Abstract

The development of strategic planning in the education system is important in realizing productive school performance, namely schools that have work processes that are consistent with planning elements, achieving optimal work according to its goals. Strategic planning is planning that focuses on achieving the school's vision, mission and goals. In an effort to optimize strategic planning, a management system is needed that is sensitive to needs, changes and challenges, and respects work risks, has a solid, creative, proactive work team, responds to problem solving creatively and innovatively, and has high dedication to achieving goals. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach and exploratory descriptive methods to reveal the required data phenomena, through interview, observation and documentation techniques, which were then analyzed data through phenomenological analysis. Based on the focus of the study in this research, a strategic model of the strategic planning development process was produced which includes 5 components that must be considered in school management, namely: (a) Strategy for achieving vision, mission and goals; (b) Strength of planning consistency; (c) Strengthening team collaboration; (4) Risk Management; and (5) the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluating the achievement of goals and the realization of productive schools.

Abstract

There are many problems that adolescents experience with mental health, but unfortunately these are foten not addressed by professionals. This is due to adolescents' lack of mental health literacy, fear of stigma, and feeling that professional help is not important. The prupose of this study is to examine the influence of mental health literacy, Coping srategies, and help-seeking behavior in adolescents. Several previous studies have examined that the relationship between mental health literacy with help-seeking behavior and Coping strategies with help-seeking behavior. The result explain that there is a relationship between mental health literacy with help-seeking behavior and Coping strategies with help seeking behavior. No research has been found that examines the role of mental health literacy and Coping strategies on help-seeking behavior in adolescents. This study used a quantitative method with a questionnaire for a data collection. The measuring instruments used were the Mental Health Knowledge Questionnaire (MHKQ) by Jung et al., (2016), the Coping Stress Scale developed by Akhtar and Helmi (2014), and the Help Seeking Behavior Scale created by Mackenzie, et al. (2004). All three measuring instruments have been adapted and pilot tested. The findings showed that mental health literacy and Coping strategies have a positive and significant effect on adolescent help-seeking behavior. Abstrak Banyaknya permasalahan yang dialami remaja terkait kesehatan mental, namun sayangnya hal ini sering tidak mendapatkan penanganan oleh professional. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya literasi kesehatan mental yang dimiliki remaja, kekhawatiran akan stigma dan perasaan bahwa bantuan professional tidak penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh literasi kesehatan mental, strategi Coping terhadap perilaku mencari bantuan pada remaja. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu telah mengkaji hubungan antara literasi kesehatan mental dengan perilaku mencari bantuan serta strategi Coping dengan perilaku mencari bantuan. Hasilnya menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara literasi kesehatan mental dengan perilaku mencari bantuan dan strategi Coping dengan perilaku mencari bantuan. Belum ditemukan penelitian yang mengkaji peran literasi kesehatan mental dan strategi Coping terhadap perilaku mencari bantuan pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner untuk pengambilan data. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Mental Health Knowledge Questionnaire (MHKQ) oleh Jung dkk. (2016), Coping Stress Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Akhtar dan Helmi (2014), dan Help Seeking Behavior Scale yang dibuat oleh Mackenzie, dkk. (2004). Ketiga alat ukur telah diadaptasi dan diuji coba. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi kesehatan mental dan strategi Coping berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku mencari bantuan pada remaja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation process and the cultivation of the value of gotong royong through collaborative learning type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) in the subject of Pancasila Education in junior high school. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Primary data sources were obtained through six student informants in class VIII, one key informant of Pancasila Education teacher. While secondary data were obtained through literature study and documentation. The data collection procedures carried out in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings in this study show that Pancasila Education teachers use Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type collaborative learning to instil the value of gotong royong to students. Then, when collaborative learning of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type takes place, learners in their groups show: Firstly, caring for group members who have difficulties. Second, learners are aware of their abilities. Third, learners are able to interact and discuss well. Fourth, group members are able to co-operate well. Fifth, responsibility for the division of tasks obtained from the learning group. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan dan penanaman nilai gotong royong melalui pembelajaran kolaboratif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data primer didapatkan melalui enam informan peserta didik kelas VIII, satu key informan guru Pendidikan Pancasila. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Pancasila menggunakan pembelajaran kolaboratif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) guna menanamkan nilai gotong royong kepada peserta didik. Kemudian, ketika pembelajaran kolaboratif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berlangsung, peserta didik di dalam kelompoknya menunjukkan: Pertama, peduli terhadap anggota kelompok yang mengalami kesulitan. Kedua, peserta didik sadar akan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Ketiga, peserta didik mampu berinteraksi dan berdiskusi dengan baik. Keempat, anggota kelompok mampu melakukan kerjasama dengan baik. Kelima, tanggung jawab terhadap pembagian tugas yang didapatkannya dari kelompok belajar.

Abstract

Moodboard material is a fundamental component of learning in fashion design and production skills. This research aims to evaluate the impact of using video media on learning activities and student outcomes in moodboard material. The study involved 21 students as both the population and sample. A mixed-method approach was utilized, with a One Group Pretest - Posttest research design. Data collection was conducted through observation and tests (both written and performance-based). Analysis was performed descriptively and statistically using the chi-square test. The findings indicate that the implementation of video media was highly effective in enhancing student activities. Attitude assessments revealed that students consistently demonstrated responsibility, cooperation, mutual respect, discipline, honesty, and self-confidence during the learning process. Overall, assessing student attitudes will show whether the use of videos in learning fashion design supports the research objectives, namely creating a learning process that is more effective, innovative and related to technological developments. The increase in student learning outcomes in this research can be seen in increased understanding, increased technical skills, and more creative and innovative mood board quality after using videos in the learning process of making moodboards. The chi-square value was 0.674 ≥ 0.05, leading to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and the rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho), indicating a significant improvement in student learning outcomes after the introduction of video media. Consequently, the use of video media resulted in better learning outcomes for moodboard material. The research concluded that the application of video media in moodboard lessons can enhance learning outcomes and creativity in both cognitive and psychomotor domains.   Abstrak Materi moodboard merupakan salah satu topik dalam pelajaran dasar-dasar keahlian desain dan produksi busana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran video terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi moodboard. Penelitian melibatkan 21 siswa sebagai populasi dan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest - Posttest. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes (tes tulis dan tes kinerja) dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta menggunakan uji statistik chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media video pembelajaran berhasil dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik. Penilaian sikap siswa menunjukkan bahwa mereka telah menerapkan sikap bertanggung jawab, bekerja sama, saling menghargai, disiplin, jujur, dan percaya diri dengan baik selama proses pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, menilai sikap siswa akan menunjukkan apakah penggunaan video dalam pembelajaran desain busana mendukung tujuan penelitian yaitu menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, inovatif dan berkaitan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada penelitian ini terlihat pada peningkatan pemahaman, peningkatan keterampilan teknis, dan kualitas moodboard yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif setelah  menggunakan video dalam proses pembelajaran pembuatan moodboard. Nilai chi square sebesar 0,674 ≥ 0,05 mengindikasikan bahwa hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak, sehingga terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya media video pembelajaran pada materi moodboard. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media video dalam pembelajaran moodboard dapat hasil belajar dan kreativitas siswa dalam ranah kognitif dan psikomotorik.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, especially in education. One of the technologies that has gained attention in education is Artificial Intelligence (AI). In education, AI has great potential to revolutionize teaching and learning methods. AI can support tasks that humans previously could only do, such as creating teaching materials and evaluating learning. SMA Negeri 1 Bodeh is one educational institution committed to improving education quality through technology integration. However, based on initial observations, it was found that teachers' skills in utilizing AI technology to support teaching tasks were still limited. Therefore, a “Workshop on Utilisation of Artificial Intelligence to Support Teachers' Tasks at SMA Negeri 1 Bodeh” was held. In this workshop, teachers were given training on how to use AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini to support teachers' tasks. This activity involved 28 teachers and used presentation, practicum, and discussion methods. The results of the workshop showed a significant improvement in teachers' skills in using AI, this can be seen from the results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test questionnaires, which showed an average increase of  12 teachers who previously stated that they could not, become able to use AI to support their duties as teachers, such as in creating teaching materials and exam questions. This increase shows that the workshop successfully achieved its goal of improving teachers' competence in utilizing AI to support their duties. The suggestion for the future is that the school is expected to provide support in the form of further training and support the use of AI on an ongoing basis.   Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan. Salah satu teknologi yang mendapatkan perhatian dalam dunia pendidikan adalah Artificial Intelligence (AI). Dalam konteks pendidikan, AI memiliki potensi besar untuk merevolusi metode pengajaran dan pembelajaran. AI mampu mendukung tugas-tugas yang sebelumnya hanya bisa dilakukan manusia, seperti pembuatan materi ajar dan evaluasi pembelajaran. SMA Negeri 1 Bodeh, merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan yang berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui integrasi teknologi. Namun, berdasarkan observasi awal, ditemukan bahwa keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI untuk mendukung tugas-tugas mengajar masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu diadakan “Workshop Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence untuk Mendukung Tugas Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Bodeh”, pada workshop ini para guru diberikan pelatihan untuk menggunakan platform AI seperti ChatGPT dan Google Gemini untuk mendukung tugas guru. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 28 guru dan menggunakan metode presentasi, praktikum, dan diskusi. Hasil workshop menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan guru menggunakan AI, hal ini terlihat dari hasil kuesioner Pre-Test dan Post-Test yang menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata sebanyak 12 guru yang sebelumnya menyatakan tidak bisa, menjadi bisa menggunakan AI untuk mendukung tugas mereka sebagai guru, seperti dalam membuat materi ajar dan soal ujian. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa workshop berhasil mencapai tujuannya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk mendukung tugas mereka. Saran untuk masa depan adalah pihak sekolah diharap dapat memberikan dukungan berupa pelatihan lanjutan dan mendukung penggunaan AI secara berkelanjutan.
