Abstract

Fuzzy logic is a method used to map an input space into an output space. Fuzzy logic theory is known as fuzzy set (fuzzy set). One of the applications of Fuzzy is used to facilitate the selection of exemplary students. Previously, this school had difficulty in reviewing students' achievements and examples. To solve this problem, a Decision Support System (DSS) was applied using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. Fuzzy method is more effective than manual selection because it doesn't take long. This study will discuss the use of the fuzzy mamdani logic method in determining the category of (i) model or non-exemplary students at HARMONY Sampit PAUD School, East Kotawaringin. The problem to be solved is how to determine students (i) Exemplary or Not Exemplary in Study Group B by using three input variables, namely Report Card Value, Attendance and Attitude Value. The first step in solving the problem in determining the student (i) model or not using the fuzzy mamdani method is to determine the input and output variables which are firm sets. The second step is to change the input variables into fuzzy sets with the fuzzification process, then the third step is processing the fuzzy set data. And the last or fourth step is to change the output into a firm set by defuzzification with the centroid method, so that the desired results will be obtained in the output variable. The results of the calculation using the fuzzy mamdani method for the variable value of report cards 4, the variable value of attendance value 2, the value of attitude 4 is 3.5

Abstract

This research aims to predict the number of exports of fruits by country of destination in the coming year based on data in the previous year. The application of a prediction is very important in conducting research. The method used in conducting this prediction is the artificial neural network (JST) with its Backpropagation algorithm. The architecture used in this study is 4-2-1, 4-4-1, 4-6-1, 4-8-1, 4-4-2-1, and 4-3-6-1. Test results obtained prediction of export of fruits according to destination country with 91% accuracy rate with 4-4-1 architecture

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Academic Information System services on student satisfaction so that students who are academics do not feel disappointed with services related to Academic Information Systems. Measurement of Student satisfaction related to campus Information System services is rarely done so that the level of student satisfaction is unknown. By knowing the level of student satisfaction, the College can improve the service if it is not good and further improve the service if the level of satisfaction is good. This study measures the level of student satisfaction with the services of the Academic section at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa. The method used in this study is C4.5 Algorithm, where the data source used uses a questionnaire / questionnaire technique that is given to students randomly in the STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar environment. Data validity is done with internal validity. The variables used include (1) System Quality, (2) Information Quality, (3) Service Quality, and (4) Performance Expectations. It is expected that the results of this research can be applied to improve the Academic Information System service so that the existing system can run better

Abstract

Health is a valuable thing for humans because anyone can experience health problems, as well as humans who are very susceptible to various kinds of diseases but we don't realize the cause. The K-means algorithm is not affected by the order of objects used, this is proven when the author tries to randomly determine the starting point of the cluster center of one of the objects at the beginning of the calculation. The resulting number of cluster membership is the same when using another object as the starting point of the center of the cluster. However, this only affects the number of iterations performed. Object clustering (object clustering) is a process of object mining which aims to partition existing objects into one or more object clusters based on their characteristics. Abstract

Irrigation is the use of water in agriculture to divide water into agricultural land, this is one of the factors that support the success of plant productivity. The success rate of implementing the irrigation function is measured from the performance of the existing irrigation system, so it is necessary to conduct an irrigation performance assessment. Performance appraisal based on Permen PU No. 32/2007 is carried out on 6 (six) parameters, namely; Physical Infrastructure, Planting Productivity, Supporting Facilities, Personnel Organization, Documentation and Water User Farmer Association (P3A). Currently, performance appraisal still depends on the experience of field officers or observers. For that we need a method that can measure the performance assessment of irrigation networks. One method that can be used to assess the performance of irrigation networks is by using the Promethee method which aims to reduce subjectivity with the method used by the center which is based on the PUPR Regulation No. 12 / PRT / M / 2015 concerning Guidelines for Exploitation and Maintenance of Irrigation Networks. The input data used is secondary data from the results of the irrigation network performance assessment in 2017 in several Irrigation Areas which still cover the work area of the Irrigation Management UPT Bah Bolon, Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya and Tata Ruang in Sumatera Utara province. The final results of the tests carried out on 14 alternatives and 6 criteria show that the alternative DI. Bah Kapul (179 Ha) (Code A005) is in the first rank with the highest net flow value of 0.9048 while the 14th or last rank is occupied by the alternative DI. Javacolonisasi / Purbogondo (1,030 Ha) (Code A009) with a net flow value of -1.4286.

Abstract

Transportation technology using electric energy is growing. Electric cars are increasingly being used to reduce fuel oil usage. In addition to the increasingly sophisticated performance of electric cars, the vehicle safety system must also be improved. The existence of Artificial Intelligence is one of the developments in technological sophistication in a world that is increasingly unstoppable and unavoidable. One of the most popular luxury cars in Indonesia, one of which is the Tesla, which is a sophisticated car with the support of an artificial intelligence system, making Tesla an electric car with an automatic control vehicle feature that can run without using a human driver and can provide safety protection for the driver by using automatic braking system in case of an unexpected accident. This journal proposes a future concept design for the forerunner of automatic braking for electric cars using the ATMEGA 8535 microcontroller as the main automatic control and ultrasonic distance sensor. The PWM signal from the microcontroller is used to adjust the speed of the DC motor as the main driving force of the vehicle. The display of the distance between the vehicle and the obstacle can be seen on the LCD and the buzzer is used as an indicator of the safe distance of the car. The experiment was carried out using an RC car with the area to be protected> 500cm (5m), if the SRF05 ultrasonic sensor detects an obstacle at that distance, the SRF05 ultrasonic sensor will send a signal to the microcontroller and turn on an alarm in the form of a buzzer so that the SRF05 ultrasonic sensor will stop signal propagation.

Abstract

Boarding house is a service that offers a room or a place to live in with a certain amount of payment for a certain period (generally payments per month). Currently, most boarding houses available in Medan still use a manual system to manually record transactions between homestay residents and boarding owners. The application of this manual system often faces various problems, such as the absence of a notification system regarding payment due dates to residents, the difficulty of making complaints to owners and residents cannot find out whether their complaints have been known and responded to by the owner or not, boarding owners must check their records to find out residents which ones have not paid off, so it often takes a long time to obtain the information. To further support the performance of this marketplace, a recommendation feature will be added to the marketplace application. The method that can be used is the Social Trust Path method. The Social Trust Path method is a method of calculating the value of the confidence level of something depending on the level of trust of the user who gives the statement. The tools used to perform analysis and design are use case diagrams. This website is built using PHP coding and MySQL database. The result of this research is a web-based boarding house recommendation application that can be used to provide boarding place information for users.

Abstract

Games are generally used for entertainment, so by playing games the players will feel happy. Games can also be used as learning media with the concept of learning while playing. Each game has a set of logical functions and rules that guide the course of the game, as well as targets that must be achieved in each level. Each game has different logic and target functions. RPG(Role Playing Game) is one of the most popular game genres. In RPG games, it allows players to take on the roles of multiple imaginary characters and collaborate to complete in-game challenges. This study aims to create a game with the RPG genre with the theme of Indonesian culture and history. The tools used for designing this game are RPG Maker Mv, which is a special software for creating RPG genre games. In the design stage, the author uses the ADDIE method with stages consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The result of this research is an RPG game entitled "Nusantara Darkness Risess". It is hoped that with this game, it can attract people's interest to study Indonesian history and culture

Abstract

There are now many businesses that provide refilled drinking water in every big city, because besides that, the price that is not too expensive can save time because there is no need for difficulties in obtaining clean water. The owner of the drinking water business still does not know whether the water produced is fit for consumption. Therefore, a tool will be made to measure air quality based on the selected parameter, namely the pH value of the water by using a pH meter sensor based on Arduino Uno and displayed through an LCD screen so that you can see directly the results of the refilled water test.

Abstract

Android technology is developing very rapidly, it is proven that everything can be done easily. Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world. The alternative name for Indonesia is called Nusantara. With its many islands, Indonesia has 34 provinces. Therefore, the author makes an android-based application program about the map of the State of Indonesia. Where the method used is the prototype method. With Android studio programming language. This mobile application makes it easy for users to view a map of the Indonesian archipelago which consists of 34 provinces. This application is intended for school students, but ordinary people can also use it. In the past we could only see maps of the islands and provinces using books. With the development of mobile applications, an Android-based application for the NKRI map was made. In this application, users can view a map of Indonesia, and can use other features such as interactive games, questions about the map of Indonesia to add insight into the map of Indonesia
