Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence given by intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence in increasing the business success of MSMEs at the Citraland Bagya City Medan Complex. The research method that will be used is descriptive quantitative, while the data collection method used is a questionnaire which will then be measured with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial testing, simultaneous testing and testing the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously the variables of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on the success of the UMKM business in the Citraland Bagya City Medan complex.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the business success of the Cemara Asri Medan food entrepreneur, to determine the effect of self-motivation on the business success of the Cemara Asri Medan food entrepreneur, and to determine the effect of self-efficacy and self-motivation on the success of the Cemara complex food entrepreneur business. Abstract

The beaches in Teluk Gosong Village, with their beauty and nature, are very exotic, but unfortunately, these tourist objects still need to be managed and developed optimally. Based on this, the coastal tourism object of Teluk Gosong Village needs special attention for improvement and development. This study aims to determine the strategy for developing beach tourism objects in Teluk Gosong Village. The field research method was carried out by visiting each beach tourism object in the study area. The data collected is in the form of primary data and secondary data. The questionnaire was used as an interview aid. The collected data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The strategy for developing coastal tourism objects in Teluk Gosong Village, which was put forward from the results of the study, were: (1) involving the district and provincial governments in the development and management of coastal tourism objects in Teluk Gosong Village (2) increasing community capacity through training for community managers (3) conducting promotions through online media facilities (4) construction of facilities and infrastructure, (5) cooperating with travel agents (travel agents), (6) building tourism awareness groups for the managing community (7) building playgrounds, (8) displaying various attractions including cultural and serving local cuisine, (9) disaster mitigation and (10) preserving and preserving the environment. This development strategy can be applied to the development of coastal tourism objects in Teluk Gosong Village, Pulau Laut Timur District, Kotabaru Regency, with the hope that along with the development of these tourism objects, the economy and welfare of the local community will also develop and increase

Abstract

Based on the Central Bureau of Statistics for the Province of Bali in 2020, the number of restaurants is 2,864 restaurants and the Denpasar area has reached 582 restaurants. Each restaurant has a different sales strategy and tries to get as much revenue as possible. From the above data it can be seen that the competition for restaurants/eateries/angkringan in the Denpasar area is very tight, especially in terms of product innovation (menu), food and beverage quality and service quality offered to customers. In an effort to increase customer satisfaction according to needs and desires, it is necessary to prioritize food and beverage quality, service quality in addition, as an effort to increase repurchase. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis and Coefficient of Determination analysis, using the SPSS for Windows version 2.0 program. with the stepwise method. The results of this study are that partially Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Angkringan/Nge-Warung in Denpasar and Menu Arak has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Angkringan/Nge-Warung in Denpasar.

Abstract

This research is to find out the optimization of Filter Coffee development through improving the quality of human resources in the digital era. Human resources as the main driver in a business, the role of human resources in business development needs to be improved, especially through improving the quality of human resources. Filter Coffee has limited human resources both in terms of quality and quantity therefore it is necessary to optimize business through improving the quality of human resources in order to improve business welfare. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research that is describing facts and phenomena according to the data in the field. Collecting data through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. By using data analysis techniques; (1) Data reduction, (2) Data presentation, (3) Conclusion/verification. There are five optimization of Filter Coffee in improving the quality of human resources, namely through increasing knowledge, skills, education, understanding of the field, ability and enthusiasm for work. The role of filter coffee human resources in the digital era has been enhanced through human resource development programs involving various business partners/coffee communities in the hope that Filter Coffee can compete in the global era.

Abstract

The implementation of this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work competence and work spirit on the teaching performance of teachers at the Maitreyawira Deli Serdang school. The total population used is 117 teachers and the sampling uses a saturated sample where all teachers will be used as research samples. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously work competence and work spirit had a significant influence on teacher teaching performance.

Abstract

Evaluation of the training program is one of the important stages in the implementation of the training program. Evaluation of the training program is carried out with the aim of assessing the level of success or effective and efficiency of all aspects in the training program. Evaluation of the training program at the BPSDM of DKI Jakarta Provincial was carried out using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model at the reaction level. In the evaluation of the training program at BPSDM of DKI Jakarta, it was found that there were still problems in the program evaluation that was not optimal. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with data collection using interview techniques. The data is analyzed using a fishbone diagram, so can get the root of the problem. Based on the results, there are no SOP related to the evaluation, the evaluation system hasn't been updated, lack of awareness of organizers, evaluators and participants. To optimize the evaluation of training programs at BPSDM DKI Jakarta, it can be done: 1) Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Program Evaluation; 2) Develop an evaluation system; 3) Provide guidance for participants in the palatia program; 4) Provide training for organizers and evaluators.

Abstract

UMKM Berkah Berjaya is a Home Industry for making raw meatballs. With a tool that is still simple, but can continue to operate even though the Covid-19 Pandemic hits. The price is quite affordable and the taste that is not inferior to branded packaging products is supported by cleanliness during the manufacturing process making this business even more successful. This research wanted to see how much influence price and product quality have on customer satisfaction. The results of the research that the author conducted using SPSS 20 obtained results from 40 respondents in the form of fixed customers, that price affects customer satisfaction. Product quality also affects customer satisfaction. Simultaneously also the price and quality of the product affect customer satisfaction.
