the Variance Based Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results of this study showed that job insecurity variables have a significant positive effect on turnover intention, work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intentions, and conflicts. The role of a significant positive influence on turnover intention.

This article reviews the Determination of Work Productivity and Service Quality: Analysis of Education Level and Competence, A Study of Human Resource Management Literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this library research are that: 1) Education level has an effect on Work Productivity; 2) Competence affects Work Productivity; 3) Education level has an effect on Service Quality; 4) Competence affects Service Quality; and 5) Work Productivity has an effect on Service Quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Leadership and Work Motivation on Work Dicipline. This study uses explanatory quantitative research on 30 manufacturing company in DKI Jakarta with 80 respondents processed using the SEM-PLS approach. The results of the study indicate that Leadership directly influences Work Dicipline on manufacturing company in DKI Jakarta and Work Motivation directly influence Work Dicipline manufacturing company in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic made people have to avoid physical contact, this provides a promising opportunity in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, particularly in the financial industry and e-commerce business. The physical distancing policy pushed by the World Health Organization (WHO) has motivated people to engage in contactless activities, one of which is payment transaction. Government authorities in some countries are taking action to encourage non-contact payments as a precaution against the growing spread of the virus. People are worried that Covid-19 can be contracted through physical money, prompting them to shift to digital platforms (e-wallets). The background of this research is the phenomenon of the growing application of digital wallets as a payment medium that is currently a necessity for the community. Loyalty is a crucial aspect in the financial industry to continue to strive in competitive business climate. Many factors that affect customer loyalty, especially in financial services of digital wallet platform providers, such as trust, hedonic value, and customer satisfaction, are suspected of playing a role in the loyalty of digital wallet users. On the basis of the above phenomenon, the objective of this study is to analyze the role of satisfaction as a mediator for the impact of trust and hedonic value on the loyalty of digital wallet users. The population of this study is digital wallet users located in DKI Jakarta, with a sample number is 302 people. Data analysis methods use the Structural Equation Model (SEM).

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of participatory leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervention variable at PT Rahayu Perdana Trans. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire to 150 respondents which is then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis in this study is used to provide an overview of the characteristics of respondents and an overview of research variables, while quantitative analysis conducted by SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) will be used to test the hypothesis in this study. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be seen that participatory leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, participatory leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. employees, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, participatory leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and participatory leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The results of this literature review article are 1) Service Quality affects Human Resource Enterprise Information System User Satisfaction; 2) Information Quality affects Human Resource Enterprise Information System User Satisfaction, and 3) System Quality affects Human Resource Enterprise Information System User Satisfaction.
