Abstract

This study was aims to exatly determine the meaning and the role of human resource management in corporation aor in a organization. We used the method of qualitative approach with the way of literature review (library research) and basicly empirical research too. As we knew , that from the discussion it can be concluded that human resource management is the tactical point with the meaningfull role and talk managing human resources effectively. So the all the resources that available in the corporation or organization, all of us knew that human resources are very very important and also very very decisive. As you knew, the all of a potential possessed by human resources greatly influences the organization's efforts to achieve its goals.

Abstract

This research use to find out the mediating role of destination image on the effect of the electronic world of mouth and destination attractiveness on tourists' revisit intention to Goa Cemara Beach in Bantul Regency after the Covid-19 pandemic. The phenomenon of a decreasing the number of visitors that occurred at Goa Cemara Beach in Bantul Regency illustrates the low intention of visiting. The research problem is formulated whether electronic word of mouth affects the revisit intention, destination attractiveness affects the revisit intention, destination image affects the revisit Intention, electronic word of mouth affects the revisit Intention with the destination image as a mediating variable, and the destination attractiveness affect the revisit Intention with the destination image as a mediating variable. Questionnaire with 200 tourists in Goa Cemara Beach. Hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS. Electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention mediated by the destination image variable, and destination attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on revisit Intention mediated by the destination image variable. The mediation's effect is partial mediation. The destination image has been proven to have an important role in increasing tourists' revisit intention to the Goa Cemara Beach in Bantul Regency. It is proven that the electronic world of mouth and destination attractiveness affect tourists' revisit intention by mediating the destination image.

Abstract

Some problems must be corrected, namely a decrease in employee performance caused by employees not getting motivated, the level of employee trust decreases, and the low level of commitment possessed by employees. This research examines and analyzes the effect of extrinsic motivation, interpersonal trust, and organizational commitment on employee performance. Quantitative studies are used to get practical answers. The object of this research was the Serpong Regional Income Management employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Banten Province, with 64 respondents who had been used. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS Version 4.0 software. The results of this study state that 1). Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Interpersonal trust positively and significantly affects employee performance. 3). Organizational commitment positively and significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the Penta-Helix Collaboration in the commodification of Balinese traditional dance as a Post-Covid-19 Pandemic Tourist Attraction in Gianyar. Apart from having cultural arts appeal, the hospitality of the residents also supports the uniqueness of Balinese cultural tourism. Cultural arts and living habits of the Balinese people are the essence of cultural tourism. Along with the development of tourism in Bali, traditional Balinese dance has experienced commodification. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, so that all understanding, explanations and findings will be described in the form of descriptions of sentences as a result of argumentative critical interpretation based on research data. The commodification of Barong Performing Arts in several areas in Bali, especially Batubulan Village, Gianyar, is understood, explained.

Abstract

It is undeniable that the consequences of the pandemic that has hit the whole world, including Indonesia, have had an extraordinary impact, especially on the wheels of the economy. Both large-scale companies are affected, in small and medium-sized companies. Life must be constant and entrepreneurs must still be able to run the economy. Mental surrender must stop the effort. However, with a different mindset, this pandemic can be used as a business opportunity. The respondents of this study were students at Widyatama University. The purpose of this research is to find out the mindset of business actors after the impact of Covid-19, using a descriptive analysis method to verify the research shows that the entrepreneurial mindset influences the intention to do entrepreneurship, besides that creativity is also found to have an influence on the intention to do entrepreneurship. With a change in mindset, the perpetrators began to increase their sales. Along with the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a little enthusiasm for entrepreneurs to return to running it so that students who have businesses return to running their businesses accompanied by the start of face-to-face lectures so that they are more enthusiastic about running their businesses again.

Abstract

The existence of a tourist village should provide benefits that have economic value that can be directly felt by the people in the Pinge tourism village. This study discusses how SPA activitiesas part of how to care for health and beauty, it offers products in the form of products from the inside and outside, seen from the type of use. And the business potential of the ethno wellness spa must receive attention. The method that will be used in this research is to look for potential and opportunities to develop SPA ethno wellness products by collecting relevant information through a survey of villagers. Then by using qualitative methods, survey results through interviews, distributing questionnaires and research matters will directly discuss the topic of business development strategy for ethno spa products as one of the tourism products of the Pinge tourism village.Selection of respondents in this study will use purposive sampling. In collecting data, the research team will use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations will be carried out to identify potential, available materials, marketing strategies that can be developed in the Pinge tourism village. Interviews will be carried out together with villagers, pokdarwis and village officials. Documentation will be used to collect documents and archives related to local wisdom content around the Pinge tourism village. The results of data collection will be analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the data analysis will be recipes for ethno wellness spa products based on local wisdom.

Abstract

The Effect of Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Economic Development in Deli Tua District, Deliserdang Regency (By: Netarius Ndruru) (Supervisors: Dr. Mananda Situmorang, Drs., M.Si and Nurul Dalimunte, S.Sos., M. Si). This study aims to determine how much influence the empowerment of MSMEs has on economic development in Deli Tua District and to determine the extent to which MSME empowerment is carried out in supporting economic development in Deli Tua District. The research method used in this thesis is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques include primary data collection, namely the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Then with secondary data collection techniques, namely the library and field studies. To determine the effect of empowering micro, small and medium enterprises on economic development in Deli Tua District, the author uses the product moment correlation coefficient formula. Meanwhile, to test the significant level between the independent variable and the dependent variable, in this case the author uses the t test formula. The results showed that the effect of empowering micro, small and medium enterprises on economic development in Deli Tua District had a strong effect, with a value of r_xy = 0.687. Meanwhile, from the results of the significant level test, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the empowerment of micro, small and medium enterprises on economic development, with a value of t = 7.389.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of electronic word of mouth, experiential marketing, and brand ambassador variables on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia application in the West Cikarang region. This sampling technique uses the Lemeshow formula and obtained as many as 300 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively by using measuring instruments in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis tests, and hypothesis testing. The test was conducted to determine the effective and relative contribution by using the SPSS version 21 application program for windows. The results of partial statistical analysis show that electronic word of mouth, experiential marketing, and brand ambassadors have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia application. The results of statistical analysis simultaneously show that electronic word of mouth, experiential marketing, and brand ambassadors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia application simultaneously. The results of the R Square value of electronic word of mouth showed a value of 48.4%, experiential marketing showed a value of 67.0%, and brand ambassadors showed a value of 66.0% which means that there is an influence on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia application in the West Cikarang region.

Abstract

This paper is a concept of business and information technology (IT) training in facing the progress of transformation of communication for college students in Management Computer Informatics (MCI) Royal Kisaran, Asahan Regency. Through this program, it is expected that they knew the importance of business in legal concept based on the improvement of IT. The method used is experiential learning method and the concept of literature study about business and IT. The delivery in the form of lectures, group discussions, games so that people can participate actively through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD). In the training presented the material: Concept of information technology (IT) training in facing the progress of transformation of communication. After the FGD are conducted, it is found that the participants are quite responsive and enthusiastic in following the training materials, as evidenced, there are many questions asked by the participants. By improving their knowledge and IT are quite good then they are going to improve the real fact through academic assistance with the motivation

Abstract

This study is a research conducted to determine the effect of financial literacy and quality of accounting information on investment interest mediated by cryptocurrencies in Accounting Study Program students, FEB UMSU. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data sources obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study is using the slovin technique, with the number of objects being 100 respondents. The analysis carried out in this study includes path analysis using the PLS application. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that Financial Literacy has an effect on Cryptocurrency in Accounting Study Program students FEB UMSU, Quality of Accounting Information affects Cryptocurrency in Accounting Study Program students FEB UMSU, Financial Literacy affects Investment Interest in Accounting Study Program students FEB UMSU, Quality of Accounting Information affects Interest Investment in Accounting Study Program FEB UMSU Students, Cryptocurrency does not intervene in the influence of Financial Literacy on Investment Interest in Accounting Study Program students FEB UMSU and Cryptocurrency intervenes in the influence of Accounting Information Quality on Investment Interest in Accounting Study Program students FEB UMSU.
