Abstract

Performance is the work achieved by every employee so that they can make a positive contribution to the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Pondok Aren Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously between work discipline and motivation on employee performance with a contribution of 0.546 or 54.6% while the remaining 45.4% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table (34,339> 2,770) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Pondok Aren Branch.

Abstract

Leaders must realize the importance of promotion in increasing productivity which must be considered objectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work performance on job promotions at PT. Daya Sakti Perkasa in Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 78 respondents. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously between work discipline and work performance on promotion with a contribution of 0.576 or 57.6% while the remaining 42.4% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing is obtained F count> F table (50.850> 2.730) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between work discipline and work performance on job promotions at PT. Daya Sakti Perkasa in Tangerang.

Abstract

The final measure of success of an HR Department is work performance. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work stress has on work performance of empolyee at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta, to find out how much influence discipline has on employee performance at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta, and to determine the Effect of Work Stress and Discipline Towards Employee Job Performance at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive explanation. The population in this study were employees of PT Surya Menara Pratama South Jakarta with a sample of 60 and the sampling technique used was the Simple Random Sampling technique. Furthermore, the analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination test correlation coefficient test, simple regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test (test partial), f test (simultaneous test). The results of simple linear regression analysis show that work stress has a significant effect on work performance with a tcount of 3.902, a significance value of 0.000, a regression coefficient of 0.436 and a regression equation Y = 24.167 + 0.436X1. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that work discipline has a significant effect on work performance with a tcount of 3,500, a significance value of 0.001, a regression coefficient of 0.400 and a regression equation Y = 25.804 + 0.400X2. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work stress and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work performance with a Fcount of 10.923, a significance value of 0.000, a coefficient of determination of 0.252 and a regression equation Y = 17.293 + 0.332X1 + 0.273X2.

Abstract

The aim of development is to realize an Indonesian society that is peaceful, just, democratic, competitive, advanced and prosperous in the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the government runs the shrimp cracker industry empowerment program, the area of the marketing of shrimp cracker industry products, and the impact of the shrimp cracker industry on the welfare of the industrial owner. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is descriptive-inductive approach by providing a systematic, factual and accurate description in the presentation of reports, based on the results of research conducted. Based on the results of research and data management, it can be concluded that community empowerment carried out by DISKOPERINDAG has not been maximized. There is no capital assistance or means of production from the government so that it becomes a major problem for the community to start a business. In the implementation of empowerment also occurs obstacles from the community itself such as the mindset of people who have not developed due to low education. The area of marketing of production is limited because there is no business from the owner of the industry itself. The existence of shrimp cracker industry has a positive impact on society by increasing the community's economy. The community can meet personal and family needs from the results of this shrimp cracker industry. From this it can be said that people's welfare has increased after the shrimp cracker industry.

Abstract

Receivables turnover and working capital turnover are very important for a company. This study aims to determine the Working Capital Turnover and Receivable Turnover has an influence or not on the Current Ratio at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk during the period 2009-2016. The research method is descriptive and associative using a quantitative approach. This method illustrates the company's financial condition based on real data collected from several sources obtained which are then processed and analyzed so as to obtain a systematic picture and conclusions can be drawn. The coefficient of determination is indicated by the number 0.716 which concluded that the working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover contributed 71.6% to the current ratio, while 28.4% was influenced by other factors not examined. And the results of the F test show that Fcount> Ftable (6.303> 5.99) and significant (0.043 <0.05) which means that based on the criteria in the F test the hypothesis is accepted. Then the conclusion is working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover has a significant effect on the current ratio.

Abstract

One of the organizational resources that has an important role in achieving its goals is human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and training on employee performance at PT. Transkom Indonesia in Tangerang. The method used is a descriptive method with an associative approach, while to get the data done by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents. The results of work discipline research have a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 35.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table (6.887> 1.987). Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 45.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table (8.578> 1.987). Work discipline and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 10.908 + 0.262X1 + 0.479X2. These results indicate the coefficient of work discipline variables of 0.262 and training of 0.479, all variables are positive meaning that the better discipline and training, the better the performance of employees. The contribution of the influence of work discipline and training was 51.6% while the remaining 48.4% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table (46,364> 3,100), thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and simultaneous training on the performance of Transkom Indonesia employees in Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Performance of Employees in the Office of Population and Civil Registry of North Morowali Regency. This type of research used is descriptive and the basic research used is qualitative research methods. The informants in this study were determined positively by the number of informants as many as 7 people, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In this study using Suyadi Prwirasentono's theory, where there are 4 (four) indicators that there are employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of North Morowali Regency in terms of effectiveness, authority and responsibility, discipline, initiative. Based on the results of existing research that the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of North Morowali Regency is considered quite good.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior carried out at adolescence is more likely to be impulsive and sudden. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-control and economic literacy on students' lifestyles on the MA Islamiyah Ciputat. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are self-control and a significant positive effect on student lifestyle by 40.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.082> 1.993), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between self-control of students' lifestyles at the Ciputat MA Islamic Office. Economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on student lifestyle by 36.2%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.438> 1.993) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between economic literacy on students' lifestyles. A simultaneous test of self-control and economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on students' lifestyles with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 50.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (36.384> 2.730), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between self-control and economic literacy on the lifestyle of students at MA Islamiyah Ciputat.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Indo Perkasa Indonesia in Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 80 respondents. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between leadership and motivation on organizational commitment with a contribution of 0.503 or 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftable (38,975> 2,720) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between leadership and motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Indo Perkasa Indonesia in Tangerang.

Abstract

Village funds are a form of assistance from the government as a means of supporting and stimulating development and community empowerment in the village. The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision of village funds by the village consultative body in Batumatoru village, Lariang district, Pasangkayu Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method by adopting escort theory. According to Sondang P Siagian there are two indicators of supervision namely direct supervision and indirect supervision. Data collection techniques are carried out through field research which includes observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. By using a purposive technique with a total of 7 informants. The results showed that the implementation of supervision of village funds in Batumatoru Village was still not optimal. Due to lack of supervision in the implementation of the use of village funds, both directly and indirectly. This was heard by complaints from the public regarding the government's performance in implementing the use of village funds.
