Around 35% of the total utilization of coconuts at this time is still not fully utilized. Thermoelectric is a technology that converts heat energy directly into electrical energy or converts electrical energy into heating and cooling energy. Data retrieval using two multimeters and an electric thermometer, data collection was carried out for 2 minutes. From the test results, this tool can produce an average voltage of 10.05 Volt for 200gram coconut shells, an average current of 0.99 Ampere and an average power of 13.84 Watts and can fully charge the battery up to 3 hours 33 minutes, while for 300 grams produces an average voltage of 10.59 Volts for 300gram coconut shells, an average current of 0.995 Ampere and an average power of 13.56 Watts and the battery can be fully charged in about 3 hours 36 minutes, while a coconut shell weighing 400 grams can produces an average voltage of 10.94 Volts, an average current of 1 Ampere and an average power of 13.70 Watts and the battery can be fully charged in about 3 hours 30 minutes. The more coconut shells used for combustion, the hotter the temperature and the faster the voltage and current are obtained, but with a note that the maximum temperature limit of the thermoelectric is T not more than 200o C. This research is presented to explore the idea of religious moderation from the perspective of the Qur'an for the sake of creating peace in Indonesia. On this occasion, the author uses a qualitative method with a literature study through a thematic or maudhu'i approach. This research includes a discussion of Islam and religious moderation, verses related to religious moderation, and the idea of religious moderation from the perspective of the Qur'an as an effort to create peace in Indonesia. This research simply results in the conclusion that Islam guides every Muslim, especially in Indonesia through the Qur'an by advocating for upholding the spiritual values and human values for the sake of creating peace in Indonesia. This study only describes the idea of religious moderation from the perspective of the Qur'an through thematic studies only. Then, this study recommends that in the future a more up-to-date understanding of the idea of religious moderation can be generated through a comprehensive study or tahlili referring to the literature on the interpretation of the Qur'an in particular.

This writing aims to (1) describe children's games as ideas or inspiration for the creation of a work of Pop Up Books (2) describe the depiction of the form and process of making Visual Communication Design in the form of a three-dimensional Pop-up Book that elevates Lombok NTB's Traditional Children's Games in order to remain maintain and preserve the local wisdom of the archipelago through children's games. The methods used in the creation of this artwork include exploration and experimentation. In this case, the exploration was carried out by searching for libraries, pictures and all information related to the theme that I took, namely traditional games for children from Lombok, NTB. Then in terms of this exploration, do a sketch activity, which is then visualized in several uses of several bitmap-based applications such as Ibis applications on mobile phones and Coreldraw applications using laptops. The work is done by starting from making a sketch, then designing, printing, then cutting and pasting until finally it becomes a Pop-up book. The results of the discussion and creation are as follows: 1. The theme of the work presented in: Final Project is Traditional Children's Games in Lombok NTB, with the title "Designing Pop-up Books for Traditional Children's Games as Preservation of Local Wisdom in Lombok NTB". 2. These Visual Communication Designs visualize a collaborative design of Ibis and Coreldraw applications and then the results are printed using an albartos paper machine and create a work called Pop-up Book. 3. The number of book pages created is 11 pages consisting of 1 opening page, 9 Pop-up game pages, and 1 closing page along with front and back covers, with a manufacturing period of 4 months in 2021 starting from July-October. This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Education is an important thing at this time, especially in college. One form of education is practical activities carried out to improve student experience and understanding. Things that affect student competence are the competence of laboratory assistants, practical facilities, practical worksheets and theoretical understanding. This study was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of the competence of laboratory assistant practical facilities, practical jobsheets and theoretical understanding on the competence of students of Electrical Engineering Vocational Education, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. This study is an ex-post facto research using quantitative research methods whose data were obtained using questionnaires and tests distributed to students of Electrical Engineering Vocational Education at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University who did practicum and then processed using the SPSS 25.0 application with simple linear regression analysis techniques and also regression double. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect of the laboratory assistant competency variable, while the practical facilities variable, practical worksheet and theoretical understanding did not have a significant influence on the student competency variable. Quality human resources are a determining factor in improving the performance of a business organization. The performance of a business organization is largely determined by the performance of its employees, and this is the main reason for this research. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. This research approach is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires in the field and secondary data obtained in finished form, has been collected and processed by other parties. The number of samples taken in this study were 74 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the variables of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The results of this study indicate that the variables of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation are the determining variables in an effort to improve employee performance Keywords : Discipline, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

The development of sharia economy in Indonesia is increasing. Islamic economic development can be seen from the development of Islamic financial institutions and the Islamic financial instruments they offer, ranging from Islamic banks, Islamic capital markets, and Islamic insurance. With these developments, nowadays financing activities with sharia contracts are increasing and growing rapidly. However, only a few can pay it off. In other words, non-performing financing or bad loans at Islamic financial institutions often occur. Non-performing financing caused by the inability of the customer as a debtor to pay debts to a financial institution as a creditor resulted in the customer being bankrupted by the financial institution as a creditor. Bankruptcy is defined as the inability of the debtor or debtor (can be a person, legal entity, company) which is proven based on a court decision that the debtor has stopped paying his debts (unable to pay off debts) which results in general confiscation of his assets, so that the debtor is no longer entitled to manage his assets. . If it is associated with zakat, one of the ashnaf of zakat is gharimin or people who are in debt. Zakat institutions in Indonesia have not made bankrupt customers as gharimin who are entitled to receive zakat. The formulation of the problem in this paper is to find out the views of Islamic law on the status of bankrupt debtors as gharimin. The conclusion is that the status of a bankrupt debtor can be determined as a gharimin who is entitled to receive zakat. The use of debt in question can be for personal or public interest. The distribution pattern can use the qardh hasan pattern where the zakat given to the gharimin is not to be owned but to be returned again. The zakat funds are not only used to pay off debts, they can also be used as initial capital for bankrupt debtors to restart their business. Keywords: bankrupt debtor, gharimin, zakat mustahik.

This study aims to discuss the development of feminist interpretation in Indonesia through the existence of Husein Muhammad's thoughts. This research method is qualitative through literature study with the theory of the scientific revolution initiated by Thomas Kuhn through an interpretation approach. The results and discussion of this research include a discussion of Thomas Kuhn's paradigm transition, the dynamics of feminist interpretation in Indonesia, the discourse of feminist interpretation in Indonesia according to Thomas Kuhn's paradigm transition theory, and Husein Muhammad's feminist interpretation. This study concludes that Thomas Kuhn's paradigm shift is used in interpreting feminist topics in Indonesia, which have undergone a paradigmatic transition at various levels. Tafsir Al-Qur'an Indonesia has undergone a paradigmatic transition in the classical, modern, and contemporary era. One of the commentators whose work was mapped out this time was Husein Muhammad who was in the neo-modern or contemporary era. This research is expected to have significant benefits for fans of the study of the Al-Qur'an and gender. This research only raises issues related to one feminist commentator. Then, this study recommends that in the future a more up-to-date understanding of the role of feminist commentators can be generated through a comprehensive study of western thoughts that refers to the literature on the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an in particular.

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy of the Hajj and Umrah bureau in recruiting pilgrims before and during the pandemic, as well to find out the differences in digital marketing strategies. The object of research at PT. Amanau Izzah Zamzam Sakinah Surakarta. The research method with qualitative uses primary data and secondary data. Research informants are leaders, marketing staff, digital marketing staff. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result is that the digital marketing strategies used before the pandemic were websites, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and WhatsApp. during a pandemic, focus on digital marketing such as websites, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The difference in the focus of the three social media is seen from the large number of registrants from the website, Facebook, and WhatsApp so that currently they are maximizing it

Zakat is an act of worship contained in the pillars of Islam. In the pillars of Islam, tithing is in the third place after prayer. The management of zakat funds aims to increase the usability and efficiency of zakat which has an impact on the realization of justice, community welfare and poverty alleviation in the vicinity. The Amil Fund Allocation in Bandar Lampung City has increased from 2018-2020. In managing the allocation of amil funds, the greater the zakat collection, the greater the allocation of amil rights funds. The research conducted by the author is (Field Research), direct research is carried out in the field using respondent data. Zakat assets funds that occur in BAZNAS Bandar Lampung city have not been maximized for amil rights, because the collection that occurs at BAZNAS Bandar City funds infaq shodaqah is greater than zakat assets. Therefore, to fulfill amil rights, BAZNAS Bandar Lampung City uses infaq shodaqah funds to fulfill amil rights. Keywords: Amil Fund, Zakat Management, Sharia Economic Law
