Abstract

Publisitas Politik bagi seorang pejabat publik memiliki peranan penting dan strategis dalam menjaga popularitas dan eksistensi di tengah masyarakat. Sebagai salahsatu bukti transparansi kinerja pejabat publik yang dipilih oleh rakyat Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil berupaya membagikan aktivitas kesehariannya kepada masyarakat, salahsatunya melalui media Instagram. Media inilah yang dioptimalkan oleh Ridwan Kamil sebagai sarana untuk menjaga popularitas dan eksistensi, terlebih lagi Ridwan Kamil digadang-gadang menjadi salahsatu Calon Presiden Potensial 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan publisitas politik yang dilakukan Ridwan Kamil dengan menggunakan Instagram sebagai medianya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Dari penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Ridwan Kamil secara umum banyak menggunakan Pure Publicity, walau terkadang memanfaatkan Free Ride Publicity, dan juga Tie in Publicity.

Abstract

Nurses are always faced with various demands and workloads so they need to have stable emotional intelligence in dealing with their daily work. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and competence on the performance of nurses. The study was conducted at three public hospitals in Banten Province including RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara, Banten General Hospital and Serang City Hospital used a quantitative approach, with a sample of 100 people. Based on the results of data analysis using SEM-PLS, emotional intelligence has the most dominant effect on nurse performance compared to competence. This study proves the importance of stable emotional intelligence to be able to support the achievement of maximum nurse performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how important the level of public health awareness is to purchasing healthy food decisions by paying attention to lifestyle, product quality and brand image. This research method uses the Sem PlS 3.0 method with primary data in 2022 in the Banten community using a cluster sample of 100 respondents. The research results obtained are that there is a significant relationship between lifestyle and purchasing decisions for Quaker oat products and there is no significant relationship between product quality brand image and lifestyle on purchasing decisions partially. And simultaneously there is no finding of lifestyle, product quality and brand on purchasing decisions. There is no simultaneous ability of the health awareness variable to moderate the relationship between lifestyle, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions

Abstract

PT. Unikitz Bersatu Group is: a private company that has just been established since 2016 having its address at Jalan Williem Iskandar Komp. MMTC Block K No. 3, Medan. The research population that will be used in the study are all employees who work at the company as many as 48 employees. In relation to the total population is: 48 employees, then the determination of the sample using saturated sampling. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of work spirit and training on employee turnover of PT. Unikitz United Group. While partially found the variable morale has a significant effect on employee turnover of PT. Unikitz United Group. Partially, it was found that the training variable had a significant effect on employee turnover at PT. Unikitz United Group. The results of this study indicate that the training variable has more influence than morale on employee turnover at PT. Unikitz United Group

Abstract

This research aims to find and produce an analysis of the influence of organizational culture and organizational communication on employee performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bogor. Respondents in this research were employees who work in the PT Pos Indonesia environment, especially in Bogor. The number of respondents sampled in this research were 67 people and based on the purposive sampling method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques or models. Based on the above method, the results of this research indicate that organizational culture and organizational communication have a significant partially and simultaneously effect on the employee performance of PT Pos Indonesia Bogor and the percentage shows that as much as 57% of employee performance can be explained by organizational culture and organizational communication.

Abstract

Work productivity essentially includes an attitude that always has the view that today's work methods must be better than yesterday's work methods and the work that can be achieved tomorrow must be more or of higher quality than the work achieved today. The job description does not discuss the problem of people or employees in the company, but issues regarding the scope of activities, basic functions, main tasks, job names, authorities, responsibilities, assessment criteria and also the results. Work facilities in principle focus on office or company work, namely helping to serve various activities or smooth work and also being a means of support in various company activities that are physical and can be used in normal company activities. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The research scale used is a Likert scale. Partially, it was found that the job description variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Samudra Pangan Lestari. Partially it was found that the facility variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Samudra Pangan Lestari. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variable job description and facilities on the work productivity of PT. Samudra Pangan Lestari.

Abstract

Work ethic is important as the totality of the employee's personality and the way employees express, perceive, believe and give meaning to something that encourages them to act in achieving optimal work results. Motivation is a set of forces that come from within and from outside a person who encourages him to work better and is willing to spend a higher level of effort to achieve the direction and goals that the company wants to achieve. Loyalty is the nature of an employee who is willing to participate in achieving company goals with all his abilities, skills, thoughts and time and keeps company secrets and does not take actions that harm the company as long as the employee is still active in the company. Regression analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample of 73 employees. The scale used is a Likert scale. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of motivation and work loyalty on the work ethic of employees of PT. United Rope. While partially found the motivation variable has a significant effect on the work ethic of employees of PT. United Rope. Partially, it was found that the work loyalty variable had a significant effect on the work ethic of the employees of PT. United Rope.

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance that has been studied so far is a formal compliance in terms of reporting the Annual SPT. Where the formal compliance is in the form of whether or not the taxpayer has reported the Annual SPT and whether the reporting of the Annual SPT is on time or late. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of data utilization on taxpayer compliance at the Payakumbuh Pratama Tax Service Office. In this study using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The researcher's data collection technique used interviews. From the results of the study, it was found that the strategy of utilizing taxation data on taxpayer compliance had not yet fully taken the right steps in increasing taxpayer compliance. In this study, it is hoped that it can be used as reference material to add to the literature and develop knowledge about taxpayer compliance. In addition, it can be an evaluation material for the Payakumbuh Primary Tax Service Office to constantly improve and improve the performance and quality of its employees

Abstract

Social media marketing activities tend to increase and become a trend in the business world. This study analyzes social media marketing activities, brand awareness, and image towards commitment to TikTok products Somethinc. Quantitative descriptive research design by including 305 respondents. Convenience sampling and questionnaires that passed the validity and reliability tests were used to collect the data. The study's findings revealed four variables that affect commitment and have a significant positive effect on some product TikTok accounts: social media marketing activities towards brand awareness (p = 0.000); social media marketing activities towards brand image (p= 0.000); social media marketing activities towards commitment (p= 0.000); and brand image to commitment (p= 0.024), but not brand awareness of commitment (p= 0.086). Hence, Somethinc, product managers need to increase brand awareness for product users.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on intention to use mobile banking (brimo), using attitude as an intervening variable, at Lubuk Basung Sub-Branch Office of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Explanatory research was used in this study, with an explanatory survey emphasizing quantitative approaches as the research method. The sample consists of 250 clients of Lubuk Basung Sub-Branch Office of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia who use Mobile Banking (BRIMO). Purposive sampling is the sample technique used. Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares was used to analyze the data (SEM-PLS). The results indicated that perceived usefulness had a significant effect on intention to use, perceived ease of use had a significant effect on intention to use, perceived of usefulness had a significant effect on attitudes of use, attitudes of use had a significant effect on intention to use, and perceived ease of use had a significant effect on intention in use through attitude. This research obtains significant findings for PT. BRI, namely that the banking sector enhances the features offered to customers to make them more comfortable when performing required banking transactions. Additionally, they enhance services through easily accessible mobile applications and personalize the appearance of banking features to meet the customer needs
