Abstract

The environment in its various forms, both of physical and in the form of situation, can change humans to be good or vice versa. The environment can also be a stimulant for humans to do something they think is good. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the environment around humans is in a state filled with anxiety. There are at least two main causes: 1) news of death that he hears all the time and 2) uncertainty about the end of this pandemic. Coupled with the government's policies for Work from Home (WfH) and Large-Scale Social Restrictions. it makes the community even more burdened. This research method and approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach and is expected to provide an overview of student religious behavior in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the type of research is qualitative. Approach research used is a cross sectional studies approach, because this research is carried out at a certain time. Data collection techniques are generally carried out through the submission of a series of questions (questionaries) after which interviews (interviews) will be conducted to several respondents, both structured and unstructured. Presentation of data and submission of reports is done through descriptive method The level of confidence in students' faith in the Covid-19 period when in online learning activities (WFH) showed a very high value reaching a percentage of 99.7%, a high level of confidence increased Muslim students' trust in Allah SWT. In the face of covid-19, Muslim students to be more calm in doing dhikr to Allah SWT reached 70.9% and to actualize Islamic religious values, the majority of students made donations to those affected by covid-19 reaching 33.95% - 68.4%, this is the condition of students Muslims in dealing with Covid-19 psychologically prioritize religious spiritual values. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation and communication on employee loyalty with organizational commitment as intervening variables. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is all employees at CV TWIN SETIA, Sewon Subdistrict, Panggungharjo, Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The sample is 44 samples or 44 respondents. Sampling techniques use saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire distributed to all employees of the CV TWIN SETIA. The data analysis techniques used multiple descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, linear regression, t test (partial), and coefficients of determination (R2). The results of this study showed that the influence of extrinsic motivation and communication on employee loyalty with organizational commitment as an insignificant variable mediating, communication had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and extrinsic motivation had a significant positive effect on employee loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Wage System, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction in the study on CV. Asa Putra Promosindo Purworejo. This research method uses descriptive quantitative and primary data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees who worked at Cv. Asa Putra Promosindo Purworejo, totaling 130 employees. The sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling. Data was obtained by distributing a list of questionnaire questions to 99 respondents. The data source of this research is primary data. Test the quality of the data using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-Statistical Test, F-Statistical Test, and Coefficient of Determination (Adjust R2). The partial test results in this study indicate that the Wage System, Work Motivation and Work Environment Variables have a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction Cv. Asa Putra Promosindo. While the results simultaneously also show that the Wage System, Work Motivation and Work Environment together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction Cv. Abstract

In the first quarter of 2021, Indonesia will purchase vaccines by importing COVID-19 vaccines from COVID-19 vaccine companies. Islamic Economic Law regulates the process of purchasing vaccines by importing Covid-19 vaccines, how transactions are completed, and aspects of the safety and halalness of Covid-19 vaccines. The purpose of this study was to determine the import contract of Indonesia's Covid-19 vaccine with halal guarantees and health aspects in accordance with sharia economic law. This research uses literature study method. The data analysis method used in this research is deductive analysis. The data collection method in this research is documentation. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. The main data sources used in this study are COVID-19 vaccines, vaccine books, import and export of Islamic law and economics, Islamic law, trade law, and documents related to precedents contained in Islamic law. Sources of supporting data used in this research come from scientific studies, articles, and books that support the research topic. From the perspective of Islamic economic law, the purchase of the Covid-19 vaccine in Indonesia is included in the Salam sale and purchase contract. MUI has announced that the Covid-19 vaccine product is halal and multifaceted. In accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 99 regarding vaccine procurement and vaccination implementation in 2020, the current sales contract is in effect. For the Covid-19 pandemic, if there is a mandatory threat, the contract can be extended. Or cancel. The government guarantees the safety, type and quality of halal products as well as the effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccine (namely the POM and MUI). The type of covid-19 vaccine with guaranteed halal products and an emergency use license is the type of vaccine from PT. Abstract

Money waqf can be used to overcome socio-economic problems that occur in Indonesia, this should be an opportunity to respond to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. As stated in the maqasid sharia concept, responding to a pandemic requires strategic and clear goals. This research paper aims to analyze whether the use of cash waqf has been optimally utilized or not at the time of covid 19, as well as cash waqf in terms of maqasid shariah. This study uses qualitative methods, using descriptive analysis in library research. The results of this study indicate that the use of cash waqf in Indonesia is still not optimal in overcoming the impact of this pandemic, there are several regions that still do not feel the distribution of the use of cash waqf. From the maqasid shari'ah point of view, the use of cash waqf is in accordance with As-Syatibi's description of the three mandatory concepts, namely "dharuriyah, hajiyah and tahsiniyah". This study provides advice to stakeholders such as scholars, universities, or schools and the government together provide understanding to the public regarding money waqf, with the many understandings of money waqf in Indonesia, of course adding nominal cash waqf funds to be utilized according to socio-economic needs in Indonesia and can make social networks to help micro-communities in need Keywords: Waqf money, covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, Maqasid Shari'ah ABSTRAK. Waqf uang dapat diperuntukan mengatasi masalah sosial-ekonomi yang terjadi di Indonesia, hal ini harusnya dapat menjadi sebuah peluang untuk merespons dampak dari pandemic Covid-19. Sebagaimana tertuang dalam konsep maqashid syariah, merespons pandemi membutuhkan tujuan yang strategis dan jelas. Makalah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan waqf uang telah dimanfaatkan secara optimal atau belum pada saat covid 19, serta waqf uang ditinjau dari maqasid shariah. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis-deskriptif pada penelitian library research (kepustakaan). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan waqf uang di Indonesia masih belum optimal dalam mengatasi dampak dari pandemi ini, terdapat beberapa daerah yang masih belum merasakan pemerataan dari pemanfaatan waqf uang. Dari sudut maqasid shari’ah, penggunaan waqf uang telah sesuai dengan uraian As-Syatibi tentang tiga konsep wajib, yaitu “dharuriyah, hajiyah dan tahsiniyah”. Penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada stakeholder seperti para ulama, universitas atau sekolah dan pemerintah bersama-sama memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait wafqf uang, dengan banyaknya pemahaman waqf uang di Indonesia tentu menambahkan nominal dana waqf uang untuk dapat dimanfaatkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sosial-ekonomi di Indonesia dan dapat menjadikan jaringan sosial untuk membantu masyarakat mikro yang membutuhkan. Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia dewasa ini telah berkembang cukup baik dan menawarkan berbagai macam produk yang memudahkan nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Lembaga keuangan syariah saat ini (Pegadaian Syariah dan Bank Syariah Indonesia/BSI) menawarkan produk berupa gadai emas, yakni gadai dengan barang jaminan berupa emas, baik emas batangan (lantakan) maupun perhiasan emas. Dalam hal nasabah tidak mampu melunasi angsurannya, maka lembaga keuangan penyedia layanan gadai emas dapat menjual barang gadai (emas) tersebut setelah terlebih dahulu memberi kesempatan dan teguran kepada nasabah untuk melunasi angsurannya, namun mekanisme yang dilakukan oleh Pegadaian Syariah berbeda dengan BSI dalam hal penjualan barang gadai tersebut, dimana penulis dalam hal ini melakukan penelitian mengenai praktik penjualan barang gadai (emas) pada Pegadaian Syariah Subang dan BSI Cabang Subang. Dalam penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) dan penelitian pustaka (library resecarch) untuk mengetahui sejauh mana urgensi lelang dalam hal penjualan barang gadai yang berupa emas pada lembaga keuangan syariah.

Abstract

Literature studies related to human resources, but they have not been systemized in a focused topic. The way human resources are managed today is heavily influenced by the emergence of a global workforce and the increasing relevance of business analytics as an organizational strategic capability. While human resource analytics has been mostly discussed in the literature in the past decades, however, the systematic identification and classification of major topics has not been introduced. Where there is room for conceptual contributions that aim to provide a comprehensive definition of concepts and research areas related to HR analytics in the future. This study uses a systematic literature through a review process. Next, the researcher constructs the concept of human resource analytics as widely presented. There were 91 main research topics identified related to the three majors, namely HR analytics (technology and organization), application (descriptive) and diagnostic/prescriptive), and values ​​(employee values ​​and organizational values). We also speculate on an “exponential” view of HR analytics made possible by assertion of artificial intelligence and cognitive technology. This research provides a major systematization effort and future research directions to develop further studies in the field of HR analytics. Abstract

Islam as ad-din contains comprehensive and perfect teachings. Islam regulates all aspects of human life, not only aspects of worship, but also aspects of muamalah, especially sharia economics. The Islamic economic system has developed along with the advancement of science and technology. One form of embodiment of the Islamic economic system is the establishment of Islamic financial institutions in the form of banks and non-banks. The role and position of Islamic financial institutions is considered very important, especially in the development of a people's economic system. This is because the priority of Islamic financial institutions is more focused on forming stronger economic fundamentals.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bitcoin adalah sistem pembayaran online dari uang elektronik peer-to-peer (P2P) yang dikirim langsung dari satu pihak ke pihak lain tanpa melalui lembaga keuangan. Di Indonesia Bitcoin tidak memiliki legalitas untuk dijadikan sebagai alat transaksi yang sah karena bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang nomor 7 tahun 2011 dan Peraturan Bank Indonesia nomor 17 tahun 2015 serta kepemilikan Bitcoin hanya dianggap sah apabila Bitcoin dijadikan sebagai asset kripto dalam bursa berjangka komoditi. Konsep Bitcoin menurut ulama Indonesia haram karena mengandung gharar dan dharar serta bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang. Gharar disebabkan karena penemu atau penciptanya tidak diketahui secara pasti, tidak adanya otoritas yang memastikan keabsahan transaksi, tidak memiliki nilai intrinsik, tidak memiliki validitas dalam sistem ekonomi, nilainya yang tidak stabil karena volatilitas yang tinggi, sulit untuk diawasi akibat ketidakjelasan pemiliki. Dharar disebabkan karena factor kemanan yang rentan akan peretasan, nilai yang fluktuatif sehingga harga bisa turun drastis dan merugikan pemilik, tidak adanya regulasi yang memberikan jaminan terlindung dari kerugian. ABSTRACT Bitcoin is an online payment system of peer-to-peer (P2P) electronic money sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Bitcoin does not have the legality to be used as a legal transaction tool because it is contrary to Undang-Undang nomor 7 of 2011 and Bank Indonesia Regulation number 17 of 2015 and Bitcoin ownership is only considered legal if Bitcoin is used as a crypto asset in the commodity futures exchange. The concept of Bitcoin according to Indonesian scholars is haram because it contains gharar and dharar and is against the law. Gharar is caused by the inventor or creator is not known with certainty, there is no authority to ensure the validity of transactions, has no intrinsic value, has no validity in the economic system, the value is unstable due to high volatility, difficult to announce due to the uncertainty of the owner. Dharar is caused by security factors that are vulnerable to hacking, fluctuating values ​​so that prices can drop drastically and harm the owner, there is no regulation that guarantees protection from losses.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability on firm value in the study of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector. This research uses quantitative research. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples is carried out with predetermined criteria. So that as many as 35 data were obtained from 7 food and beverages companies listed on the IDX during the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) firm size has no effect on firm value, (2) leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value, (3) dividend policy has no effect on firm value, (4) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
