Abstract

This study aims to examine and find out empirical data regarding the relationship between emotional intelligence and social behavior with student collaboration skills in learning, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a survey method with data collection tools using a questionnaire that is preceded by direct observation and interviews with data sources, namely undergraduate students of the Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University 45 Bekasi as the population. While the sampling in this study used a cluster sampling technique by taking the fourth semester students at the Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University 45 Bekasi, amounting to 70 students. The data analysis used is correlation and regression analysis which is described descriptively. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and student collaboration skills in learning with a correlation coefficient of 0.917 and a coefficient of determination of 84.1%. Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between social behavior and student collaboration skills in learning with a correlation coefficient of 0.704 and a determination coefficient of 49.6%. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social behavior together with student collaboration skills in learning with a correlation coefficient of 0.919 and a coefficient of determination of 84.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas ta’lim yaumiyah pada pendidikan anak usia dini di RA Bait Qur’any.  ta’lim yaumiyah pada pendidikan anak usia dini di RA Bait Qur’any  menggunakan model belajar home learning dan experiental learning yang merupakan model pembelajaran holistik. Model ini bermaksud memberi penekanan pada aktifasi pengalaman belajar untuk mengonstruksi pengetahuan dan keterampilan hidup peserta didik PAUD. Tta’lim yaumiyah juga menerapkan type kerja sama  Joy Epstein, tipe kerjasama keluarga dan sekolah yang mencakup beberapa type yaitu: parenting, communicating dan decision making. Tipe kerjasama sekolah dan keluarga di RA Bait Qur'any belum ada yang berupa Collaborating with the comunity. Jadi ta’lim yaumiyah merupakan bagian dari bentuk kerjasama sekolah dan keluarga di RA Bait Qur’any dan merupakan program lanjutan dan penguatan pendidikan anak usia dini yang diselenggarakan di rumah oleh orang tua dalam arahan, bimbingan, kontrol dan evaluasi dari pihak sekolah

Abstract

Inovasi pengembangan kurikulum yang dilakukan untuk anak usia dini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak. Pendekatan saintifik dapat menstimulasi pemikiran anak dalam kegiatan sains. Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain untuk mengkaji proses inovasi kurikulum dan implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam inovasi kurikulum untuk RA/PAUD di Banten. Metode penelitian adalah metode kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada RA/PAUD di Banten. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan pengembangan inovasi kurikulum sesuai  dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan isi kurikulum sebagai solusi peningkatan anak usia dini,. Implementasi pendekatan saintifik pada siswa RA/PAUD diterapkan dengan metode melalui mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, menalar, dan mengkomunikasikan pembelajaran pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggali  metoda Bait Qur’any untuk pembelajaran tarjamah Al-Qur’an  di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskripitif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di RA Bait Qur’any at-Tafkir Tangerang Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini ialah koleksi data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, lembaga ini mempelajari tarjamah Al-Qur’an dengan metoda Bait Qur’any sebagai upaya menanamkan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an pada kepribadian anak sejak dini. Metode Bait Qur’any menyuguhkan cara yang unik dalam mempelajari tarjamah Al-Qur’an. Metode ini akan membawa anak usia dini belajar tarjamah perkata menggunakan gerak tari. Pembelajaran dengan metoda Bait Qur’any sesuai dan sejalan dengan teori-teori belajar, perkembangan otak pada anak usia dini, mencakup stimulasi aspek perkembangan dan kecerdasan majemuk anak dan mampu meng-cover modalitas belajar siswa.  Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa karakter utamanya bertumpu pada pembentukan kepribadian Islam dengan menggunakan dua pola pendekatan, yaitu berfikir logis dan modeling

Abstract

Early childhood cognitive formation is formed more quickly in the first four years of life in the golden age. The phenomenon of android-based application media in the digital age has been widely used as a means to optimize children’s cognitive development by some parents. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of android based application media in improving cognitive development in children. The method used in observasion is qualitative. As for the data collection techniques in the study are interview and observasions to five parens of android-based application usersas a means of stimulation to optimize children’s development in lampung. The result of the study illustrate that there is an increase in cognitive development in children. This it can be concluded that the android-based application media in the form of educational games and youtube kids can be used as a means to optimize cognitive development in early childhood.

Abstract

The position of the kiai as a leader and central figure in values and governance in the life of traditional Islamic boarding schools, resulting in the progress and decline or decline and the development of institutions or institutions of Islamic boarding schools depends a lot on the personality and strength of the kiai. Generally, if a kiai dies, the leadership of the Islamic boarding school will be continued by the descendants or family of the kiai concerned. The purpose of this study is to examine and describe how the model or leadership style of a kiai in a traditional Islamic boarding school. This research is a type of library research, namely the data or materials needed in completing the research obtained from the library in the form of books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines and so on (Hadi, 1990).

Abstract

Professional teachers according to the ontology review are teachers who are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals. As for the epistemological review, to realize a professional teacher there are four stages that must be taken, namely: 1). Provision of university-based teachers, 2). Induction for novice teachers based on school, 3). Professionalization of teachers based on institutional initiatives, and 4). Teacher professionalization on an individual basis or becoming a civil teacher. While axiologically, professional teachers function to elevate dignity, act as learning agents to improve the quality of national education, aim to implement the national education system and realize national education goals. For this dedication, teachers as professional workers are entitled to receive, such as salary or income, respect, appreciation, protection, social welfare and so on. The purpose of this research is to find out in depth the professionalism of teachers by using a theoretical approach to the philosophy of science, namely in terms of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. This research is library research, namely the data needed to complete the research obtained from the library in the form of books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines and so on..

Abstract

Anak usia dini merupakan fase yang unik dan disebut juga dengan fase Pra tamyiz. Utuk itu, maka pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan upaya membantu anak mengoptimalkan potensi dirinya untuk menghantarkannya masuk ke fase tamyiz, fase dimana anak dapat membedakan baik dan buruk aturan Tuha.  Orang tua merupakan pendidik dan pengasuh pertama dan utama dalam proses perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sekolah orang tua yang diselenggarakan oleh RA Bait Qur’any. Program yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pengasuhan orang tua dengan meningkatkan kualitas pemahaman nya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif guna memperoleh informasi berkaitan denganpenelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah orang tua di RA Bait Qur’any merupakan bentuk kerja sama antara sekolah dan orang tua dengan type parenting, communicating dan Keterlibatan (Parent Involepment).  Pada sekolah orang tua ada 2 bentuk program yait program kajian mingguan dan madrasah walidain. Sekolah orang tua di RA Bait Qur’any memberikan informasi tentang psikologi perkembangan anak dalam Islam, stimulant perkembangan anak berbasis al-Qur’an dan sunnah, pemahaman tentang metoda menghafal anak usia dini, dan metoda belajar, menghafal al-Qur’an dan mentarjamahkan Al-Qur’an. Selain itu juga sekolah orang tua tidak hanya menyelenggarakan parenting Al-Qur’an akan tetapi komunikasi dan diskusi timbal balik tentang perkembangan anak antara orang tua dan guru, melibat orang tua dalam kegiatan baik sebagai penyelenggara acara, mengadaan konsumsi, pembawa acara, dan pengisi acara berupa penampilan orang tua dan anak serta bazar sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's personality competence, the basic concepts of tazkiyatu an-nafs, and to understand how to shape the teacher's personality through tazkiyatu an-nafs. This study uses a type of library research or literature review by collecting data or scientific papers that aim to collect literary data. The results of the research in this study stated that the teacher's personality competence is one of the competencies that is very important and close to students. The point is how a teacher has a personality that will be digested and imitated by the number of students. When a teacher does not have good personality competence, then there is the possibility of having a bad view of students. It will be different from a teacher who has good personality competencies, it will also get a good view of the students. The basic concept of tazkiyatu an-nafs is closely related to the formation of obedient human beings, maintaining their relationship with Allah, harmony with others who are able to deliver themselves to be a whole person (insan kamil). Tazkiyatu an-nafs is defined as the process of purifying oneself or cleansing the soul to become a better human being. Forming teacher personality competence through tazkiyatu an-nafs with piety, patience, tawakkal, sincerity, gratitude, zuhud, polite/forgiving, and aware of responsibility. The creation of a good personality through the tazkiyatu an-nafs will form serious educators in organizing themselves to become good personalities. If a teacher's soul becomes pure and continues to have a noble character, then what is done is to keep that soul pure and moral starting through consistency within oneself. Tazkiyah is intended to help teachers live their profession as an educator or teacher in submitting to Allah swt. as insan kamil (perfect human) according to the objectives of Islamic education. The formation of relationships is based on the tazkiyatu an-nafs path through 3 (three) directions, namely vertical, horizontal, and individual. These 3 (three) paths are taken by humans themselves to communicate well with Allah swt. (vertically) through the way of worship, maintaining good relations with fellow humans (horizontally) through the path of noble character (akhlakul karimah), as well as to oneself (individually).
