Abstract

The change in tourism industry players and consumers moving towards digital is one of the phenomena that emerged in the tourism era 4.0. The Covid-19 pandemic has triggered an adjustment of business processes to this era. Reflecting on this, the tourist village of Mas Ubud Bali must adapt to tourism in the 4.0 era, adapting the capabilities of its human resources. From this review, the purpose of this study is to describe the development of human resources in the tourist village of Mas Ubud Bali in the face of the tourism era 4.0. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the study conclude that the human resources of the tourist village of Mas Ubud Bali are ready to face the tourism era 4.0, because the human resources already have theoretical abilities, technical abilities, digital abilities, and personal abilities. However, of the four capabilities, there needs to be an increase in digital skills and personal abilities, because both are still not optimal. This research is expected to be a recommendation material for tourism village managers in compiling a relevant HR development model to be applied in the tourism 4.0 era.

Abstract

In a company, human resources are an important factor for the progress oflthe company, it can be said that a company will progress if it has skilled human resources in its field. This researcher has a novelty, namely the existence of additional variables studied. This type oflresearch is quantitative with a sample of 60 and the method nused to analyze is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the Smart-PLS version 3.0 application. The test used is the Outer Model Test, Inner Model Test, Mediation Test, and Hypothesis Testing. based on the results of the Validity test, shows that the Loading Factor value > 0.7 and the AVE value > 0.5 are declared valid, in the reliability test the Composite Reliability and Cronbach's Alpha values > 0.7 are said to be reliable. It can be concluded that the Compensation Variable (X1) and Work Environment (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). while motivation (X2) has no significant positive effect on job satisfaction (Y). From the Compensation Variable Mediation test (X1) on Job Satisfaction (Y) Mediated by Employee Performance (Z), it is said to be partial mediation. Motivation Variable (X2) Against Job Satisfaction (Y) Mediated Employee Performance (Z) is said to be Non- mediation. Work Environment Variable (X3) on Job Satisfaction (Y) Mediated by Employee Performance (Z) is said to be partial mediation.

Abstract

This research in Indonesian, especialy in Tegal because Investment growth in Tegal is very high, this can be seen by the number of foreign companies, hotels, malls, fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal. The rise of fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal is due to the high level of public consumption. In 2021, it was recorded at https://jateng.bps.go.id as many as 135 fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal. The product served are varied, ranging from authentic Indonesian culinary dishes to foreign dishes. This study analyzes the factors that are able to build consumer purchasing decisions in consuming food at fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal, namely the impression of quality, brand awareness, and brand loyalty. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. The data used in this study is primary data, which was obtained by conducting surveys and distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely visitors to fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal. The data obtained will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used to process the data is SPSS 22. The results of the simultaneous test (Test F) from this study is the value of sig 0.00 < 0.05 which means the hypothesis is "proven or accepted", this proves that Perceived Quality, Brand Awareness, and Brand Loyalty have an effect on building Consumer Purchasing Decisions in Fast Food Restaurants and cafes in Tegal.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was specifically to obtain the results of the analysis of the effect of the variable handling of public complaints, the effectiveness of service time, and service quality on community satisfaction partially or simultaneously. The research method uses descriptive and verification surveys, and field data collection uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation techniques. This research is associative research, where in this study there are variables that are related and can influence other variables. The population of this study was 2,103 people who visited and took care of population administration and civil registration documents at the Kupang City Population and Civil Registration Office. Based on the population, the sample was determined by purposive sampling using a probability of 10% from the Slovin respondent determination technique so that the sample of research respondents became 96 people. Processing data using SPSS 25 analysis tools. Testing data using t-test, that the handling of public complaints has an effect on community satisfaction with t-count 15.319 > t-table 1.98552, there is an effect of service time effectiveness on community satisfaction, with t-count 21.180 > t-table 1.98552, quality service affects the community satisfaction with t-count 2.159 > t-table 1.98552 and the handling of public complaints, the effectiveness of service time and service quality affect community satisfaction with F-count > F-table or 149.667 > 2.47. The common thread of research is that the handling of public complaints, the effectiveness of service time, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Office of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Kupang, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The development of computer technology and the internet has had a major impact on people's lives. One of them is in buying and selling transactions. Buying and selling transactions are no longer limited by region and time, with the internet the scope of buying and selling can be wider. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the education level of housewives in Deli Serdang Regency in conducting transactions using online stores. The variable level of education is the dependent variable, while the selection of product types, brands, and reasons for using online stores is the independent variable. With this research, it is hoped that the relationship between the education level of housewives and the habit of using online stores can be found.

Abstract

The multidimensional crisis hit Indonesia as a result of the prolonged outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic virus since 202.1 which has not ended until now. The negative impact will paralyze the business world, destabilize the foundations of the welfare of the wider community, the world of work is getting narrower, while people who need work continue to increase, unemployment continues to increase. The phenomenon of these problems, as the right solution is to develop an entrepreneurial spirit. This research aims to analyze the variables that affect the success of entrepreneurship. Some of the variables that are thought to be able to influence it are; Characteristics of Entrepreneurship, Competitive Advantage and Emotional Intelligence as Moderating Variables. The population in this study is MSME Processed Food and Grocery in Semarang City. The sample in this study used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, obtained a sample of 304 (10 x 30) + 4. The variables consisted of four variables; Characteristics of Entrepreneurship, Competitive Advantage (As Independent Variables), and Emotional Intelligence (As Moderating Variables), while Entrepreneurial Success (As Dependent Variables). The method of data analysis was done by testing the hypothesis (t-test), and testing the moderating variable using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis).

Abstract

Intellectual Intelligence is able to work to measure speed, measure new things, store and recall objective information and play an active role in calculating numbers and others. Soft Skills are abilities beyond technical and academic abilities, which prioritize intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. Recruitment is a process that begins with a desire to fill available job vacancies until the applicant submits his application file. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method to determine the relationship of each independent variable to the dependent variable. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples. The research scale used is a Likert scale. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that partially, each variable of intellectual intelligence and soft skills has a significant effect on work conflict at PT. Sequis Life Medan. Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that simultaneously, soft skills have a significant effect on agent recruitment at PT. Sequis Life Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the collection of SPT PPN and SPT PPh 21 in the company is in accordance with tax regulations and also to review the tax equalization technique tools to minimize the issuance of letters requesting explanations and information (SP2DK) and Tax Bills (STP) from the tax office. . The results of the study found that the collection of SPT PPN and SPT PPh21 was in accordance with applicable tax regulations. For VAT deposits because the collection is made to the treasurer and the VAT is deposited by the government treasurer in accordance with PMK 231/PMK.03/2019. The collection and withholding of PPh21 carried out by PT.ABC was in accordance with the PPh Law Number 36 of 2008. It was found that there were still delays in reporting VAT payments and reports during the period of February 2019, September-November 2020 and July-August 2021. Deposits and reporting of PPh21 PT.ABC found that there were still delays in depositing in January-June 2019, January-March 2020 and February 2020 and late reporting in January-May 2019, December 2020 and no delays in 2021. From the results of the equalization there was a difference in income in in the VAT SPT with income in the 2019-2021 corporate annual income tax return due to lack of supervision from the company and system errors from e-invoicing. However, there is no difference between the cost of salaries in the SPT PPh21 and the cost of salaries in the corporate income tax return for the 2019-2021 period.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was specifically to obtain the results of the analysis of the effect of commitment, compensation and work ethic partially or simultaneously. The research method uses descriptive and verification surveys, and field data collection uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation techniques. This research is associative research, where in this study there are variables that are related and can influence other variables. The research population was 129 employees who were determined by saturated samples for the determination of respondents so that the entire population became the research sample. Processing data using SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the variables of commitment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on performance, while work ethic has no and no significant effect on performance. The results of this study indicate that the three variables consisting of commitment, compensation, and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on performance. Thus, these three variables can be used as strategies or predictors for improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia. The data used in this study were primary data that obtained through questionnaires to employees of PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia. The population in this study was 98 employees at PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia. Determination of samples using population studies. data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it can be stated that compensation affects the performance of employees at PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia or H1 accepted. Motivation affects the performance of employees at PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia or H2 received. Work discipline affects the performance of employees at PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia or H3.
