Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendiskripsikan motivasi kerja dan pengelolaan laboratorium oleh guru SMK, (2) mendeskripsikan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap pengelolaan laboratorium yang dimiliki oleh guru SMK baik secara mandiri atau bersama-sama dan (3) menjabarkan peningkatan signifikan relasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap pengelolaan laboratorium yang dimiliki oleh guru SMK baik secara mandiri atau bekerjasama dalam Tim. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dijadikan sampel yang terdiri atas 36 guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes untuk vaiabel pengetahuan laboratorium, metode angket untuk variable motivasi kerja dan pengelolaan laboratorium, dan metode interview untuk variable pengalaman mengajar praktek. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan Teknik analisis statistik inferensial non parametric. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1) terjadi relasi yang kuat dari tingkat motivasi kerja guru dalam kategori sangat tinggi (47,2%), dan pengelolaan laboratorium tata busana dalam kategori rendah (63,9%); (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan pengelolaan laboratorium dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 17,207, dan terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara motivasi kerja secara bersama dengan pengelolaan laboratorium oleh guru SMK Tata Busana Kota Yogyakarta dengan f hitung sebesar 10,848 dan signifikansi 0,000<0,05, dan (3) pengelolaan laboratorium yang dipengaruhi oleh peningkatan motivasi kerja sebesar 23.2% sehingga pekerjaan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Pengelolaan laboratorium secara bersama-sama dalam kerjasama tim dipengaruhi oleh variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 50,4%.ABSTRACT This research was carried out because of the change of machine operator skills that change quickly. The aim of this research is to assess and evaluate the essential employability skills of machine operators. This research method used an exploratory method and the online questionnaire used SurveyMonkey. The population of this research is the metal and machinery manufacturing industry in Jakarta, Banten, and West Java, with 98 people as samples. The result of this research is the employability skills needed machine operator, there are basic skills, thinking skills, personal quality, resource management, interpersonal skills, information management, systems, and technology. This research aimed to (1) describe work motivation and laboratory management by teachers, (2) escribe work motivation on laboratory management by teachers either independently or together and (3) know the contents of work motivation on laboratory management organized by teachers a either independently or together. This research is an ex post facto research with a correlational approach. The population used as a sample consisted of 36 teachers. Data collection used test methods for laboratory knowledge, questionnaires for the variable work motivation and laboratory management, and interview methods for variables of teaching practice experience. Analytical techniques used correlation analysis and nonparametric inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) laboratory knowledge of teachers was in teacher work motivation in very high category (47.2%) and laboratory management was in a low category (63.9%), (2) there was a significant influence of work motivation on laboratory management with 17.207 f count, and there was a significant influence of work motivation together on laboratory management by Vocational School teachers of Yogyakarta City with F count of 10.848 and significance of 0.000 <0.05, and (3) influence of the laboratory affected laboratory management work motivation of 23.2%. Laboratory management was simultaneously influenced by laboratory knowledge variables, practice teaching experience, and work motivation as many as 50.4%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic (Coronavirus disease 2019) is an epidemic that has changed various aspects of human life, especially related to the world of education. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of developing cultural arts teaching materials during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially for class XI SMA Muhammadiyah Ponjong in arts and culture subjects. The research method uses mixed methods the research, with a sequential exploratory design approach. The use of the population and the sample is class XI SMA. For data collection techniques, they are using observation, interviews, and questionnaires via a google form. Then, for data analysis techniques using statistical data in the form of diagrams. Moreover, the results of this study regarding the use of the KineMaster application is an innovation where no teacher has ever used the development of similar teaching materials in the teaching process. With this KineMaster application, teachers can explain the material that is based on theory and practice. In addition, although distance learning, teachers can still meet face-to-face behind the scenes.Keywords : kinemaster application, pandemic, learning outcomes, cultural arts subject

Abstract

The creation of this artwork aims to be able to educate the public about discrimination against women which is often not realized, invite the wider community to stop attitudes and behaviors that discriminate against women, and be able to implement it into the form of painting so that it can be enjoyed by the wider community directly. as well as through print and electronic media. The creation of this painting is carried out using the exploration method, namely in the form of exploration of ideas and concepts, exploration of forms, exploration of media and techniques, aesthetic exploration, and data obtained from research conducted previously so as to produce primary and secondary data. In the creation of a painting with the title “Beauty Myths as Inspiration for the Creation of Paintings”, an embodiment of painting is produced with canvas as the main media with sizes ranging from 80x100 Cm, 130x100 Cm, to 120x100 Cm. With the creation of works of art regarding forms of discrimination against women, knowledge and lessons can be learned from these paintings. Abstract

This writing aims to (1) describe children's games as ideas or inspiration for the creation of a work of Pop Up Books (2) describe the depiction of the form and process of making Visual Communication Design in the form of a three-dimensional Pop-up Book that elevates Lombok NTB's Traditional Children's Games in order to remain maintain and preserve the local wisdom of the archipelago through children's games. The methods used in the creation of this artwork include exploration and experimentation. In this case, the exploration was carried out by searching for libraries, pictures and all information related to the theme that I took, namely traditional games for children from Lombok, NTB. Then in terms of this exploration, do a sketch activity, which is then visualized in several uses of several bitmap-based applications such as Ibis applications on mobile phones and Coreldraw applications using laptops. The work is done by starting from making a sketch, then designing, printing, then cutting and pasting until finally it becomes a Pop-up book. The results of the discussion and creation are as follows: 1. The theme of the work presented in: Final Project is Traditional Children's Games in Lombok NTB, with the title "Designing Pop-up Books for Traditional Children's Games as Preservation of Local Wisdom in Lombok NTB". 2. These Visual Communication Designs visualize a collaborative design of Ibis and Coreldraw applications and then the results are printed using an albartos paper machine and create a work called Pop-up Book. 3. The number of book pages created is 11 pages consisting of 1 opening page, 9 Pop-up game pages, and 1 closing page along with front and back covers, with a manufacturing period of 4 months in 2021 starting from July-October. Abstract

The principal aim of this study was to determine and measure the effectiveness of the innovative design development at the Center Ceramics / Pottery Kasongan in the context of the development of the creative industries to enter global market competition. Type a descriptive qualitative study used reflexively to description entire visual data and statistics accurately related to all aspects of the scope of the study as a result of detailed fieldwork and comprehensive. The research instrument used structured interview techniques and triangulation test on the development of design innovation and influence with global market absorption. Design development process in the industrial pottery Kasongan generally adopted local elements and adapted many aspects of modern and contemporary artistic needs. The trend observed-observe, imitate or adopters, and add a touch of creativity or new as a measure of artistic innovation is increasingly rising to serve the demands of the global markets. Thus the movement of the economy based on the orientation of the creative economy moving forward in realizing the government’s program to empower the creative industry centers are independent and brave creative economy to compete with other developed countries. Abstract

Left brain tends to be used as an analytical control to most thoughts and actions. The right brain relates more to visual, imaginative, intuitive, and synthesizes all faces. Many great ideas have been created from one’s consciousness in exploring dreams through the power of imagination and exploring all possibilities to find a new life vision giving a birth of new ideas. Great ideas tend to originate from imagination power and work achievements of left and right brains. Conceptual era should be equipped with left brain reasoning by mastering six intellegences focusing on the importance of the work rights of brain to develop thought suitable to soul demands. A new vision of life is really important in the field of creative process because people with high creativity always have chances to reorient their visions. New vision is created by the power of imagination that will results in aesthetical newness. Art moves to interdisciplinary areas and continues to enrich the values promoted by art aesthetics that cannot be strictly and uniformly defined. Through an exploration of the power of imagination and sensitivity intuition, creative vision and aesthetical ideology creating new new aesthetics will continue to thrive and up to date. Abstract

Currently, Yogjakarta as one of the target world tourism destinations certainly needs to prepare many things, especially in the industrial era 4.0 in the present. The first improvement is around human resources who have a strategic role in entering this era. The creative industry currently has sufficient opportunities to transfer technology, whether in waste processing (eg wood) as the basic material for creating functional products with global competitiveness. Especially in the Bantul area as an export-oriented handicraft production warehouse. In this research, we collaborated with UKM Partners 'Ruaya' which explored mindi wood as the main raw material for the creative industry. Ruaya is a home industry that focuses on making wood-based fashion bags. As for the activities carried out to achieve the output target agreed upon by the Partner, among others: First, conducting assistance activities for studio management and production management; Second, holding a design innovation workshop program to produce unique and highly competitive export superior products; Third, carry out a strengthening workshop program in the e-Commerce sector; Fourth, assisting the production process based on design innovation that was developed during the time with partners; Fifth, conducting a regulatory program and technical guidance on IPR registration by the IPR Extension Team from the Director General of IPR, and the Ministry of Human Rights, DIY, and Sixth, assisting in the process of drafting IPR drafts and registering IPRs.

Abstract

Dalam dunia senirupa kita sering tak dapat membedakan antara zaman Renaisans dengan zaman Barok. Banyak pecinta seni yang terlalu berfokus hanya pada Michelangelo dan Leonardo da Vinci. Padahal di ujung dari periode Renaisans, yaitu di abad 17, telah muncul suatu angkatan pelukis yang mengembangkan gaya lukisnya sendiri dengan didasarkan pada pencapaian seniman di awal abad Renaisans. Salah satunya adalah pelukis Johannes Vermeer (1632-1675) dan Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640). Karya-karya Rubens merepresentasikan kondisi transendensi antara realitas dan mitos dalam konteks liminalitas dalam seni. Artikel ini bertujuan membahas tentang karya-karya Paul Rubens dan pada bagian akhir akan membahas secara detail lukisan “Samson dan Delilah” dari Rubens dalam konteks liminalitas seni melalui pendekatan fenomenologi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kwalitatif dengan perspektif historiografi dan pendekatan fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan penggalan-pengalan penting kesejarahan karya Rubens yang berjudul Samson da Delilah menegaskan kembali berbagai kisah tersembunyi yang hidup dalam konteks waktu dan sejumlah kisah cinta yang dihayati. Munculnya penegasan mitos kesearahan lukisan Rubens ini diungkap dengan pendekatan fenomenologis sehingga terurai dengan detail melalui pembacaan tanda visual dan ekspresi visual yang hidup dalam medan kreatif yang menggambarkan fase liminalitas.

Abstract

Perkembangan desain dan teknik aplikasi ecoprint, khususnya pada proses pembuatan tas fashion wanita dewasa ini sangat berkembang dengan berbagai eksplorasi material maupun desain. Melalui analisis SWOT desaian dan eksplorasi media serta teknik artistik dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan cita rasa pasar saat ini. Pada paparan artikel ini, khusus akan detail membahas mengenai bagaimana aplikasi teknik Ecoprint pada media kulit dalam pembuatan tas fashion wanita. Tujuan dari penciptaan karya ini adalah kreasi inovasi produk handbag wanita pada segmen usia 18-50 tahun dengan bahan dasar kulit dengan model kombinasi kulit ecoprint yang berasal dari kulit wet blue domba, sehingga lebih memahami proses pembuatan ecoprint dan penerapannya dalam pembuatan handbag wanita dengan corak bunga kamboja melalui proses kreatif Ini dipicu dari konteks liminalitas. Penciptaan karya ini dilakukan dengan metode penciptaan seni berbasis pengalaman praktis melalui beragai eksplorasi yang berupa eksplorasi ide dan konsep, eksplorasi bahan dan eksplorasi desain dengan inspirasi bunga kamboja. Dalam memvisualisasikan ide dan konsep diperoleh dari pengamatan yang divisualisasikan dalam sketsa untuk mewujudkan berbagai desain yang menjadi ciri khas dari setiap karya. Dan tahap akhir adalah perwujudan karya produk handbag. Hasil penciptaan seni kriya yang dihasilkan, diantaranya (1) Proses aplikasi teknik Ecoprint pada media kulit samak dalam proses pembuatan tas fashio wanita melalui berbagai bentuk dan desain berupa handbag. (2) Aplikasi eksplorasi teknik dan kombinasi material kulit samat dengan teknik ecoprint dengan berbagai ukuran sesuai dengan desain terpilih yang menarik dan fungsi penggunaannya. Abstract

It is very rare to find an integrated textile industry center in Indonesia until now, apart from the integrated textile industry with Pekalongan batik in Central Java which is synergistic with the growth of the fashion business and the proliferation of tailor and fashion design. However, this landscape can be found in Pedan Klaten District, which is a center for ATBM weaving production whose business growth is getting stronger into an integrated area. The original ATBM weaving of Pedan Klaten has been known to be very skilled and detailed in its workmanship so that the resulting product is very smooth and compact, with the main motif called lurik. The participatory approach of the colleague team and partners of the Lurik Pedan ATBM Weaving MSMEs with various strengthening programs includes: design training, technical development workshops, IPR regulations and other E-Commerce strengthening activities. This article is intended to explain field findings with a clear, objective, systematic, and careful description of the facts obtained. The results of the MSME assistance program for 1 year made impacts as follows; (1) The Lurik Pedan brand encourages the pioneering of an integrated cultural tourism industry area. (2) Strengthening the Marketing Communication (MARCOM) system as an effort to increase sales turnover and strengthen business strategy. (3) The strategy of strengthening the ATBM weaving culture for traditional Lurik weaving craftsmen in Pedan Klaten
