The increase in the number of motor vehicles is difficult to anticipate, the roads used are not in accordance with capacity. To prevent congestion, the government imposes a progressive tax on motor vehicles that have moved owners but are still on behalf of the previous owner. Manunggal Administration System under One Roof (SAMSAT) conducts Door To Door activities to request direct confirmation to taxpayers whose vehicles are subject to progressive taxes. It is difficult for taxpayers to find out what makes data manipulation happen. Created Android-based Door to Door Application System using waterfall method to facilitate Door to Door activities and avoid manipulation of taxpayer data. By using waterfall method this application is made starting from the analysis of needs, design of system design, implementation, to the application of the program. Application system design is built using UML (Uniferd Modeling Language) system design and system design implementation using Android Studio and RestAPI.

PT Telkom Sampit is one part of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) which contributes in meeting the communication and information needs of the community. PT Telkom Sampit provides several product services, namely Wifi.id, IndiHome and UseeTV. Thus, Telkom Sampit must provide good services in managing services. As for some of the obstacles that often occur including problems, slow and damaged. From these problems, it is necessary to measure the level of service improvement at PT Telkom Sampit using the COBIT 5 framework focusing on the domains DSS02 (Managing Service Requests) and DSS03 (Managing Problems). Based on research that has been done PT Telkom Sampit is at level 4, namely Predictable Process, which is included in a good level for a company, although it is not in accordance with estimates that should be at level 5, namely Optimizing Process (Optimization Process). With this research, it is hoped that it can be used as an evaluation in improving the quality of service performance at PT. Telkom Sampit in serving customers.

Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) is an institution that supports the economic activities of low-income communities based on the Islamic sharia economic system. KSPPS BMT KUBE SEJAHTERA 068 Sampit was formed on January 12, 2006 with the legal entity Cooperative No. 07/Kep-BH/DK.PM/VIII/2006, and is a Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) which has approximately ten years of experience serving and partnering with the community. At KSPPS BMT-Sampit there is still no auditing system to monitor whether the existing technology is running well and efficiently, as well as to provide an assessment of the maturity level of information system technology, therefore the author uses the Cobit 5 framework for the audit system by focusing on 2 domains that the choices are DSS01 (manage operation) and DSS05 (manage security service) based on the results of calculations that have been done, the maturity level of information technology in KSPPS BMT-Sampit is at level 4 (Predictable processes) for DSS01, and based on level 4 (Predictable Processes) for DSS05

This research was conducted with the intention of seeing how big the impact of CRM and customer satisfaction on Unipin's customer loyalty. UniPin is a game voucher payment startup from Indonesia. Unipin implements CRM in its business. The method applied in this research is quantitative method, in which data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that CRM has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and T Count 5.192 > 2.012, and customer satisfaction does not significantly affect customer loyalty with a significance value of 0.126 > 0.05 and T Count -1560 < 2.012

Poverty is a complex problem that is influenced by various interrelated factors, including: income levels, health, education, and housing conditions. Data collection on the poor must be done well, therefore it should have a computerized system so that the data collection of the poor has parameters of income and housing conditions. To support the purpose of this research, the method used in making the information system is the Waterfall and Tools model that uses the PHP programming language, MySql Boostrap Database, and Macromedia Dreamweaver. The results of the research design in accordance with the research objectives are expected to help the poor data collection officers with an information system for collecting data on the poor using income parameters and housing conditions. This system can provide complete and accurate information in accordance with the criteria for the poor, which is displayed in pdf form, making it easier for officers and the community to identify optimally.

Employee payroll is the most important system in a company, in collecting employee payroll data real data collection is needed so that there are no errors in administration. In this study, the payroll of employees at the Blitar Building Shop which provides building tools and building materials still uses a manual system which results in the administration being less efficient in the use of time. And this research the author produces an application design Employee Payroll Information System. This payroll information system is designed using the waterfall method, the waterfall method is the process of making a system that is structured and has several stages that must be passed in its manufacture. This employee payroll information system was created with the aim of facilitating the administration in carrying out their duties. Among other things, input data on basic salary, overtime salary, deductions. The payroll information system is a development from the previous manual system using handwriting to a web-based application. This payroll information system is efficient because the user interface is very easy to understand and web-based. It is hoped that this application can be more accurate and facilitate the calculation of employee salaries

PT Mitra Solusi Infokom (MSInfokom) is an IT System Integrator company engaged in Technology and Communication Infrastructure. Network monitoring in MSInfokom is still done manually and still relies on conventional methods, so it has an impact on the efficiency of the time used by the Network Operation Center (NOC) because it has to do direct tracking on existing devices. This thesis aims to design and build a network monitoring system using ManageEngine OpManager with the SNMP Protocol method. The result obtained from the use of this network monitoring application is to monitor the device in real time, where the system will send notifications via email in case of a malfunction or downtime on the existing device.

Induction motors are the most widely used motors because they are sturdy and inexpensive. However, as the induction motor operates, mechanical damage will occur, one of which is bearing damage. Bearing damage can reach 50% compared to other types of damage. The causes include misalignment when installing the motor with a load or vibration when the motor is operating. In this study, the misalignment phenomenon will be classified based on the level of damage. The damage scenario is 1mm and 1.5mm misalignment. Vibration from normal motor and motor misalignment will be taken using a vibration sensor, then the vibration signal will be transformed using Daubechis wavelet transform. The output in the form of a high frequency signal from the Daubechis wavelet transform will be extracted based on the sum, range, and energy of the signal. Then, the performance of the Fuzzy Subspace Clustering method will be known after testing the data. As a comparison whether the Fuzzy Subspace Clustering method can classify induction motor conditions well, it will be compared with the K-Mean method. The results showed that the combination of Fuzzy Subspace Clustering or K-Means and the first-level Daubechis wavelet transform resulted in the best classification with an accuracy of 95.83%.

One of the innovations utilizing the development of Information Technology in counseling services is Cyber Counseling services, often called online counseling. This research aims to prepare a system to support the online counseling process in the form of a mobile application. In this study, we will only discuss the design of applications with a prototype model. This Cyber Counseling mobile application development model is in the process of needs analysis and system design using the prototyping method. This research has produced a prototype of a mobile-based Cyber Counseling Application. The test results using the BlackBox testing method show that the features in the prototype of the Cyber Counseling Application have been running well and can be accepted.

In terms of finding the problem topic for thesis titles, students often have difficulty in determining thesis titles, in addition, there may be similarities between students. Manually checking the title requires more effort, for it takes a system to detect the level of similarity in the thesis title. To design and build a thesis title-level detection system using the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm. To find out the percentage of similarities in the title, the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm at the time of matching the string is Enter query of the word to be searched, matching the word arrangement pattern used as an example at the beginning of the text. From left to right, this algorithm will match character per character pattern with characters in the corresponding text, the algorithm then shifts the wording pattern until the word arrangement pattern used as an example is at the end of the text. Based on the analysis, design and implementation of the similarity level detection system of two or more thesis titles using the Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm it can be concluded that: The detection system has been successfully created using the Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm (KMP). It has been obtained the results of analysis by the process of string matching between strings with patterns where the system postulates the results of analysis in the form of the number of word similarities and percentages
