Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and prove the influence and contribution of personality on employee performance using the dimensions of neuroticism, extroversion, and conscientiousness. This research was conducted in April 2022 at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup and Kebersihan Kota Kupang. This research is classified as quantitative research. The research population was 172 employees whose sample was determined by simple random sampling using the probability sampling technique with the Slovin method at a probability of 5% so that the sample of respondents was as many as 120 employees. The types of data used are primary and secondary data obtained by questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the neuroticism variable had a negative and significant effect on employee performance because it had a t-count < t-table (-3.670 < 1.98027) on sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The extroversion variable positively and significantly affect employee performance because the t-count > t-table (3.781 > 1.98027) on sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and the conscientiousness variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the t-count > t-table (9.226 > 1.98027) on sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the variables neuroticism, extroversion, and conscientiousness have a positive and significant effect on employee performance because of the F-count > F-table (64.957 > 2.68) at sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable sequentially from the highest to the lowest, namely conscientiousness of 0.433 units, extroversion of 0.205 units, and neuroticism of -0.187 units. The managerial implication of the research shows that the implementation of the personality of the employees at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup and Kebersihan Kota Kupang affects employee performance positively and significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (i) Emotional intelligence at PT. Plastics Karawang Flexindo (ii) Employee performance at PT. Plastics Karawang Flexindo and (iii) the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. Plastic Karawang Flexindo. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The study used a survey method through a questionnaire. How to collect data by using a questionnaire and observation. The data collected is questionnaire data from 123 respondents of PT.Plastik Karawang employees and the techniques used in determining random samples or random samples, mixed samples. Testing technique The hypothesis of this research is how much influence the emotional influence on the performance of PT.Plastik Karawang Flexindo employees. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance, 41.2% the rest is influenced by other factors and outside the company's environment. The author suggests to the relevant parties, namely: (i) There is a strong and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance, the author suggests that apart from prioritizing intelligence, the company also needs to pay attention to emotional intelligence so that there is a balance in good performance. (ii) Companies need to improve performance by means of periodic evaluations with the aim of the company having an overview of employee performance that needs to be improved so that performance increases and (iii) It is hoped that similar research will be carried out to find out factors other than emotional intelligence that can affect performance so that it can be identified. how much contribution is given to employee performance.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are in the stage of the buyer decision-making process in which consumers actually buy. Some of the factors that influence consumer purchase decisions are brand image, product quality and price.There has been a decline in sales in March and in April that caused the decline in the number of customers who buy products Dunkin Donuts The decline is due to the emergence of new competitors that produce similar products so that some consumers switch to a competing product. This study aimed to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions in Dunkin Donuts Bekasi. This study used a sample of 100 respondents drawn through slovin method. The data analysis technique used is the multiple regression analysis previously tested with classical assumption. The results showed that simultaneous brand image, product quality and price significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. Partially brand image and product quality are significantly influence consumer purchase decisions and price variable is not significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Product quality and brand image has contributed greatly to the consumer purchasing decisions, then the parties should consider factors Dunkin Donuts product quality and brand image in company.

Abstract

To meet the needs of people's lives, today's service companies are becoming increasingly diverse. A service business is a business that works for the happiness of the customer. Service companies such as RM Mang Kabayan are well-known examples of service businesses. This study aims to determine and assess the impact of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. Participants in this study were customers of the RM Mang Kabayan Bintaro branch. This study uses quantitative approaches such as interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of a short survey using the Slovin method and a sample of 150 respondents. Multiple linear regression was used in this study. The findings reveal that service quality and price affect customer satisfaction with the RM Mang Kabayan Bintaro branch services. Each element has a beneficial and significant influence on customer satisfaction with the RM Mang Kabayan Bintaro branch service.

Abstract

Having loyal workers can provide many benefits for the company in addition to the low turnover of workers also gives the company an impetus to continue to grow. The study was conducted to test the influence of work loyalty through the variables of self-management practices and job satisfaction at the Telkomsel Orbit Office in Bandung City. A total of 134 questionnaires were distributed to selected respondents and used as a static analysis. The results of the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-management practices and job satisfaction had a sufficient influence on Worker Loyalty by 32.5%. The observation of the results of the questionnaire calculation shows that the variable of job satisfaction has a greater point than self-management practice.

Abstract

Employee performance improvement is based on the willingness to mobilize all elements of human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of role perception, human resource development, and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is causality with a quantitative approach. The study has a population of 109 employees of Ibn Sina University. The number of samples obtained by the slovin formula amounted to 85 respondents. The sampling method used is Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis approach used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is that there is a positive influence of role perception, human resource development, and compensation partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This study provides findings that there is an empirical model development on employee performance that is influenced by role perceptions, human resource development, and compensation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study will be to examine the role of entrepreneurship education in increasing entrepreneurial motivation. The results of this study are expected to be input for the development of entrepreneurship education in schools and universities in order to encourage the birth of intellectuals who choose a career as an entrepreneur (entrepreneur). In the end, with the increasing number of school graduates and undergraduates who choose to become entrepreneurs, the problem of limited employment opportunities can be resolved, so that it is hoped that economic development in Indonesia will continue to increase and advance. The method used in this study is to use a literature review. The results of this study are (1) entrepreneurship education is a process or activity carried out in order to internalize the entrepreneurial mentality, transmit entrepreneurial knowledge and skills to students through formal educational institutions (schools and universities) and non-formal institutions (training institutions) in an effort to take advantage of business opportunities. (2) entrepreneurial motivation is the driving force that makes someone do a new business as a long-term career. The driving force can come from within, such as intentions and desires, or from outside, such as advice, suggestions and input. (3) entrepreneurship education plays a very important role in increasing entrepreneurial motivation.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Information Technology, Employee Empowerment, and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Riau Islands Regional Office. The sampling technique used by the researcher is the Simple Random Sampling Technique using the formula from Slovin. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that was given directly to the respondents. Abstract

The problem raised in this study is how the procedure of reba ritual in the Bhajawa ethnic farming community, Jawa Meze Village, Bajawa District, Ngada Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the reba ritual in the Bhajawa ethnic farming community, Jawa Meze Village, Bajawa District, Ngada Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are as follows: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the form of reba ritual management has been patterned in the Bhajawa ethnic tradition which is a total unity, implemented in a tradition that is oriented to the past and has a great influence. The procedures for the reba ritual are as follows: Wasi Loka Lanu (cleaning the offerings), Bui Loka (giving dishes) accompanied by a request to the ancestors and the Supreme Wujut, Kobe Dheke (opening night of the reba) starting with the slaughter of the sacrificial animal accompanied by a request to the ancestors and the highest Wujut and lowering the bhoka and su'a from the storage area, (the storage area above the body eye), Kobhe Dhoy (closing night). Kobe Dhoy began with the slaughter of the sacrificial animal accompanied by a request to the ancestors and the Supreme Wujut. This opportunity is usually used to evaluate and plan ana woe (tribal) activities for a year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to build a comprehensive model of customer satisfaction. This research is an exploratory research through literature review. The analysis of the existing literature leads to the formulation of eight (8) research hypotheses. The findings of this study indicate that customer satisfaction is determined by product quality, service quality, perceived price fairness, promotion, distribution, brand image, attitudes, and customer experience. This research integrates in one conceptual model various variables that affect customer satisfaction which were previously studied separately. The influence and interaction of all the variables studied can explain what variables determine customer satisfaction. The results of the research in the form of a new comprehensive conceptual model can also be used as a consideration for retail businesses in increasing customer satisfaction.
