Abstract

The background of this research is to explore more deeply environmentally friendly motorcycle products with the Hybrid type, seek information about how the public as consumers understand environmentally friendly motorized vehicle products, find out how their perception of the price of environmentally friendly products is, and find out how the government has given efforts to encourage the public in the purchase and use of environmentally friendly motorcycles. Of course, before entering the stage of a battery-based or 100% electric vehicle, you should first step into the hybrid vehicle phase while preparing for the use of an electric motor in its entirety or a pure manner. The data analysis methodology used by the researchers is a qualitative method using the SPSS Version 22 program involving 100 respondents. Sampling was carried out by researchers using the Accidental Sampling technique. The results showed that the Green Product Knowledge variable significantly affected the Green Purchase Intention variable. In contrast, the Perceived Price variable had no significant effect on the Green Purchase Intention variable. Then, the Government Policy variable also significantly affects the Green Purchase Intention variable. Finally, the Green Product Knowledge, Perceived Price, and Government Policy variables were found to have a simultaneous effect on the Green Purchase Intention variable.

Abstract

This study was conducted to answer the problem of marketing the forest business from a nature protection perspective following the government's commitment. Various efforts were made to promote tourism but maintain environmental balance, especially forest tourism—protection of nature and marketing of businesses and forests in various regions. Our search was done electronically, and we discussed efforts to find understanding under the phenomenological approach, where we want to answer a well-known problem from all the available data. After the discussion that was then, we could be concluded, among other things, that the marketing of eco-based tourism business is a commitment of all countries where on the one hand, the country wants to earn income to advance the country, on the other hand, it must also consider the protection of nature following the weakness of the command where forest It must be profitable as well as sustainable for the next generation. Thus, these findings should get meaningful input.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the development of the national economy and employment with a proportion of 99.99% of all business actors in Indonesia. In today's digital era, MSMEs are required to be able to take advantage of economic opportunities and increase competitiveness. The writing of this article was conducted to determine the level of development of MSMEs, the development of the SDGs program, and the influence of the role of MSMEs in encouraging the SDGs in Blitar City. The approach used is the concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) specifically for the City of Blitar. The sample used was 80 respondents randomly / random sampling from the population of MSME actors in the city of Blitar without any age, education, occupation and other specifications due to the limitations of the researcher. The results of the t-test analysis showed that the role of MSMEs in encouraging SDGs in Blitar City obtained results which can be stated that the role of MSMEs variable has a t value of 0.025 < 1.6643, which means partially the role of MSMEs has no significant effect in encouraging SDGs in Blitar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of on job training and off job training methods on increasing employee competence in an oleochemical company. The research design used in this study uses a quantitative associative method. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out in the first hypothesis (H1), which states that the on job training method has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee competence, the t-count value is 10,054 greater than the t-table value, which is 1,692, testing the second hypothesis (H2) which states that the off job training method has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee competence, the t value is 10,085 greater than the t table value, which is 1,692, which means that the on job training method and the off job training method has a positive effect and significantly to the increase in employee competence, while the R-square value obtained was 0.805 which stated that the on job training method variables and off job training methods affected increasing employee competency by 80.50% and the remaining 19.50% was influenced by the another variable.

Abstract

Appropriate human resources are very important requirement to create a competitive advantage for a company. The success or failure of company cannot be separated from organizational commitment. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique. The hypothesis analysis method used is multiple. Linear regression to prove the hypothesis that this research has met the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and then processed to get the regression equatoin. The results of the t-test research show that the t-count value is greater than t-table (8,173 > 1,692) with a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.000. Therefore, Ha is accepted, meaning that the work motivation variable partially has a significant effect on the organizational commitment variable. The job satisfaction variable obtained the result of the t-test with a t-count value greater than t-table (3,387 > 1,692) with a significant value below 0.05, that is 0.001, therefore it is accepted, meaning that the job satisfaction variable partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment and it can be said that motivation work and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The implementation of the Cash Management System is considered more practical, efficient, easy, and can even create transparent, accountable, effective and efficient financial management. The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement the Cash Management System through the use of BNI Virtual Account Debit and Mandiri Corporate Spending Cards in supporting financial management within Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Methods of data collection by conducting literature studies, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research are institutional financial managers as product users and banks as product makers. The results of the study show that the Cash Management System is very effective as a financial management tool at the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, but it is still necessary to update and improve technical constraints for product improvement in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital measured by VAIC on company performance measured with ROA, ROE and MBV. As many as 19 non-financial companies with 183 observations for the period of 2010-2020 (unbalanced panel) was used for panel data regression model. fixed effect model with robust is the most suitable model for ROA and ROE panel data regression. For MBV random effect model is considered appropriate in this research. According to the results only human capital is the most significant component for ROA and ROE. For MBV, none of the components have significant impact on share performance. Regression result showed that MBV is not suitable to measure company share performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial Ownership Structure, Liquidity, Profitability, Profit Growth and Capital Structure on firm value in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industrial sectors as well as in the consumer goods sector. The population of this study amounted to 142 companies listed on the IDX and used a sample of 20 companies in the basic and chemical industry sector and 16 companies in the consumer goods sector that have been listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. Sampling in this study using non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The results of research in the basic and chemical industry sectors obtained that managerial ownership structure has an insignificant negative effect on firm value, Liquidity has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value and profitability, growth earnings and capital structure have a negative and significant effect on firm value in the basic and chemical industry sectors

Abstract

Good Waqf Governance must include; Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness. Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah has assets that are not equipped with legal proof of ownership, and productivity, as well as risks.The method used in this study is to use a qualitative descriptive method which uses data sources through direct observation and interviews as well as documentation of waqf assets.The Gading Rejo Branch Muhammadiyah Association Asset Management can be said to be good, and for those who are certified and AIW it is greater in percentage terms when compared to the 8 Branches in the Pringswu Regency area; namely waqf land that is certified for a location of 31.25% with an area of ​​22.67%, the Gading Rejo Branch 42.115%, an area of ​​47.01%; Likewise for those with AIW status Location 32.81% with an area of ​​66.55%, for the Gading rejo Branch Location it reaches 57.89%, although in area it is 47.01% </66.55%, whereas for those with the status of a letter of intent, the average is location 5.26% </ 35.94% and area 2% </ 10.78%. Use and productivity are very well managed, waqf land is used for educational, social, economic and religious purposes which benefit the general public by 79%, 84% productive. Thus the risk can be said to be low.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the millennial generation's interest to traditional cakes in Depok, in this case, the egg pancake. To solve the problem using a seven-factor approach, the marketing instruments studied are product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people, and process. This research uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques. The research location is in Depok, and random sampling is used to collect data. Data collection distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents. The regression analysis results on the seven independent variables affect the millennial generation's interest in the traditional Egg Serabi cake. Value simultaneously positively and significantly affects the millennial generation's interest in the traditional Egg Serabi cake. Furthermore, the value of the coefficient of determination indicates that the millennial generation's interest in the traditional Egg Serabi cake is still low. This study recommends anticipating cultural changes through lifestyle changes from local food consumption patterns and maintaining the existence of MSMEs so they can engage in marketing traditional cakes.
